Hi everybody,When I open my RAW File (shot wit A7III) with Camera Raw, the picture have already modified colors. Like if I had set some preferences imports or something like that.It means I can't work on the original RAW file.Is there some preset I have to change or should I wait an update from Ps ?ThxSalut à tous,Quand'jouvre mes fichiers RAW, je me retrouve directement avec une image modifiée.Je ne peux donc pas bénéficier de l'image flat de base pour faire mes propres retouches.Des paramètres d'importation sont ils à modifier ou une MAJ et prevue par Ps ?merci
Adobe have just upgraded my Photoshop cloud edition. Since that time I have been intermittently unable to open my images ie I get an error message.in Photoshop This is occurring mainly with my .RAF images from my Fujifilm X100F but has also occurred with an .jpeg image, I never had any problems with the previous edition (before the upgrade a week ago) and nor have I made any modifications to my operating system (Windows 7)
We are being forced to use subscription software. Having spent many dollars to keep up with the new developments. I am through. I cannot believe Nikon who has kept use of the same lens mounts for decades has failed us by creating a new file format (NRW). They have not kept their idea of continued use of prior hardware and software by this last format. Why do I have a 20 Meg image sensor when I am forced to edit JPEG images. I think Adobe, Microsoft, and Nikon, and others are forcing us to use subscription (rental) software and the Cloud. I ,myself, have no desire to purchase any new products. I would love to sell my last purchase. It advertised RAW files, but failed to say they are incompatible. ..................I know, BOO HOO.Windy Hill
Hello, I have a problem with DNG converter. I downloaded a 10.3 version that should support Raw from Sony A7III, but when I want to upload photos, DNG Converter does not read it. Does anyone know where the problem is? Thanks.

I have a new problem since the 10.3 ACR update which has to do with how RAW files look when viewed in ACR 10.3. In short, ACR is showing AdobeRGB images as if they are tagged sRGB.I open Nikon Raw files whose native space is AdobeRGB into Adobe Camera Raw. ACR has always successfully recognized that the display space for these is Adobe RGB. Since the update, colors appear muted in the way an AdobeRGB image looks like when assigned as sRGB. When I open the RAW file from ACR into Photoshop, the colors become much more intense, as one would expect when an AdobeRGB image is viewed with the proper view setting. As if it needs to be said: this problem makes color correction in ACR impossible.I have a similar system running pre-10.3 ACR, and thir problem is not evident. Color rendering in ACR is completely reliable. Same monitor, same color calibration software, same graphics card. Oh, and I have tried this with graphics card processing turned on and off in Photoshop. No change.Sot the real qu
I am getting a Canon 80D which is not supported in CR 9.1.1 (CS6). Hence, my choice is to either use DNG to convert .cr2 to .dng or use DPP to convert from .cr2 to .tif.In terms of conversion quality and metadata retention which technique is recommended?Anyone have thoughts or recommended reading?I have LR 6 but have pretty much starting using CS6 due to its layering capabilities.Thanks.
I am running Bridge and PS Cc2018 under windows 10 home single user on a Dell Inspiron 8G 64-bit laptop. Both programs work so long as I do not try to use raw files. Where the programs lock out on trying to open ACR 10.3The solution I found was to use an earlier version of ACR. Iworks with 9.1.1I would like to work with the 10.3 version.Does any one have any ideas what can been done?Ian
The latest ACR does not support this PEF and the new body has now been available for a month. Can you please add support for the Pentax K-1 Mk II in the next release of ACR.
I just installed the current version of DNG converter onto my Windows OS. It still wont import my files from my new Pentax K-1 Mark II. It shows the memory card and subfolders but when I click on the subfolders it says there are no files there. Does this app not convert these files yet? I want to import my photos into Photoshop Elements 2018 which also doesn't recognize the files.
When is Adobe going to support Phase One IQ3 Trichromatic 16 bit files? I can get thumbnails in Windows Explorer and not Bridge for crying out loud. Camera Raw won't open them. Get you act together Adobe.

I prefer to merge Images to a Panorama via Camera Raw, as it gives me a DNG. But since the newest update (10.3) I don't see the function anymore. Is it gone?
