I've recently started working for a Community College for their non-credit/contract training division for skilled trades (Electrical, Welding, PLCs, Robotics, etc.). I'd like to make sure my content is not just a boring old powerpoint and has some interactive capabilities. Also, we use Canvas LMS so i know that SCORM can be used for integrating Adobe Captivate or Connect.  What are the differences between Captivate and Connect when it comes to developing learning content? Which one makes sense if we already have an LMS (i.e. Canvas)? Thanks in advance!

Our participants were not able to download Powerpoint slides we shared during our meeting. Has anyone ran into this before?

Hello,With recording AdobeConnect meeting, I downloaded ZIP file this method :output/filename.zip?download=zip.I can download a zip file contain cameravoip_ flv and xml file, but thescreenshare_ file is missing.I want to recover the sharing screen of meeting to integrate in video and generate a MP4 with cameravoip AND screenshare.How can I do this ?Thanks

I can log into Connect Central, but every time I try to log into this specific meeting it gives me the "Invalid User/Password" error even though I'm using the right password. Any help? People from support couldn't help me.

Hi there,first of all sorry for my english but I'm not a native speaker.I'm trying to do an After Effects training with connect. But I got massive problems with dropped frames. The audiance is maybe capable of seeing 12 or 8 frames out of 24 frames. With this connection it is not realy possible to talk about moventment and animation. Is this behavior normal for connect? When i share my desktop with zoom my audience can see 18-22 frames out of 24 frames.My second question is about the mouse pointer. When I share my desktop with After Effects f.e. the mouse pointer normaly changes with the tools I have selected. For the audiance it doesn't change. Is this behavior normal for Connect? Best regards

I have a gaming pc with the usual 6 audio jacks. I was using a pair of Apple 3.5mm 4 pin earbuds with Ducabell audio splitter because the microphone wouldn't work otherwise. The audio and microphone both work but I decided to order a new pair as this old one was having audio issues with the right earbud (the sound was very quiet). However. The microphone on this new earbud doesn't work and instead makes a thumping steady noise when I try to use the mic. I remember this was a problem before with the old pair but I can't remember how I fixed it. I have already gone through all the typical steps of checking if it is the default device, uninstalling drivers and restarting, etc. The old pair's microphone works fine when I plug it in but the new one doesn't work at all. They are the same exact pair. i am using windows 10 Thanks you

Is there an MP3 app/integration that can be downloaded and used to play music playlists in the lobby for the early joiners?  Currently, I can only upload one MP3 song into a share pod for this purpose, but would like to have it play 3-4 songs for about 10 minutes.   

Hello, I am using Adobe Connect ( Version 2.7, downloaded from the App Store ) on my IPad( IOS Version 13.6) . As a spectator and during sessions, I am unable to annotate with Text on the whiteboard , as the menu options only have the pencil/ nib and drawing tools . How can I activate the TEXT icon in the IPad version— My professor prefers us to type on the whiteboard  And doesn't encourage writing with nib icon . Please help .

When I get to the summary page, its says 14 people have viewed the recording.  When I click "by users", it only lists the two administraotrs who logged in on the day, the other 12 people viewing the recording are not showing, despite changing the filters to at least a year ago.   Is this an adobe issue or does anyone know a way around it?  Currently on hold to adobe connect, third time I have rung, noone seems to know what I am talking about!

Hi AllMy university uses adobe connect to post recorded tutorials.  When I listen to the recording on my lap top it sounds clear.  When I try to listen to the recording on my Samsung device it sounds scratchy and distorted.  Is there a way I can correct this?  Thanks

Does anyone know when the old, tired Connect apps for iOS and Android are going to be released? I thought they were due Q2 of this year.More and more of our clients are joining using mobile devices and the old apps are years behind. Plus, until they are released we cannot use "Enhanced Audio".

Hi guys, do you have any ideas on how to fix corrupted checkboxes and radio buttons for quizzes? This issue appears in the newest Firefox. On Mac (Safari) checkboxes are too small, barely visible.Is there any smart modification for the *.html file?The "Project.js" file is very painful to edit and I think this is not a good option. Thank you,RegardsJiri Macik.

I have downloaded Adobe Connect on my computer and it keeps showing up weird on my computer. Like its bending for some reason and I don't know why. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it but its still doing the same thing. I hope someone can help me with this
