Photoshop Swatches panel minimal height is too tall in recent versions and affects sidebar workspace

In the latest version of Photoshop, the Swatches panel has a much larger minimum height and can no longer be reduced as compactly as before.

This limits workspace flexibility and forces the panel to occupy unnecessary vertical space, especially when working with multiple stacked panels.