Hey guys,I just started using Camera Raw and found that I do not have the grayscale option under HSL.I am using Photoshop CC 19.1.3.Can anyone explain to me why I do not have this grayscale option? I am including a screenshot of what I am seeing.Thank you in advance!
I download dng_sdk and compile in VS community 2017.Some errors like below: SeverityCodeDescriptionProjectFileLineSuppression StateErrorC2440'initializing': cannot convert from 'dng_std_allocator<dng_noise_function>' to 'dng_std_allocator<_Newfirst>'c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio\2017\community\vc\tools\msvc\14.11.25503\include\vector558I learned from past post = mentioned that template issue. But I still confuse.Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
Hi I access camera raw via a right click on the raw image in bridge. I've been using Adobe CC for just over a year now and I thought when I moved on to it that all my lenses were automatically selected when I click on the profile corrections. However, recently I've been disappointed with some processing results so I decided to see if there was a rogue setting in ACR. Now today (or maybe this is the first time I've noticed it!) a) ACR is not even selecting a manufacturer b) only a small subset of lenses appear in the next dropdown c) my lens isn't there anyway now. It's giving a warning triangle saying 'Unable to locate a matching lens profile automatically'I've opened another image with a different lens and not only does the lens profile come up automatically, but when I examine the dropdowns, they're all there, including the one for the 300mm I'm talking about!Looking on the supported lenses list for ACR it does say that this lens is supported, although one thing I should point
Hallo!
I have the new Olympus OMD EM 1 Mark II which requires Camera Raw 9.9 and above. I am using Elements 14 and have downloaded the latest version of Camera Raw but it has only uploaded the 9.5 plug-in version in my Elements. 1. Does anyone know if Elements 14 can support the raw files from Olympus OMD EM1 Mark II ? 2. Do you know how I can update Camera Raw to the 10.3 version in Elements 14? Thanks
Guys, I've posted this on behalf of a friend, who doesn't really know how to fix the problem.Maybe some of you have come across it and will be able to help out?Color profile in D850 is set to AdobeRGB.When he openes NEF file in Camera RAW 9.12.1, he does all adjustmentes and the minute the image ends up in Photoshop CC 2017, it seems like the colors are washed out, there is lack of contrast... Generally speaking, it's totally different image from this ascepcts point of view.Camera RAW is also set to AdobeRGB profile and NEF file being opened in CC has the same profile. The problem occurred when he updated the Camera RAW to version 9.12.1.Even now, when he opens NEF files from the other camera Nikon D800E, the problem is exactly the same. When Camera RAW has been downgraded to previous version, the files from D800E looked just fine, all adjustmentes were properly trasferred to CC 2017.Forgive me if the this issue have been mentioned before, but honestly speaking I couldn't find...I will a
I have a Pentax K-5 IIs, and have never been able to get Camera Raw's Camera Calibration to show anything but Embedded and Adobe Standard as the profile choices (nothing about Pentax at all).I just updated Photoshop CC a couple of weeks ago, and heard that Camera Raw's Profiles has been significantly updated, but it doesn't seem to have been changed at all on my version.I have an iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014, with High Sierra OS. Oh, and I only shoot RAW. My file extension is DNG. I know that my Pentax is supposed to be supported.I read (I think - it wasn't really clear) that I need a Plug-In, but I don't know what the name of the plugin is - just searching for "Adobe Camera Raw Profiles Plug-In" hasn't found anything. How do I find it?I also went to my Photoshop's Help>Find Plug-Ins & Extensions, but that brought me to an Adobe page with thousands of Plugins for special effects, most for sale, and doing a search within that page for Camera Raw Profiles didn't bring
Good morning, For several weeks I have been trying (with Adobe DNG Convertor) to getmy pictures converted from my Nikon Coolpix B700 to DNG. I succeeded onetime but the other times he doesn’t find the images in the selected map, evenwhen the camera is connected to the computer with a cable. I have installed the program also on a laptop (both Windows 10) but thisalso didn’t work. On an Apple Macbook from a colleague I did succeed toconnect. All the different Codec’s, which were advised by Nikon, are alreadyinstalled. The program isn’t mentionded in the list of installed programs. What should I do to get the program up and running? Cause otherwise I’monly able to create pictures in JPEG. Kind regards, Ton Outside.
If I use the DNG converter will it also convert my jpeg files? I have both my jpeg and raw files in same folder!
