Can anyone tell me how to use the transaction-id and principal-id information listed in some of the downloadable reports (question report for example). I'd like to connect these ids with actual users or meetings, but I can't find a page that translates this information for me. Any ideas? Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the reporting features of Breeze. I really hope this will be improved in the future - this actually makes Live Meeting look like a viable option again. *gasp*

I've had lots of trouble trying to use Breeze for, apparently, something it's just not designed to handle - serving up reasonably architected flash-based elearning courses. I'm posting here in the hopes someone else out there can give me an idea what I'm doing wrong.... I've got a reusable course architecture, built in flash. It is basically a shell that dynamically loads in the separate content swf's when needed. The 'glue' of the course is an xml file that contains 'page title' and the content file's path. Although the Breeze doc says you can upload multiple swf files as part of a zip file, the only way I've gotten it to actually work is to have an index.html file as the starting file in the zip archive. Then all of the directory structure is maintained and everything loads properly. Problem is, I don't have tracking with my own course architecture - I don't know AICC and don't have the time for the foreseeable future to work on that. I have searched the knowledge base and contacted support, they told me to escalate this to other support tiers. I was hoping this was already available some where else. Thanks is advanced!!

When I click on the link to reset my password in the Service Plan Home: Account Information page, I get an error: "Not Found The selected resource does not exist. For further assistance, please check out the Breeze support center or contact Breeze support." Of course, I am being asked by Adobe to pay $199 to have someone tell me how to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is? This sure looks like a bug to me.

I have created a course with an assessment at the end of it. We have also set it to open another quiz if they fail the first quiz. If i fail the first quiz the second one opens. When i pass the second quiz it does not register in the curriculum if i passed or failed it. it still says i did not take the quiz. Should this be happening.

I am trying to sort out my users and groups and wanted to know if anyone had any ideas on a best practice? Ideally I would use folders and subfolders but Breeze doesn't allow this. I wanted to avoid having a huge list of users and groups that is difficult to manage.

When loading the published file after the Macromedia icon runs, my slides appear as if they are loading into the interface. Anyone else have this experience?

Hi - Im a little new to Breeze, but I have created a presentation and all is going well, however, after adding my slide notes I notice that they are bunched up to the left rather that stretching across the bottom and touching the left and right sides of the slide. This means that if people click the slide notes it covers up more of the slide than it should. Is there any way of making my notes take up less room? Thanks.

Breeze Presenter is an excellent tool that satisfies a common and growing requirement in the market (publishing voice-over presentations on websites). Unfortunately Breeze Presenter is frustratingly hard to buy as Adobe has chosen to tie the Presenter product to Breeze Communication Server, a product that is only sold on a (significant) subscription basis, which makes Breeze Presenter hard to use for the masses. You can buy Breeze Meeting on a pay-as-you-go basis but you can't use Presenter with a pay-as-you-go Breeze Meeting account (as there's nowhere to store the presentation). Given that Breeze Presenter is really just an "authoring tool" for authoring SWF content for Breeze (like the Flash IDE, Captivate and Authorware) why not sell it in the same way - as a stand-alone authoring tool? It would be very cool to have the ability to publish SWFs of Powerpoint presentaitons that have voiceovers where you just publish the presentation as a SWF and delpoy the SWF onto Tomcat or IIS an

In uploading content, I'm trying to post a .zip file into Content, but continue to receive, "Invalid file format selected" message. I've taken the numbers and spaces out of the file - so now it's test.zip - and still can't upload to server. This zip file has Word .docs and is not the zip folder for a Breeze module. I also then tried uploading a zip file from a Breeze module, and then got "Request Not Processed" message. Anyone else have issues with uploading .zip files - or perhaps you can tell me if you had uploaded it successfully. Ingrid

Is there a way to transfer "guests" into "registered users"? I'd like to keep their testing records together rather than manually re-enrolling them myself (tedious) and then having two separate records for them. I would really appreciate some assistance with this!! Thanks!!

Has anyone else experienced this issue I discovered today? I needed to reset a user's password to access my Breeze presentations. I went into the "Administration" link on our hosted server and found the user's profile info. I clicked the link that said " Send a link to reset this user's password." and I got a confirmation message stating it had been sent. The user claimed to never receive the email. I sent it in this same manner about 4 times and the user never got an email with a link to reset her password. I tested it on my own profile and tried to send myself a link to reset my password, and I have still not received anything!! I double checked the email address to make sure it was correct and I also checked my junk email inbox in case it was filtered into that folder and it was not. What's going on here? Where is the email??

I am on a Powerbook G4, 1.5 GHz Processor, 2GB DDR SDRAM. OS X 10.3.9 (I have a colleague with the newest OS version with similar problems). I am a new user of Breeze and every single time I am in a meeting, it freezes and I have to force quit out of Breeze. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in as well as Flash and I am still experiencing the same problem across all browsers (Safarie, Firefox, Explorer, and Netscape). It seems that the more video/audio is being used the quicker it freezes (sometimes just a few minutes after entering the meeting), but also it eventually freezes when no video/audio is being sent by myself nor the other user(s). Please help if you have any thoughts. Thank you, Adam

My company recently started using Breeze. Within a month, we've exceeded our 1 GB of drive space. After requiring presenters to delete multiple copies of files and any extra rooms, we are still near capacity. Beyond uploaded files, is there another reason we've used up so much space? Do multiple share pods take up space? Does the use of a web came increase the space used? What could be causing us to have over 900 MB of used space? With my adminstartor rights, I can only see uploaded content. I wish there was a way to tell which users had the most content in their rooms. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi! I've inserted a Captivate simulation (flash file) into a Breeze PowerPoint presentation slide. So as the students go through the Powerpoint the Captivate file gets launched. The Capitvate simulation contains test questions and an assessment activity. Will the scores from these Captivate files be sent to the LMS or will they not be recorded? Thank you very much!

I have uploaded my presentations to Breeze. The open fine the first time you try to access them but enteranly load any time after that. However this is only the case for Breeze presentations not Captivate swfs. Any suggestions?

After creating a presentation in PPoint, I then set the animation timing using the SLideShow/Reherse Timings.....it is timed g8 in PP...but when I publish it to Breeze it does not keep the same timing sequence. There is no voice or music. The only alt. I have found is to check the "pause" after each animation....this is a pain on viewing...the user must click each time there is an animation. So...is there a way to keep the same animation that you set in PP to olay in Breeze?

We're on 5.1 SP 2 and have encountered two different issues - both related to email notifications sent from Breeze. First, one of our courses had sent out an enrollment email this morning to some users. The issue is (a) these users were enrolled in April, and (b) many of these users have completed the training. The Reminder is disabled. And keep in mind, it is the enrollment notification email - and not the reminder email. And I'm not certain why, out of the blue it seems, it was emailed today. Second, all of our enrollment emails and meeting invite emails no longer have the subject populated. In addition, if we send the vCal attachment, the email becomes all skewed. We've upgraded to SP2 on June 12th and the 2nd issue (no subjects and no vCal attachments) started after June 16th. I have proof the vCal attachments and subject fields were working fine until June 16th. Perhaps this has to do with the upgrade and that the server was not rebooted until a week later. Anyone experience

We no longer use the video for camera and have seen Adobe presenters using still shots. How is this done?

When you look at the quiz results, how do you know what results belong to what person

Is there a way to close a course upon completing and refresh the home screen to display the update status of the courses? Currently I have to get uses to click the x in the corner of the screen and then press F5 which is a bit annoying.
