Ventura 13.5.2 M1 mini If I go to settings, the beta crashes

Direct transcribe of source clip immediately gives error in Text Panel.   Project panel -> Right-click -> Transcribe. Immediate display of error in Text Panel. Close Text panel and reopen.   Click on Source Monitor tab, then text, then transcribe. Same error.   Drag to New, from Sequence view, click on Transcribe. Works.   Same with a second clip.   I see no way to transcribe a source clip with access to the Create Transcription dialogue.   Reminder for me to submit a feature request: provide for setting preference for Speaker detection without turning on auto-transcription.   System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.1.0.35    OS: Windows v10.0.19045, RAM: 63.80 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16   Stan  

I cannot identify an exact process. But several times in builds from 29 to 32, scrolling down a list of files in the Media Browser results in PR closing with no message or error.   No crash log on my desktop.   System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.1.0.32    OS: Windows v10.0.19045, RAM: 63.80 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16  

The video does not play from the timeline. software is responsive but timeline video play is not.

Hi, your new Enhance audio is a game changer. But there's a bug: At the end of a audio clip region there's a dip in volume artifact. If I extend the clip, it's not there. If I cut the clip it moves the volume dip to the new end of clip region. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for your help.

I've been fiddling with the latest beta of the media encoder for a couple of days now. I am getting a Media Encoder Damaged message asking me to remove the app.     I have tried uninstalling, rolling back versions, and everything else I can think of, but nothing works. Fortunately, I can still export from Premiere Pro, but rendering embedded After Effects comps are a problem.

The remix clip text on the music does not go away after remixing the music.

24.1.0 Beta (build 29). Windows 10. Once I've created captions from a transcript, if I want to edit any text in a particular caption segment, I double-click to activate the editor, and then it closes the editor after each character (but not spaces, I believe). I have to double-click it after each letter to re-activate the editor. Please give me a fix for this!

Downloaded and used the Beta to finish off a project.   This one has a fair number of source files.   Went to export, and the status bar either remains at 0% with no indication of time remaining or shows nearly 9 hours to output a 17min. video. I cannot go back to the stable version of Premiere with this now-completed project.  Any ideas, on how to force it to output are welcome. Thanks Kevin

24.0.1 (build 29). Windows 10 Not every time, but frequently, when I complete a transcript and click "create captions," the preferences dialog opens, and after I select my preferences and click the blue "create captions" button, Premiere Crashes. It seems to happen after I've created captions for at least one other sequence in the session. When I go to create captions for a new sequence, the dialog box has the captioning preferences triangle selector already opened and the preset selected. If the triangle is closed when the dialog it doesn't happen, but when it's open, it often (maybe always) crashes. I still have to select the max charecters, minumum time and # of lines each time, but if the preset is preselected, I think that's when it crashes. 

So I am trying to open the Keyboard Shortcuts so I can import my shortcuts from older versions but it's not opening at all. Does anyone else have this problem? I just updated it to 24.1.0 but still not working.

Hi, every time I click on the pencil icon to edit caption text, it exits edit-mode after I type 1 character.  I would hope to click on pencil icon, edit my text, and then click off when I'm done Anyone else experiencing this issue? Premiere 24.1Mac Venture 13.5.2

When I try to playback RED footage (.r3d clips) the player will stop playing (won't play back). It won't crash, but the timeline won't play back anything. Sometimes exports are pausing around the spot the RED footage exists and just won't continue (says 2 mins, but won't progress). Something's going on with RED footage in the Beta -- works fine in earlier versions of PP. Anyone else have this problem or can test out varieties of RED footage in their timelines? Might it have something to do with reframing the size (6k down to 1080p in 1080 timeline)?

Hello there,  i am struggling with creating captions, once write down/paste text with corect timing and create following one, the first one text will dissapear! Its also doesnt work after importin whole .srt file. Iam allowed to edit one character in caption and then Premiere close editing option.  

I am facing an issue, when I convert the transcription in caption, and try to edit the caption it takes me out from the edit mode after pressing any key. to edit complete have to reenter everytime

The AE sequence that I had linked in my project won't load anymore - after converting the project to the Premiere Pro beta version. I have tried to convert the AE to the AE beta version as well, but that also is not working.

  I ran into an odd little issue while editing subtitles in the Captions panel. Before generating captions from the transcription was not a problem - no issues. But, once I generated captions and needed to make further edits, it would not let me double-click to edit.   By the way, I LOVE the AI audio enhancements (from Adobe Podcast) baked into the pie.

It crashes whenever I try to switch between workspaces. I tried few of them and it always crashes!

I'm working on the Adobe Premiere (Beta) and it was working fine yesterday, but when I turned on my comoputer this morning and tried to open the project, it stops loading it at about 3/4 of the way and just freezes. I also updated the application to the newest version and I am still having this issue. I also tried opening an auto-save version of that same project and same issue. The application is only opening when I start a new project entirely.

Sync settings from current release of PP (23.6.0) to the PP Beta (24.1.0.27) is not working for me. I've uploaded the settings with sync settings from PP 23.6 several times, and used sync settings to download from the cloud on PP Beta several times. The settings (window layouts, keyboard shortcuts) never appear on PP Beta. I uninstalled, deleted all files and reinstalled PP Beta, and it still does not work. I waited overnight hoping they would magically appear, and that didn't work, either! Unfortunately, I already began editing a huge timeline in PP Beta to take advantage of the text-based editing and AI dialogue audio sweetening features, but having to struggle with this bug, and I guess rebuild all my keyboard shortcuts is negating any time savings I gained.System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.1.0.27    OS: macOS v13.5.2, RAM: 32.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 10
