Hi all, I have some problems with my new lens: As soon as I select the lens corrections both in LrC and Fotoshop, all images with that lens are transfered into a full-frame fisheye picture, no matter which focal lenght I used for taking the picture. If I shoot for instance a picture with 8mm with my Nikon FX-sensor cam (Nikon D780) with the desired result of getting a circular fisheye picture, the image is stretched out for a maximum visibility which is not the desired resulte in that case. Further more the lens correction of the image border is not working as desired - there's a blueish border when not using the maximum focal lenth of 15mm... Is there any chance that Adobe will correct this in the future or should i disable the lense corrections for that lens? Kind regards and sorry for my poor english - I'm a native german speaker. Camera Raw is Verison 14.3I use MacOS 12.3.1
My CR3 files open in Lightroom but not Photoshop. Lightroom, Photoshop, and Camera Raw are all up to date. The camera (Canon EOS R6) is supported. The images open in Lightroom just fine but Photoshop says they are unsupported. I get a few different errors. One says unsupported, but one says "Could not open _____.cr3 because of a disk error." I have already tried uninstalling Photoshop and reinstalling it. That did nothing. Any other thoughts? Strange thing is that the image works fine on my other mac, which is an M1. So it isn't the image file. What's going on. iMac 2020 Intel Core i5MacOS 12.3.1
As the title states... Camera Raw is unresponsive when attempting to open RAW images from either an SD card or any images (RAW or otherwise) directly saved onto my computer. Here is the info... This is unexceptable. Thank you in advance.
I was trying to convert some .3FR files from hasselbald x1d. The original black level of 3FR file is 256, but the black level of dng is changed to 1028. Why is 1028? and is it correct? please take this photo as an example:https://www.dpreview.com/sample-galleries/4234210046/hasselblad-x1d-sample-gallery/3168873830 adobe dng converter version I used is 13.4.0.872
When done editing in CR wanting to apply setting & return to the gallery in Bridge (from where you opened the file(s)) — how do you do that without using the mouse? I click "Done" because ENTER opens it in Photoshop. I already tried Ctrl-Enter and Alt-Enter.Windows 10; latest version of CR.
Hello! I am attempting to create a profile in the dng profile editor, but am not having any luck using the color matrices tab. I keep getting an error that says "the operation could not be completed" when I try and adjust my white balance. I get this same error when I try and adjust anything, but this is the function I really need. I did change my compatibility from camera raw 2.4 and later in lightroom, but that doesn't seem to matter. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hello, when I opened Camera Raw, the program offered me to choose between two UI styles, new (New ACR Default) and old (Vertical Filmstrip and single panels), I chose a new one, but I don’t like it, now I don’t know how to choose the old style.Help me please change to the old style (Vertical Filmstrip and single panels).Thank you
I upgraded to a new macbook pro m1 max where I hope to solve my problem with adove bridge together with camera raw where it was always extremely slow with editing the pictures (the slides glitches and where not smooth, zooming in super glitchy)I upgraded, but I am still having the problem. I can't chat to someone from adobe and I really really want my problem to be gone. both happems with raw files and jpg's. Also when I open camera raw from photoshop it's super super slow.
Is there any way to set the keyboard shortcuts for zoom settings in ACR to match Photoshop? Why is the shortcut combo for zoom to 100% in ACR CMD + OPT + 0 instead of CMD+1, for example? super annoying guys c'mon
I'm currently having a problem with using presets in camera raw. Many, not all, of my presets, have been reduced to just a spike in the histogram. I can on some presets see the changes on the thumbnail. Some presets still work, so its not all of them. I can't figure out how to escape this. Please fix this bug.
Hello, I've been working with a few of the DNG files from the new DJI Mavic 3 drone. There is a fair amount of pattern noise in the sky at default settings. This can create a moire pattern depending on the size the iamges is scaled to on the screen. Does Camera Raw need to be updated to support these files?
When opening camera raw I get a fatal error and the app just starts working on the integrated graphics card instead of the dedicated one. The GPU acceleration gets deactivated 😞I'm on the latest version of photoshop 2022 and also the latest version of camera raw. Already tried reinstalling but isn't working.
