Camera Raw

Hello - I am searching my hard drive (Mac) for the actual camera profile files.  I thought the camera profiles were DCP files.  I am specifically looking for the latest Fuji camera profiles.  I am on Camera RAW 14 and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 11.0.1. It looks like camera profiles are now XMP files.  Is that correct?  Look at my screenshot. Where are the Velvia and Across profiles located?  The ones Adobe created, not VSCO or some third party. When I search my hard drive for DCP files, I don't find anything like Velvia and Across.   Thanks in advance for your help. David     

There is a message showing all the updates on the app but not letting me reach the button to proceed, the message is not in my screen and not allowing me to press it 

I would like to know if anyone has a legitimate suggestion to get a downgrade of ACR that dates from right before the new masking tool. I have tried support but am NOT getting a solution. Here is my dilemma.I had an old MacPro on High Sierra. it did not work well with PS 2019 and younger.I had a laptop on Big Sur that was younger and faster and it worked well with PS 2019 and higher.I in fact moved it up to 2020 because I liked that version better. It had a version of the ACR plugin that did NOT have the new masking feature.I then bought a new MacMini and had the same configuration there. Unfortunately it crashed and had to be repaired. It came back wiped and to my disappointment 2019 and up are nowhere to be seen and ACR is the updated one with the new masking feature. I managed to get a download link from support to ACR 14_2 but it will not respond with PS 2022.So I am in a bind now. I cannot downgrade and Adobe will not get me an older version of PS.Can anyone help?&n

Hi all I used the radial filter to completely desaturate the casing of a watch. when I then boosted some yellow in the saturation in HSL, I noticed that the casing I actually desaturated before with the radial filter suddenly gains saturation again.  No idea why but it really happens 🤣 am I doing something wrong? Camera Raw vers: 14.0.0.950Photoshop vers: 23.0.0OS: MacOS Monterey 12.0.1

I have a new Windows 11 computer & just reinstalled Creative Suite 5 Design Premium, including Photoshop CS5 and Bridge. When I open files in Camera Raw it opens to Camera Raw 6.0. This older version was somewhat expected since Adobe's download files are an older version than what I'd purchased, and when I rebuilt my computer a few months ago Adobe provided a link to update Camera Raw to the version I'd originally had.  (I forget which version it was, other than that it'd had perspective / tilting capabilities). I've tried the Camera Raw Plug-In Installer on my own, and when that didn't work I went to Support and they sent what I think is an installer for v10.5. Neither worked: both Photoshop and Bridge still load up Camera Raw 6.0.  I'm still waiting on Support to reshare the file they'd sent me a few months ago (I think I just had a Support rep who didn't have the necessary priviledges?), but following the Rep's suggestions I'm posting here in case anyone can point

I've just updated to the latest version of Camera Raw and have found some very annoying querks and wonder if there any fixes for them? 1. When you make a crop, the image stays small in the workspace window. How can this be changed to fill the window? 2. The crop takes ages to move to what I want. I can let go of the trackpad and the curser continues to move. 3. After using a slider or, inputting an amount I used to be able to press enter so I could press an arrow key to choose my next image. This seems to have changed from my older and much loved Camera Raw version. I'm now having to use v13.4 as a compromise as the crop issue works much faster. I'm using a Mac with 10.14.6

I was used to invert my negative using Camera Raw, but now I can't modify the curves in order to invert the photo. Can someone help me?

I know that Camera Raw 14 in Photoshop has masking ability. Right now I am at CR13. I cannot find a masking tool. Am I missing it somewhere?     {Thread title edited by moderator}

To select & edit exisitng radial or gradient masks, I have to click J (or G) to open the list of all masks, then click it with my mouse — fairly slow & awkward. Whats a quicker way to access / toggle-thru these & edits exsiting masks? Camera Raw 14.1

One cannot copy and paste MASKS in Adobe Camera RAW but CAN do so in Lightroom Classic‽  CAmera RAW 14.2 Mac OS Catalina+   In Lightroom classic, a MASK can by copied, pasted, added, or substracted—no matter if the Mask is of the Sky or Subject. This IS possible in Lightroom Classic. Why the disparity? When will this be rectified in Adobe Camera RAW (Bridge/Photoshop)?

