Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with Photoshop Beta version 26.11: the reference image upload feature (used in Generate Image / Generative Fill) stopped working. What I’ve tried so far: Uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Beta; Updating via Creative Cloud (currently on version 26.11); Testing in different files/projects; Checking system permissions. None of these worked. System configuration: OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit GPU: [insert your GPU model, e.g. NVIDIA RTX 3060] RAM: [e.g. 16 GB] Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a temporary workaround or is Adobe already investigating this bug? Thanks,Jobson

With the latest PS Beta update. I'm getting an error dialogue on Load and Deselecting an image on an a layer so you see the marching ants around the shape. Clicking the box away does allow the action to be completed but it's throwing these dialogue boxes up in error..   UPDATE: apologies this has already been reported in an earlier thread

Hi. It was not easy to find this place. As soon as I load a reference picture the text in the promt disepear and it will not start. Say "it cant do because of a system fault". sorry not exact words, I dont use a english version.  its the swedish.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with Photoshop (Beta) regarding font recognition: Version of the app: Photoshop (Beta) – latest version from Creative Cloud Platform and OS version: Windows 11 Steps to reproduce the problem: Open Photoshop (Beta). Install or activate new fonts (either local or via Adobe Fonts). Go back to Photoshop (Beta) and try to use the new fonts. Expected result: The new fonts should appear immediately in the font list without needing to restart the app. Actual result: Photoshop (Beta) does not show the new fonts right away. I must restart the application for the fonts to appear. This happens consistently, whereas in Photoshop 2021 the fonts load instantly as expected. This issue slows down my workflow significantly. Please advise if there is a workaround or if this is a known bug being addressed. Thank you!

Open two files, make a selection on any layer in the first image using the marquee tool. Use the move tool to drag the selected area to the other open Photoshop document. As you drop the selection Photoshop quits without any warning. Only happens with a selection, drag the whole image and you're OK.   Mac Studio M1 Max 64GB RAM Sequoia 15.6.   This seems to be a repeatable bug, happens to me with different RGB images every time I try it.   Regards, Colin [personal information removed as per forum guidelines]    

After todays update blending rolldown menu has changed its behaviour in bad way.Previously after selectin blending style it was keeping focus for that rolldown menu (with blue outline as selected element) and I was able to cycle other styles with up and down keys on keyboard. But now after selecting blending option it looses focus and then  cant cycle it with keyboard anymore and have to use mouse.It is again slowing workflow.   Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.11.0 20250810.m.3177 655ab8a x64 (beta, PublicBeta)Operating System: Windows 11 64-bitVersion: 11 or greater 10.0.26100.4770  

Hi When i had use revmove tool i have got error 32 bebe. 1113  i had use Photoshop beta version 26.9 (updated). I cant use this tool for removing subject like spot , text  etc. please help how to fix this

Hi everyone, I've noticed what seems to be a bug when using the 'Convert to Smart Object' command in Photoshop. Every time I apply it, I get 3 to 6 separate entries in the History panel, even though I only performed one action. This usually happens even when I select a single layer. Instead of just showing one line like “Convert to Smart Object”, the History panel shows several identical lines.   Is this expected behavior in certain situations? Or is it a known issue?   I’m using  Photoshop Beta on Windows 11, and I haven’t modified any actions or installed third-party scripts recently.   Thanks in advance for any clarification or fix suggestions!

Photoshop Beta version 26.9 on MacOS 15.5 - Pressing Cmd + [ or Cmd + ] moves layers **two steps** instead of one.- Cmd + J creates **two new layers**, not one.- Issue persists after reinstalling and resetting preferences.- Not caused by actions/scripts/custom shortcuts. - Issue is only on Beta Version, not in normal version.

I've noticed, when using the Remove Tool, especially in out-of-focus areas, it generates "stripes"/raster patterns. This is particularly noticeable when the is some noise in the image.   I've attached an example.     Running Adobe Photoshop Beta Version: 25.1.0  on macOS 13.5.1, MacBook Pro 16" 2021 with M1 Max, 64 GB Ram.

PS beta 26.5.0 20250306.m.3000, the  position of the contextual bar cannot be fixed, even after check-marking "pin bar position". After performing another step in processing the check-mark next to it disappears and the bar changes its location, even outside the PS working area. Win 10.     This is PS version 26.4.1 20250225. There's a check-mark next to "pin bar position" and the CTB won't move.   now the same file opened with Beta. Although "pin bar position" is selected, the CTB is misplaced to the left.   Now the CTB was reset, moved to the center and "pinned".   However after minor adjustments, upon moving back to the original layer, CTB is misplaced again, though still "pinned"

For example Brightness/Contrast opens everytime in centre of screen and doesnt remember position, where I want it to be, so it overlays image and I have to move dilaog again and again.Unlike for example Levels, which stays in position where I moved it.

First I'd like to say I love the live gradient feature.   But it seems to be crashing the Photoshop beta after the following steps: I click to select the smart filter mask after applying a filter to a smart layer. Doesn't seem to matter which filter. Then try to use the gradient tool to apply a gradient to said mask, where it crashes immediately on clicking. It does not crash when using the gradient tool on a regular layer mask, seemingly only on a smart filter mask.   I'll attach a screenshot to show what it looks like when it crashes. As soon as I left click the gradient tool to apply it, it freezes. But it looks like behind the scenes it started to apply the gradient, because there is a clear hard division between the blurred part and not, since I didn't have the chance to drag the gradient. In this case it was a gaussian blur filter, and a black and white gradient.   I did submit a crash report when it happened, but since it happens consistently every single time,

Photoshop Beta version 26.8 fails to launch on my system and crashes immediately during startup. I'm having issue where some images I choose to use as a replacement reference it gives me the error "Could not complete your request because of a program error."   I tried doing several things like stripping exif info, shrinking it to be small, cropping it down, saving it as different file types. Nothing works with these particular images. Here's an image I try to use as a replacement reference image that causes it to give me this error.

I have the latest update of Photoshop beta installed. I have checked if my firewall was blocking the application and it is not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop beta 2 times. I have checked my computer for viruses and it is not. After all these attempts Generative workspace, which was working perfectly at first, is still not working.

All the files I open for photoshop are showing up as a black page. The layers are clickable but not visible. 

When using the new Generative fill feature and I place the cursor in the description box and write some words and want to move word-wise back and forth between the words using the cursor movement shortcuts CTRL-LEFT and CTRL-RIGHT, it doesn't work on the text box but instead moves the selection.

While basic functions of Actions work, the - Toggle dialogue on/off doesn't work the way it works for any other function in Photoshop. Usually it would result in the dialogue appearing. Currently, it ignores the dialogue and just continues. Anyone out there have any luck?