Quand j'ouvre une photo en raw ca me fait ceci et je n'arrie pas a reduire le fenetre qui peux m'aider merci
I think there is a bug in the crop and zoom tools in CC Camera Raw ver. 10.1 When I click to start the crop, a defined rectangular box appears and merely enlarges the image within the box to fit the screen. No crop handles appear and I can't drag the tool begin the crop. This doesn't happen every time I open an image but once it opens and does this, I can't get it to stop unless I reboot my system. I've looked all over to see if maybe I'm missing a preference somewhere but I can't find anything. Anyone else have this issue? I'm using Window 7 Pro. Thanks!
I have 863 jpg files in a folder on the desktop and want to convert them into DNG's. However, in the Adobe Digital Negative Converter (DNG Converter) the files do not show up when selecting the same folder. Adobe has no solution for it except to re-start the computer and to ask this forum.Any hints would be helpfull - thanks.
The new Nikon Z9 uses newly-developed RAW (NEF) file formats that Camera Raw 9.1.1 doesn't recognise. So I have to go to a Win10 PC, run DNG Converter 14.1 to convert my NEF files to DNG, then back to a Win7 PC to open them in Camera Raw 9.1.1 (I don't want to 'upgrade' to Win10, or 'cloud' software of any sort). But when opening the DNG files in Camera Raw, it won't perform lens corrections using the inbuilt lens profiles, even though using a lens that *is* recognised when I develop (unconverted) NEF files from my D750 camera. I inspected the Z9 DNG files (plain text portion), and they *do* include the lens name (twice!), but Camera Raw doesn't recognise it. Can anything be done to 'fix' this issue?
Hello Adobe Community,We are currently trying to completly automate our AI upscaling workflow for CGI image sequences. So far, our current workflow looks like this :Render 3D images at 75% of target resolutionManually open each image sequence in Camera Raw via Adobe Bridge and apply the Super Resolution enhancementManually run a Photoshop script to downscale the images to the target resolution (100%). This has be done since Super Resolution blindly double the size of the image, which is way more than what we need Our goal is to remove the need for manual intervention during step 2 and 3. We are looking for a way to automate it via some Super Resolution API or any other kind of script that would work inside a Windows environement. Is there such an API ? If not, what do you think would be the best way to achieve this ?
Photoshop CC 2019 and 2022's camera raw freezes indefinitely after updating the driver to 30.0.101.1631. Photoshop has detected the problem and disabled the use of i9-10900's integrated graphics. Photoshop camera raw tells me that enhance requires a graphics card with metal support and I'm on a Macbook pro? Whats wrong.
Issue: Noisy conversion of RAW files from Olympus/OM OM-1 in Lightroom / Camera RawLightroom Classic Version Number: 11.2 - Camera raw 14.2OS Version Number: Windows 11Steps to reproduce:Import ORF files from OM Systems OM-1Turn off all detail corrections (noise filtering) for image if necessaryExpected result: Relative noise-free pixels at ISO 200 (verified in OM Workspace app)Actual result: Noisy pixels (screenshots shown)
In camera raw filmstrip, if you have many files open, it would be very usefull with an automatic indicator that shows which files have been saved after editing so you will not save more than once if forgetting to mark them manually. I Know that i can give them a label after saving, but it would be much easier with a automatic marking.
Radial Gradient not working in latest Adobe Camera Raw (ver 14.3.0.1072) on Windows 10 OS. I open a Cannon CR2 file with ACR, attempt to use the radial gradient feature, and program crashes. I was expecting the gradient to allow sizing the adjustment area, but it does not.
Work lost. I was doing a complicated set of masks in PhotoShop Camera Raw (14.3) and was getting very happy with the results. I would say the image had about 15-20 minor tweaks to the mask and I had spent an hour or so getting it to that point. Then I must have hit a key or done something similar as the entire image returned to its base state with the exception of a simple subject mask (even the mask name reset). That is when I started to look for a undo or history to reverse the "whatever" I had done. I had not made any snapshots or saved any settings at this point. After chatting with a tech it became clear I was out of luck and would just have to start over. It never occurred to me there would not be a history of the ability to do a series of undos (this is all within the Camera Raw module). The tech suggested to me that I post this experience and put it on the wish list. So here it is, A way to recover from an error in the PS Camera Raw module
Since the last update, this function does not work anymore wheareas it worked very well on the prévious version.
