I have been using Premiere Pro for over 15 years, and this is the first time a core feature feels like a major step backwards. The new Color Mode in beta version is extremely difficult to use with a mouse. The circular controls are too small and lack precision, making fine adjustments frustrating and unreliable. What used to be quick and accurate with sliders now takes significantly longer and slows down the entire workflow. This system feels designed for hardware control panels, not for editors working with a mouse and keyboard. In its current form, it is not practical for real-world use.Additionally, the fact that the sequence window disappears when entering Color Mode is highly disruptive. Losing access to the timeline while grading breaks the editing flow and makes the process unnecessarily complicated. At the moment, this new Color Mode does not provide any clear advantages over Lumetri. Instead, it removes precision, reduces efficiency, and introduces friction into everyday editing.
Premiere Pro Beta AI Assistant is displaying a message saying that I have reached my weekly limit.Adobe’s official Premiere AI Assistant FAQ states that users receive complimentary daily credits and that the credits refresh automatically at midnight GMT. Adobe Customer Support also confirmed to me that I should ignore the word “weekly” and that access would return after midnight GMT.However, I tested the Assistant again after midnight GMT, and it still displays “weekly limit reached” and refuses every prompt.Steps to reproduceOpen Premiere Pro Beta. Open a project containing approximately 233 video clips. Use the AI Assistant to organize the clips into bins and rename them based on their content. Continue using the Assistant until the quota message appears. Wait until after midnight GMT. Close and reopen Premiere Pro Beta. Open the same project and send a new, simple prompt.Expected resultThe complimentary daily credits should refresh after midnight GMT, as stated in Adobe’s official d

The Adobe background renderer is buggy; it doesn't respect the audio mix as set up in Premiere during rendering.

Today I updated to the latest Premiere Pro Beta 25.6 and Object Selection no longer works. When I try to select an object, I get this error message: “Download Machine Learning Models Failed” with “Additional ML models Failed” listed underneath.Troubleshooting tried:Installed an earlier Beta version. The problem persists.Toggled the New Masking option in the Beta menu off and on. No change.System info:MacBook Pro 16"Apple M4 Pro chip24 GB memorymacOS Sequoia 15.1Screenshots attached for reference
The color panel adjustments, even simple things like tempurature or balance, are so slow and lagging that as you make an adjustment, you have to move your mouse and then wait for a second or two for the image color to catach up, which means half the time you click the mouse DONE and then the color catches up and the final image is too green because it was lagging so far behind the actual adjustment. You cannot ship it this way! It is so inferior to the the sliders. It is SO SLOW. And I am on a very fast computer. And I don’t have a ton of effects on the videos, mostly cuts only. It is just deathly slow to adjust color in the new color mode. You have to fix this.
I've got no issues until I attempt to start placing masks and color grading the footage in the new color command central. The minute I do a luminance mask it completely freezes and I start getting rapid fire frame substitution messages.
Came to beta to escape the problems I was having with the regular version and ran into a nice audio export bug. FML
Hi.In the recent Beta Version Build 49, I placed a video clip with a duration of 48:29 (48 seconds, 29 frames) onto the sequence. With the clip in the Preview Window, I see the correct duration. When I place it on the timeline, it shows as 49:00 after pressing the “X” key to Mark In/Out. At the end of the clip, the Out Point is marked at the end of the clip with the Play Cursor 1 frame before the end as expected. The Bin shows the correct Duration.Media BinThe Preview Monitor is also correct. The Program Monitor shows an extra frame.Preview and ProgramNow, this doesn’t appear to happen with Premiere Generated Clips. Black, Bars, Color Matte. I did check that the sequence settings match my footage. Could someone else please check this?Thank you.Bob K.
Scale keeps on resetting. With or without key frame it snaps back to 100% every time making it impossible to re frame clips or keep scale keyframes!
I am experiencing a problem with the new AI Assistant in Premiere Pro Beta. The Assistant panel loads correctly, I can create new chats, and messages are sent successfully. However, every prompt immediately returns the following error:"There was an issue processing your request. Please try again. If the issue persists, please start a new chat."The error occurs with every prompt, including very simple requests that do not require media analysis.Examples:"What version of Premiere Pro am I using?" "What can you do?" "Give me an example of what you can do."The error appears almost instantly after sending the prompt.System Information:Premiere Pro Beta 26.5.0 (Build 42) Windows 11 Creative Cloud Pro subscription Generative AI features included in plan Adobe Firefly works normally in the browser Creative Cloud Desktop is up to date System Compatibility Report shows "No conflicts to report"Troubleshooting already performed:Signed out and back into Adobe Creative Cloud Created multiple new Assi

