Clicking on the eye icon in the Effects panel resets all effects settings. Expected - effects should be temporary set to zero and returned to their original values after releasing mouse button. Camera Raw 16.5.0.1953 Windows x64 

Hi, I am facing this issue using a Wacom tablet in Camera Raw. When I start the program, the tablet pen works fine. After a few of minutes, the pen becomes erratic and unresponsible and I have to detach the table and reconnect it to work again. In some forums a suggested solution is to disable GPU acceleration, but this is useless in my case ( and it slows heavily the software )Mac OS X Ventura 13.6.9Camera Raw 16.4.0.1906Wacom tablet model PTH-860 ( Intuos Pro ), driver version ( Wacom Center ) 6.3.46-1

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but I just tried opening a bunch of CR3 photos in Photoshop for the first time in a long time--instead of opening in the RAW editor as expected, they all opened the same way a JPG would. Happens in both Photoshop 2023 and 2024, camera RAW version is 16.5If this is a change to how Photoshop operates I dislike it. Is there a way to get it to handle CR3s the old-fashioned way, by opening them in the RAW editor?(To be clear--this happens with drag-and-drop into Photoshop; if I go through the File menu and pick "Open as," I can get it to open through the RAW editor that way, but that doesn't work if (for instance) I need to do a batch export.What am I missing here? 

Hi, Constant error when I use masks or try to syncronize images in Camera Raw. Bridge usually freezes in every second time as well.  Windows 11, AMD Radeon RX 6600, all drivers updated, can't use the software, have checked the video card out, appears to be working perfectly. Error: "Due to a run-time error, GPU acceleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session".  or"Due to a run-time error, GPU acceleration has been reverted to Limited for the remainder of the session".

Hello, I'm using Camera Raw 16.5 and want to create a subject mask.It doesn't work and I get the following error message: "The AI ​​selection model cannot be loaded."The same thing happens with the background mask. The sky mask works. What could be the reason for this?

Just upgraded to Adobe Bridge 14.1.2.300 and Camera Raw 16.4.0 for Mac.  When working in Camera Raw and selecting  the Masking Tool-Create New Mask, it no longer shows "Select Sky", "Select Subject", "SelectBackground", as in previous versions.  It only shows "Brush", "Linear Gradient", "Radiaq Gradient".  Where can I find the missing masking options?

I'm getting the feeling things are not going well at Adobe. Last week's PS locking up. Now I open CR to find there is no select subject function. A post from Feb 2024 said to delete CR preferences.That restored slect subject for as long as the tutorial was running. Once that was exited Select Subject menu choice was gone.Tried to use an older PS version but 2023 folder now only has plugins and preset folders. So much for keeping that as a fall back from beta.Speaking of beta... My PS 2024 folder has an .exe dated 7/26. When run it's splash screen says ver 25.12 BETA, and soon produces the graphics accellerator error msg. The PS Beta folder .exe has a .exe date 8/8 This is no way to run a railroad. NOT HAPPY.

O sistema "tenta" corrigir o rosto de pessoas que estão desfocadas por efeito da lente e lhes imputa rostos diferentes. Seguem arquivos para análise. Não consegui submeter os arquivos RAW e DNG por aqui. Informem se puder fazer isso por outro meio. Em um universo de 1700 fotos aproximadamente, isto aconteceu em cerca de 100 fotos.

Ao aplicar o comando na foto, o sistema cria "rostos fictícios" em pessoas que estão desfocadas. 

My question is the same as the subject. I want to know why should inverse of AsShotNeutral tag be used to get the white balance gains to white balance the RAW image? The DNG specification does not mention to take the inverse? Is it that I am missing anything or I am totally way off the truth? Please guide. For example my DNG file readsAsShotNeutral = [0.4697, 1, 0.6465] ; Only when I take an inverse and then apply the resultant white balance gains (by masking according to the RAW bayer pattern) I get the correct results. Why is that? I am following this document to achieve a minimal RAW processing.  

My camera raw filter is not working. i am using the latest PS beta version. Everything is up-to-date. even a camera raw from the creative cloud. but when I click on the camera raw, I am facing this error: "Could not complete the camera raw filter command because of a program error." I have attached the SS. please anybody can help?

Hello, I'm having a heck of a time figuring this out. I have several files with incorrect (possibly corrupt) EXIF fields. I have 100's of images with various metadata issues like:lens:ffffffffffffffffffffffffffff.."70-200, 70.0-200.0 mm, 70-200mm f2.8 DG OS HSM | Sport, 70-300 f4 IS USM, 70-300 f4 (all these are the same lens)5dMII, 5DMIV (but was the same camera taken seconds apart)unknown lensetc. All of these are mismatched labels even though they were the same camera, same lens, from the same event on the same day so they are clearly errors. It is also not the camera or lens because it's "only" a fractal  % of 300k+ images over years and with different cameras.After hours of searching, I can't find a way to edit these errors within any Adobe products since it apparently only lets you edit IPTC, GPS, Keyword, and time stamp data. How can I fix these errors without diving into 3rd party potentially sketchy software? Or is there one that is officially recommended?