Firstly, I posted this on Acrobat SDK forum knowing it did not belong there strictly speaking, and a member of the community suggested this forum. I am working on a project that uses Adobe's DNG SDK 1.6 library, and it is supposed to work on Windows and MacOS. The library has instructions on how to build it for both platforms, but I had to figure out an error that came up on Windows with Visual Studio. I am not very experienced with big C++ projects so it was not trivial but I got it working. Most of my own code will be done in C# .Net Core, calling the native libraries using a wrapper class with P/Invoke. Now for Mac that's a different story, I have a MacOS 11 VM, installed Xcode 12.5.1 and followed the steps provided, as expected, it does not work. Bare in mind this is my first time touching Xcode and MacOS. The project I am trying to build is dng_validate, and it depends on two libraries built by these projects: XMPFiles64 and XMPCore64.&

For example, I set saturation, hue and luminosity for different tones in an image, but later I decide I want the original settings - only in the color mixer, not all ACR image settings. How do I set all tones to zero without moving each arrow to the middle? 

When I pull up the enhancement for super resolution it gives me an error every time saying, "System Update required. An unexpected error occurred when loading the Enhance feature. Try updating your operating system or graphics driver to the latest version." Everything is completely up to date. I can't find any information anywhere from Adobe. I have no clue what else to do.

I've just started using Photoshop, Bridge & Camera Raw after using an old version of CS5 for a long time. After processing RAW files in Camera Raw I simply cannot see any 'Save As' button to save the files as JPGs. I feel like I'm going crazy, as every Google page I go to says the 'save as' option is in the 'bottom left' of the window, but there is absolutely nothing there. This was the simplest part of the process in my old CS5! The whole interface is more confusing and un-user friendly, but I expected this to be obvious, as conversion to JPG is what almost everyone does after adjusting the RAW files. Please can someone tell me I'm just missing something obvious! Thanks.

When I use Camera Raw 13.3 in Photoshop Elements 2022, the application freezes.The only way to close it is to end with the task manager.It happens when I try to make changes.It does not help to wait.I am using Windows 10 Pro 21H2

Why is the camera raw plugin that is available with Photoshop Elements 2022 so slow in comparison with the camera raw plugin provided with Photoshop ?And why there is no masking features ? 😞

Greetings, I'm hoping I can put out a RAW file forest fire here and start a good discussion.  I enter a photographic 'print' competition with a PPA affiliate.  It's a digital submission nowadays but is still called print competition.  There is a new RAW category.  The powers that be are saying the file is no longer RAW if it was imported into Lightroom.   I disagree.  I'm seeing no sidecars or any evidence that the actual image was changed even if I name them as I bring them in.   So, who is right.  If no changes or adjustments were made except naming it, is it still a RAW image or not?    Go ahead, hit me, I can take it.  I had to remove one of mine because LR touched it.    

I was working today with my images and everything worked fine, when i opened a new batch of photos after taking a brake the oimages are simply not showing in camera raw also the scroll bar disappeared and i cans see open and other buttons that are usally on the end of the window. I tryed turning off graphic prosessor like the internet suggested but nothing happened 

Bridge 12.0.1, ACR 14.2iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017), MacOS BigSur Version 11.2.3 Hello,I use Bridge to view my RAW photos, I typically select them and press the open with Camera Raw button then do my editing, and proceed on to Photoshop. Recently, everytime I click the Camera Raw button, it freezes bridge (get the spinning wheel, sits there for hours, refuses to open). This problem occurred at a random time ( I did not recently update bridge or Camera Raw, it just started to happen). So I decided to update Bridge in hopes it would fix the issue. It did not. Additionally I can open the same photo(s) in photoshop and Camera Raw filter works just fine.I have already installed earlier version of Bridge and ACR, problem still persisted. I also manually deleted all the cache files and even ran the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool on both Bridge and ACR and it did not help.  Really need some help getting ACR working again in Bridge as my workflow depends on it. I am having trouble with a terrible lag on the brushes in Adobe Camera RAW 14.0.1, Up to 5-10 seconds pass before the brush effect slowly follows the action of the brush movementI have a Macbook Air M1 with 16GB ramPerformance is set to auto 

ACR 14.0 The crop tool is missing

I have been using an action to get batches images from Camera Raw to .jpg for quite a few years with no problems.I am using an iMac, slightly older model, and have to use V. 22.5.5 as I am running Catalina 10.15.7 as the model iMac is now a veteran model according to Apple.  Since I can't use the latest ios and the batch action I use for this now comes up with the helpful 'install latest version', I CAN'T as the latest version of PSCC won't run on my computer.Can some one give a hand to get this sorted? Iain

I observed this in a thread in another forum. When was this option introduced?
