Hi, Adobe is telling me there is no webcam connected, I am frustrated as I need webcam for my classes. How do we fix this problem? Is it something to do with flash player?

When I using the Adobe connect app it is working in the lesson but when I want to watch the record then my app doesnt work. The app refresher own pages and record cannot open . I uninstall and reinstall again too many times yesterday and still same
when ı want to watch past lesson recordings ı just hear voice, laptop doesnt reflect the recordings to the screen
Hi,I have online classes using Adobe Connect.I primarily use Linux / Firefox. After signing in the class as Guest, the shows "Preparing the room..." And nothing happens. If I move to windows, on the browser nothing happens. Howver after installing the app, i was able to login. This workaround is a little difficult as I have to use Linux for everything else and its difficult to reboot to windows just for the class. It seems to me, that there maybe some option that the host can change to allow websesions? maybe. Is there a version of Adobe Connect desktop app in Linux.Any help is much appreciatedThank youP.S. I am the only person using Linux in my class. So the rest of them have no issues.

I cannot open the records of my past classes recordings. It just reloads itself again and again and again. And in the end it says this and doesnt open the recording. The language is Turkish. I tried a lot of class recording and every recording has the same issue. Is there someone to help ?
Does anybody have a link to a good explaination of the" Update information for any items linked to this item", which is found at teh bottom of the list when I create a new meeting room? I'm not sure what that check box does, or does not do. It doesn't seem to make much of a difference whether that box is checked at all. It's not critical, but I'd like to understand better what it means, and how I can use this option to make creating new rooms easier.
Has anyone had an issue with the chat box not showing messages inside the window during an online meeting? You are able to type the text into the space provided, but once it is submitted, nothing shows in the window. Any suggestions? Thanks
Sometimes participant names are colored blue while others are just normal black.It's usually participants using a PC.What does this mean?Is it an indicator that the participants have stepped away from the meeting?

Can session manager read a conversation between two people on Adobe Connect?
Hello, I'm trying to use a Nikon D5200 camera as a webcam in adobe connect and theres in an error showing that says "Bad parameter sent for resolution. Only resolutions with 21/9, 16/10, 16/9, 11/9, 5/4 or 3/4 ratio are supported."I belive my camera is in 16/9 but I can't manage to make it work. Other apps like zoom and google meet are fine its just happening with adobe connect.Pleas help!Thank you very much.
Hi,We have 2 users and many recordings saved in the shared folder. Now we want to cease one of the licenses (one user), and I need to confirm that all the recordings are being kept in the shared folder, no matter if the disabled user is the one who created those recordings. When will Adobe Connect's desktop application update??? The browser version's UI is way much better than the application, but it is so unstable
I am trying to run at least two connect rooms at the same time on my Macbook air. I've seen a post from Adobe on this issue from 2018 that provides a fix that does not work on my computer. Can someone provide help. Thank you.
Weird phenomenom when I place participants into Breakout Rooms. One breakout room can hear the audio from another breakout room. And it's not everyone in the roomt that can hear the other rooms audio. It's random. Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue?

Ive been having issues signing into another classroom. Once I sign in I'm told to wait for the host. My other team members have already signed in; however, I am unable to enter the classroom. Ive logged out then back in...Ive used http and https in the url but not a bit of luck. Help!?
Hi, strange one here - I have a new build Win 10 Pro build I am using for work, it has Thinscale running, and Adobe Connect, I have multiple PC's connected via Gbit Network and Wirelessly. I can log into Thinscale fine, and then onto Connect, however it (seems) that every time the presenter actually does anything, like put up a slide, or such, everything else on the Network loses Internet connectivity. My Work PC is connected, and working fine, however all the other connections can only get as far as the Router (and see it is connected to the internet - but that's as far as they can get.there is still connectivity on the internal network, and I cancopy files between machies etc but not to the outside world. This doesn't seem to be a Windows issue as my Smart TV, and Alexa units are all affected too. Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated
Our school is transitioning to Adobe 11 and I am concerned that I will not be able to screen share in the HTML version. I see that Adobe is not supporting flash after Dec 31, and disabling it on Jan. 12. What options or workaround do I have to do screen shares within Adobe 11. If I can't find a way to make it work, it will completely change up how I teach the class? Help a girl out! Thanks!

Your role will automatically be changed to Participant (and your sharing capabilities will be removed) in 2 minutes What's that about? I am the host for my meetings. This just started happening...