When I open Camera Raw to procces a image, it says (Camera Raw requieres graphic proccesor acceleration to edit photos).  The computer is a ASUS Book Pro lap top, Window 11, the graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce RTY 3060. I have been traying to go into settings and check camera raw preferences>Performance>Use graphic proccesor (Off) can not put it on auto. To my knowledge which I am not tech everything looks like it should.  What can I do to make Camera Raw editing work again? Please Help! 

I'm getting an error like this. Has anyone encountered this kind of problem? My device's information is as on the screen. When I want to open camera raw while processing photos in Photoshop, it gives this error. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still gave the same error. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Okay, long winded post coming up. I am a wedding photographer and my usual workflow has been... okay. I'm sure I could do things to save time, but this is what I was taught and teaching an old dog new tricks seems daunting. BUT I have run into an issue and my entire process is on hold.Here is what I currently have been doing: created a folder on my external hard drive for the session/wedding, create 3 sub folders (RAWS, sneak peeks, finals), pop card in, open bridge, select all of the RAW files from card, drag and drop into "raws" subfolder on hard drive, then open the "raw" folder in bridge, cull and apply star ratings to the images I want to keep, open starred raw files in ACR, edit in chronological order, export image as jpg into appropriate folder on hard drive OR open images in photoshop if I want to fine tune or remove clutter etc. This process has worked fine and I have been able to close ACR/Bridge and go back to the images with my star-ratings saved (5 star to keep, 4 sta

Hi everyone, could do with a bit of help here. In Camera Raw, I heavily rely on the "Color Mixer" function to fix incorrect color casts. Sometimes though, I'd like to apply these corrections only to masks created using Camera Raw's "Mask" feature. But it seems like I can't do that. There's no tool like "Color Mixer" within "Masks". Am I missing something? Could you please help me out? Thanks a bunch.

Trying to create a new profile in Camera Raw. When selecting a .cube file I get the attached erorr.  The file works in other software. Have tried resetting Camera Raw settings, didn't affect the issue. Camera Raw 16.4.0.1906Windows 11  

The Camera Raw 16.4 window opens slightly higher for each new image until the window is so high on the screen that I can't reach the top edge with the mouse to pull it back down. How do I force Camera Raw to open in the same place each time?  Is there something in Settings where I can set a static position for this window? A more detailed explanation of what's happening: I'll open a RAW file, which opens the Camera Raw window near the middle of the screen.  After I do my edits and transfer to Photoshop (which closes the Camera Raw window), I'll finish the photo and save in Photoshop, then close the image.  When I start working on my next RAW file, the Camera Raw window opens, but about an inch higher on the screen.  As I repeat this process, eventually the Camera Raw window will open where the top edge (which normally allows me to move the window) will disappear above the top of the screen where my mouse can't reach it.  (See screenshots)I'm currently usin

Hi! I’m using PS 14.1.0.993. In Camera Raw interface, I’m not able to see the rightmost vertical tabs panel (one with EDIT, CROP, HEALING and other tools). It’s like my Windows screen crops right after the Preferences (Gear icon) on the top right, vertically down. How do I fix this? Somebody Please HELP!!

I'm on an Intel iMac, running macOS Sonoma, using the latest version of Photoshop, v25.9.1, but I am experiencing a strange issue within Camera Raw v16.4 which could be a bug, but I'm not sure. I have installed 10 sets of 3rd party adjustment brushes, 124 brushes in total, however, when I try to access the brushes in the masking section not all of them are available to me, 22 of them are not visible to me even though they are installed correctly. I've had two remote support sessions from Adobe. In the 1st session, they changed permissions for Photoshop and for some files, and then in System Settings, they gave Photoshop full disc access to files and folders. In the 2nd session, they installed earlier versions of Camera Raw to see if there were any issues with the latest version. Finally, I was told to contact the developer so they could send me the files for the brushes that were not showing up to see if there was a compatibility issue with any of them with the latest Camera

Hi all! Just wondering if you have a solution for this. When I open Camera Raw from Bridge and accidentally press the Tilda key (next to the left shift on my keyboard) Camera Raw closes without saving its progress. Very annoying when I'm working in series of multiple images and everything is lost. The strange thing is that it doesn't happen when I open Camera Raw from Photoshop. I work on a Macbook Pro and Mac Studio and it's the same for both devices. Regularly updated, also reinstalled everything to see if it would help, but... nothing! Is it a shortcut? This key is bugging me for about 2 years now.
