Hello,I was wondering if an expert or someone with detailed knowledge of Adobe Connect could tell me if it is possible to export or place a curriclum from Adobe Connect onto a CD. I don't think it is, however, the reason I am asking is that we have offices overseas with slow internet connection and they have a hard time accessing videos via Connect.Thank you for any information you can give.

When I click the "edit recording" button, a message pops up saying "The selected resource does not exist."  I have been able to edit recordings in the past (as recent as one month ago) without difficulty.

Dear all:Since yerterday it happens something strange.If a make a recording with Licensed Connect I can see the URL to view it but I cannot download it into .flv format.When I click in Edit appears a message saying the: The resourse has not been found.Any idea????

During a live event today the chat pod suddenly closed, without anyone hiding it. Several of the attendees reported it closed before it happened on my Mac. What could have caused this to happen?

We have a server set up to automatically download our class recordings every night. It has worked fine since we set in up last July.However, the last few days it has been delivering FLV files with only audio, no video.Here are some diagnostics:1. The recordings play fine when streaming or downloading, video is there on the Adobe recording server.2. We can see the video playing as it downloads on our local recording server (we have a laptop RDP into the server at all times, so that the server generates the video for the recording).3. The downloaded FLV files are markedly smaller and clearly can only hold audio, not video.Thus far, only one class has complained, but I expect a wave of complaints and a backlog of classes needing to be re-recorded.Is there some setting or bad Plug-In version that could be causing this?

I have recorded a meeting and have the URL for it.  How can I post it to my web site so people can view it at their leisure?

Can I share a document and poll on the same screen in Adobe Connect? I need participants to review a slide and then choose a correct answer from a multiple choice - but they need to be able to do both at the same time.

Hi all,I have a question regarding audio bridges and seperate teleconferences. The way in which we usually run our meetings is by the audio profile function in meeting information. We start the meeting, connect audio (ACP dials into the teleconference and establishes the audio bridge)  then the participants join the teleconference as participants from land line phones. We prefer to keep this set up as it requires very little set up from the participants point of view - all they need to do is dial a teleconference number using their phone. We then record the meeting and the audio is captured via the bridge.My question is.. if I were to disable the "Broadcast Telephony Audio" option in Audio conference settings, would the meeting recording still pick up the teleconference audio or would this be lost? The reason why I want to do this is we sometimes get issues with feedback. ie, the teleconference audio is coming through someones laptop speakers and causing an echo effect. Ideally we

Hi,I am trying to use Adobe Connect 9 with Google Chrome version 32 on my PC Windows 8.1 laptop. Most things seem to work okay, but I cannot get my microphone to work. I can hear the sound in the Audio Wizard, but I can't get Connect to "hear" me. The microphone works fine in IE 11.Thoughts?Thanks!

HelloI am having trouble accessing a recorded meeting in Adobe Connect.  I am not the administrator but the administrator has supposedly given us access to the recorded sessions.  Each time I click on the recording of a meeting I get a "not authorized" response, even though I am logged in.I am getting the below error message - Can anyone help?

Hi, I am also unable to hear any audio when viewing lectures for class via adobe presenter- I am on a gateway netbook - not a MAC. I have installed the windows add-in (feb.2014 update) & cleared the browsing history with no success. No audio issues with any other programs. I am running Windows 7, have adobe9 and powerpoint 2010. I do not need to run presenter to present files myself- I only need to watch the lectures provided by my professor. The progress bar at the bottom of the slide page reads "no audio"What else can I do?Any other solutions would be extremely helpful!

Normally I run all my Connect meetings from a Mac, but I have an issue with camera latency on the Mac and I'd like to do some testing on my Connect site using a PC. I have the latest version of Flash and all the updates in Win 7. When I open Explorer 11 to my Connect site and log in, there is nothing on the page below the grey bar on the home page where all my meeting rooms are. If I click on the Content or Meetings tab, it appears my meeting rooms are there, but I can't open any of the rooms. When I click Enter Meeting room, a blank white page opens and nothing eles happens. The Connect Add in does not start ( I do have the latest installed). I should note that Firefox on the same PC works fine. Can't figure what's going on with Explorer. Any ideas?

I'm currently evaluating Adobe Connect to determine if it will work well for our company's webinars. As part of the evaluation, I attempted to create a custom event template. The first thing I did was to apply a custom background (using an image) to the template. The next thing I did was attempt to change the time zone from U.S./Michigan to U.S./Eastern. When the page refreshed, I got the error message included below. After that, every time I attempted to edit any template, I got the sam error message. I am accessing Adobe Connect using the Google Chrome browser Version 32.0.1700.107 m. I tried loggin in with Internet Explorer 9 version 9.0.8112.16421. At first, it seemed to work, but then I went to edit something in the catalog (adding a graphic), and, suddenly, I got the error again.I tried to contact Support through chat, but they don't support trials. I was curious if anyone has had luck or a recommendation getting a higher end camera (non web-cam) to work with Connect? Something like a mid-range consumer hand-held camera or something along those lines. I am using the Cloud version of Connect on Windows PC's. I'd like to have a better quality camera with pan/zoom capabilities that we can mount on a tripod... USB would be preferable, but I believe our connection machine also has a firewire port. Anyone have any success stories or brands/models they can share?

Hello,Last night we had a program in which we were screen sharing a Windows Media Player video. The setup I had was a Content Pod with a PowerPoint file in the front, and the Screen Share Pod behind it. In a new layout I had the reverse setup, the Content Pod behind the Screen Share Pod, so prior to the start of the program we were already Screen Sharing the video, so we just clicked the new layout when it was time and the video was ready to go instantly.Before we got to the video, we noticed the slide animations in the PowerPoint file in the Content Pod stopped working (they were working previously, tested multiple times). We had to stop the presentation and re-load the file in order to get the animations to work again.Have you ever had this problem occur? And do you see it correlating to having the Screen Share Pod active throughout the session?Thanks,Matt
