Buenas, quería ayuda con Creative Cloud, cada vez que abro archivos de los programas se crean en mi Escritorio archivos TOC, exactamente 4 en Photoshop y 2 en Illustrator, cuando cierro el programa no desaparecen, tengo que eliminarlos manualmente y es incómodo. Saben de alguna solución?Todo esto desde la útima actualización 2025, instalé la 2024 de nuevo pero me sucede igual.

Selecting the remove tool causes PS to crash. Using latest version PS. Windows 10. Driver for Nvidia GPU up to date. Few days ago it was working fine. Nothing new has been done to computer. Thanks for your helpRay

How do i fix my psds showing up as this? happened when i updated to the 2025 ps from 2024 version.thanks

Photoshop is showing dull grey colors and highlighting burnt white areas. How can I change this view? It's for all pictures. My own, tutorials, everything.Lightroom works fine.  It's the latest PS CC just installed and running on Win11. Thanks for your support! 

....I'm getting really fed up with this now!! Does anyone know how to fix my brush tool flickering back and forth to the arrow.....I can't see the size of the brush when painting etc......it's literally unworkable and costing me time and money!!!

hi, with my old PS (5 years ago, more or less), I have a consolidated workflow to speed up post production:  open a photoconvert a layer to smart objectapply camera raw adjustment with masks for subject and backgroundcopy the ACR as a smart filteropen a new fileconvert a layer of the new file to smart objectpaste the ACRdelete the old masks and recompute them to mantain the old settings with the new subject and background Now that I've changed PC and installed PS 25.12.0, whenever I try to do this, the ACR smart filter on the new file always recreate the same mask about the original file, like it remember its source.I find this very annoying, as it force me to reset al the mask setting manually (exposue, highlights...) Can this be solved in some way?

As soon as you create a layer in the layer palette in modes other than “normal” (e.g. multiply, copy one into the other, etc.), the shortcuts for selecting tools or changing the brush size, for example, temporarily no longer work. Only when you select a new tool manually (e.g. V-move) do the shortcuts work again. However, if you create a layer in normal mode in the layer palette, the short cuts remain active, as expected. Photoshop version:Photoshop 2025 (... but was already like this in the last 2024) OS:Windows 11 Pro (24H2, latest version) Steps to reproduce the error:Create a new layer in the layer palette in a mode other than “normal” (e.g. multiply, copy one into the other, etc.)Type shortcut: e.g. “B for Brush”, “V for Move”, “I” or other tools Only when you select the V (move) tool again with the mouse or pen do the shortcuts work again.

Comprei o pacote inteiro do Adobe, e apenas o photoshop nao esta abrindo. Fala "Não foi possivel completar seu pedido porque o arquivo não foi encontrado." Ja entrei em contato no fale conosco, mas nada, baixei o driver para ver se e problema da grafica, e tambem nao. Reinstalei, cancelei a compra e recomprei, nada esta dando certo. When I use generative fill in an area that overlaps a plain color field (e.g., a background/backdrop), the fill is always several points too dark. I have to go into levels and raise the midtones 2-3 clicks.

Desde que passei a utilizar o Photoshop, passo sempre pelo mesmo problema de fechamento do programa ao utilizar a ferramenta texto, principalmente. Simplesmente trava e fecha e não recupera nenhum progresso do que estava sendo feito. Hello, I just spent 2+ hours on chat/ remote sharing my desktop with support agent which led to nothing.Trying to launch the app results in 205 error unless it's on another windows profile (created just for this by support agent).The agent then blamed everything on Microsoft and closed the case. I hope the community could help me find a solution

Hi, I recently downloaded adobe photoshop however everytime I create my workspace and click file on the top left I get a blue screen and I have no idea why clicking file causes my whole computer to crash. I have updated all my drivers which still gives me the problem. I also turned off the gpu usage in the photoshop performance settings and it still proceeds to give me blue screens. My last option is my cpu as the ram is installed correctly with no issues. Is there an answer to this? and if I can find out for sure whats causing the blue screen whether its my cpu or something completely different?

Hello! I had 2 windows open in PS, one jpeg. one psd, while i was dragging drop the psd to the jpeg. it suddenly turned black my screen for a couple of sec, turned back on and had my ps closed. Sorry english not my first language. 