Premiere Pro Beta frequently hangs when exiting and has to be force-terminated in Task Manager. After Effects Beta shows the same behavior. Stable Premiere Pro 2026 on the same Windows system closes normally.Troubleshooting already performed:Tested with empty projects. Reset preferences and caches. Removed third-party MediaCore plugins. Tested without Creative Cloud/CCXProcess startup. Tested different audio devices and with external audio hardware disconnected. Tested CUDA and OpenCL renderers. Removed problematic/duplicate LUTs. None of these changed the shutdown hang.Important diagnostic finding:Windows Wait Chain Analysis showed one Premiere thread waiting on another internal Premiere thread. In Process Explorer, the waited-on thread contained calls from:dunamis-ingest.dlldunamis_http_setSendRequestCallbackdunamis_ingest_updateMPEventThis appears to happen during application shutdown.Expected result:Premiere Pro Beta should exit normally within a few seconds.Actual result:Premiere r
If inputting value change via numerical keys when using 'enhance Audio' feature tab, only the first key press is accepted. eg, changing 'mute dialogue enhancement' from default 50% to 75%, only the '7' is accepted, not '75' when using numerical keys. Slider is fine, but box doesn’t seem to accept multiple inputs at the same time.

In Premiere Beta, each time I apply Warp stabilizer to a clip, while it analyzes I get this warning on top of the normal warp stabilizer banner. When it finishes analyzing, both banners go away. I-m not sure what is causing this but I get both banners one on top of each other every time.
(Beta Premier Pro) - Macbook Pro M5. When I am wanting to select a LUT (under the Color Tab), the window gets cut off and I cannot scroll up to see the options unless I move the whole interface down and then I can see the window options at the top.
Exporting renders 2 separate files. Audio and Video. I have used the same export setup forever and they have always made a single file and this is the first time where it is always making 2 files. So it’s not my settings. I have almost 400 GBs free on the drive, so space is not the issue. It happens in both Premiere Beta and Encoder Beta.
I’m just updated to Beta 27 and when I export my sequence it delivers the video and audio separately as 2 independent files. I’ve tried nesting the video, using Media Encoder and nothing works.I’ve tried loading a previous version of Beta, however it no longer allows me to access the project i have been working on. Help.. I’ve been trying to sort this all morning and I have a 11.30 deadline!
Steps to reproduce:With a clip selected, go to the Color tab Hover the mouse pointer over a control (contrast, hue shift, etc.). I was color grading a project with a previous build and was working fine. I updated to Build 38 and now the project keeps crashing while doing almost anything in color mode. Sometimes it happens doing the exact same thing as soon as I re-open it, other times it lets me work for a little while and then another adjustment makes it crash and the cycle continues. It has happened doing exposure adjustments, previewing a hue selection, selecting several clips to create a group. It seems to be stable if I do color adjustments directly in the properties panel within the Edit workspace. I have tried importing the project in a new project but that didn’t work.
I edited a video just fine but once I went to the new Color tab it crashes immeditaly after touching any of the dial controls. Do i serioulsy have to start over in Premiere Pro 26 or wait til the new Pro v27 comes out to continue coloring?
