Please help me with an issue.I specialize in photographing natural materials such as marble, granite, and wood veneer (I shoot flat surfaces, moving evenly across them). I create panoramic images, and from time to time I encounter a recurring problem. Photoshop stitches panoramas from my photos, but sometimes the result is not usable. It doesn’t happen often, but it does occur. I will provide several examples of the panoramas Photoshop produces and explain what exactly is wrong with them.In my workflow, I use Photoshop on both Windows workstations and Mac. Hello,I am experiencing a known bug with Photoshop 2026 (v27.5.0) on my Mac Mini M4 running macOS 26.3.1, where the entire Plugins menu becomes greyed out as soon as any plugin is installed.My setup:- Mac Mini M4, macOS Tahoe 26.3.1- Booting from external SSD (my home directory ~/Library is located on the external SSD)- System/Applications are on the internal NAND- Photoshop 27.5.0, installed via Creative CloudThe problem:- After a fresh Photoshop installation, the Plugins menu works correctly on first launch- As soon as I install any plugin via Creative Cloud (e.g. PiXimperfect Compositing), the Plugins menu becomes permanently greyed out- This happens regardless of whether Photoshop runs natively (ARM) or via Rosetta- The root cause appears to be that Photoshop registers plugins in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsInfo/v1/PS.json with the path "$localPlugins/External/...", but cannot load them correctly when the home directory is on an external volume- Emptying PS.json

The AI ​​repair brush is not working in version 27.4. An error message appears when I set it to AI ON. When AI is set to AI AUTO, a pattern appears where the brush is supposed to repair.Please fix this bug. 

Since version 27.4 and continuing in 27.5 I’ve been experiencing image flickering when using the Curves adjustment. In version 27.4, the issue occurs in all Curves use cases. In 27.5, it appears primarily when applying Curves as a Smart Adjustment on a Smart Object. It is slightly improved, but still noticeable when using Curves as a standard adjustment layer.I’ve attached a video demonstrating the issue: The first example shows Curves applied as a Smart Adjustment on a Smart Object (strong flickering). The second shows a direct adjustment on a non-Smart Object layer (no issue). The third shows a standard adjustment layer (minor flickering still visible). After the latest Photoshop update, the desktop shortcut no longer works.When I click the Photoshop shortcut on Windows 11, the cursor shows a loading circle for a few seconds, but the application never opens. Nothing happens after that.However, if I open Adobe Creative Cloud and click the "Open" button for Photoshop from there, the application launches normally without any issues.This issue started immediately after the recent update. When I try to scale vector shapes pixel-perfectly using the Properties panel, the shape doesn’t scale correctly (see attached screenshot).Only the blue selection outline increases in size, while the shape itself remains unchanged.Even after selecting the shape, its dimensions stay the same and it doesn’t appear to scale.Photoshop 27.4.0MacOS 15.7.4

Hi,   I've been unable to use any of the generative AI functionality within Photoshop for the last 12 hours. I rely on this functionality heavily so my workflow has been severely disrupted. Is anyone else having issues? I get an error any time I try to generate anything - I've never encountered this problem before. It's not a problem with credits as I have plenty.   Thanks!

Hello community, dear experts I'm very frustrated. After the release of Photoshop 27.5, I was hoping I could finally use my Wacom brushes with the latest version.After updating from Photoshop 27.3.1 to 27.4, this was no longer possible despite extensive experimentation (https://community.adobe.com/questions-712/photoshop-2026-friert-nach-update-27-4-0-15-sofort-ein-1550933) Unfortunately, the problem persists in version 27.5:Freshly installed, opened. Hi - I have had enough now. Seriously. My recent files and home screen are blank (missing recent files) every single 3 days, like clockwork FOR OVER A YEAR!  I am practically demented now trying to ofix this permanently. Renaming UXP folders to either .old or ~UXP - does not work as a permanent fix. I cannot be expected to rename these folders every 3 days. I have had an agent remotely access my PC and he just did the same thing, renamed folders. I have used the Adobe clean-up tool, uninstalling Photoshop repeatedly, downloading again etc. Nothing is worklng. I do not use the Cloud to save my work, only specific folders on my PC (windows 11) There has to be a permanent fix for this, it has been going on for over a year like this and is driving me insane.  Please help with a permanent fix. My preferences are correctly set up. I am always updated to latest version. My recent files simply disappear from  the list under "Recent Files" and on the home screen when opening PS u

I open EXR files in Photoshop almost 11 years. Now my work with this files completely broken. So, in order. I render in 3D image and save as open EXR 32-bit, no layers, only RGB. Open in photoshop and always choose “as alpha channel”. After this my files open as 1 layer with no mask and, most important, exactly as I see them in 3D software. In 27.5 open exr files was changed, now i cant open file with same color. Some screenshots -  option 1  I don’t see the sky, but it's there. Add black layer behind this Oh, i see my sky, but what's happening with building?Ok, try another options Wait, i say “layer user mask” but see transparency, ok it doesn't matter, add black and turn off mask. No sky. Try last.  Turn off the mask, and add black behind him. I see the sky. This is wrong. I want options “as alpha channel” like many years before. A don’t want to perform so many actions to just open file and work. You add something new? Ok, it’s fine, but why need broke old? Please, back this options.

Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.4.0 2Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit When I go to Image → Canvas Size, the default is always pixels. I want it to be inches. Note: I have checked in preferences, units and measures, and the default is inches. Also when I go to image → Image size, the default is in fact inches, which is what I expect.  Is the default unit for image → canvas size now different? Is there a different place to set it?  thanks

On Photoshop 27.3.1, document.duplicate() returns a readable handle; on Photoshop 27.5.0, the same plugin/build and same source document returned handle is unreadable (The document with an id of undefined does not exist.).

When I launch Photoshop, the Splash Screen shows up. Then the app opens and the Splash Screen still shows on Mission Control as an active window. If I click it, it does nothing. After I mask out the subject of a picture, the option bar of subtracting/adding to the mask does not pop up

When launching Photoshop the following error appears on screen:“could not apply the saved panel configuration, resetting to default”After the application starts up, workspace can be restored back to the saved preferred layout and everything function correctly. This started with 27.1 and has continued in to 27.3There was also already a thread on here where Adobe said it was being looked in to and myself and others had submitted error logs to show where it appeared to flagging the error. After the community change here, that previous bug report has disappeared from the link resolving there or finding it via search so adding a new till it gets addressed.

In the latest update Adobe changed the way EXR files are loaded in Photoshop (nobody asked for that, but hey, they know what ther’re doing! NOT.) Now you’re prompted to load the alpha as layer mask or transparency, but there’s no option to have it loaded as plain simple channel... (Adobe, do you know RGBA?)Can we have it back please? (And maybe do not break things in the future too?)

Changes to the Clarity and Dehaze adjustment effects are not reflected on the Photoshop canvas after saving.Steps:Create a document (artboards are not required). Put anything inside it and apply Adjustments → Clarity and Dehaze. Convert everything into a single Smart Object. Save it to Adobe Cloud. Reopen the Smart Object, make any change, save the Smart Object, and return to the original tab. You will see that the Clarity and Dehaze effect is no longer applied. Liquify “Disk Error” after Photoshop runs for some time (GPU enabled)I have been experiencing a “Disk Error” when using Liquify for more than one year.