When I'm doing activities unrealated to the taskbar, it keeps growing in greyspace. If I hide it and then reveal it, it seems to go away. Photoshop 26.0.0

Hello,When saving out images for web and devices I have alway used  "Save for Web and Device" in the File drop down or the keystroke SHIFT+OPTION+COMMAND+S.  It is currently grayed out in the in File drop down menu. I have looked through my preferences, search the Adobe community and Goolged for a solution but have had no luck. The file is only 1680x900 pixels at 72 DPI. Please advise on next steps to solve this issue. Thank you.

Hi,my problem is actually quite simple, when you transform an image + put it partically out of the canvas + unselect it, what's out of the canvas is cropped and pixels are deleted.So :Until this point the image still exist (see), I moved it and it's still there : BUT.. when I unselect it, the pixels out of the canvas are croped..What I want to know is HOW to make it stop cropping my images.I know that the cropping tool have an option that if you select it makes all your pixel out of your canvas being cropped, but I already have it unselected.. (in french there) Can someone know how to change this ?I don't seems to find solution online, and as someone drawing as a job and using the trasnform tool all the time, it is quite time consuming to move each image before so it would not be cropped..

After updating LR Classic, LR does not recognize my PS 2023. when I try to edit in 2023. Additionally, unless I open PS 2023 and the newest version of PS 2025/v. 26 by deleting the preferences, I cannot open the programs. Using Select and Mask in PS 2025/v.26 crashes the program every single time. Even using the TK9 plug in crashes the program. I can't disable the GPU because I can't open the program without resetting my preferences, which reenables the GPU. I am on a Mac Book Pro, 14" 2023, Apple M2 Max, 96 GB Memory, running Sonoma 14.5. I have tried reinstalling the most current version of PS without keeping/migrating my preferences, etc., but I am still having the same problem. I would appreciate any advice that can be provided and TIA!

Using photoshop 26.0 I was dissapointed to learn that now leaving the generative fill blank won't provide the best possible backgropund for the image. I used to use this alot to remove unwanted subjects etc. The remove tool AI or not doesn't always work under certain circumstances. Now if you leave the subject blank or even if you write something like best background or if you're trying to fill in a building if you type bu8ilding or city what you will get are random subject like AI stock images of models or pets. I remevber this being a big issue with photoshop beta I hope in the next patch the ai goes back to filling the best possible image automatically.

Cannot open tif files because of a program error

Event: while working on photoshop the laptop screen goes black, but the system itself does not turn off. I turn off the laptop by holding the button for 10 seconds. Then, after the system starts, the file that was open at the time of the crash becomes inoperative.I have been facing this situation for this year (2024). The situation is reproduced for some unknown reason to me, the photoshop file can be of completely different sizes. The situation is reproduced every 1-3 months. In total, it was 8 times. I could not find a solution. Now in the 2025 version there is no such difficulty yet. I suspect that the situation may be related to my RAM, since after installing it I began to observe such problems, but this is not at all certain, since such a situation has never happened with other programs and games. The situation repeats only when Photoshop is running and other programs may not be running at all. Couple of times I trird to open a broken file in After Effects and my file somehow

My photoshop shuts down when I use the magic wand tool / select and mask then I get the note: error occurred. 

Using latest version of Bridge 13.0.9.785 and PS 26 and Windows 11-64bit. Whenever I select 2 or more Bridge thumbnails (RAW) and select "Load into photoshop layers", I get a response to use the latest version of PS which I am and already have it open.  Tried resetting preferences in both PS and Bridge, no luck.  Also tried converting the RAW thumbnails to TIFFS with no change in the response I get.

Since the latest rounds of updates to Photoshop I have noticed the only way I can get Pen Pressure to work is with 'Windows Ink' turned on.The PSUserConfig workaround no longe works and when Windows Ink is on, it is accompanied by the 'Alt' and 'Ctrl' modifier key tooltip bubbles.   Adobe also did this to Substance Painter as well.Surely these pop ups come under Accessibility, because with Windows Ink turned on, I am no longer able to use the software as intended due to the issues caused by the modifer key tooltip pop ups.Surely there must be a way for Adobe to disable these when their software is running if we MUST use Windows Ink?   I dont understand the logic behind this - it's been a bug for YEARS. Hopefully we can get an answer to this - and with all due respect, I don't really accept the 'It's designed to work with Windows Ink' response because the software doesn't function as it should.

I've had it crash at least 5 times now. It happens randomly but I noticed often when trying to use the Remove Tool.
