Our meeting room is set up in standard view. When I start a breakout room session, 5 of us hosts were left in the main room. 2 of us could hear each other, the other 3 could only hear themselves - not us - almost like we were in our own 2 breakout rooms within the main room.  After dragging the other 3 folks into a breakout room and then placing them back in the main room, all of our audio worked again. This happens rather often since we moved over to v11. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi allI'm in a slight panic because I am running my first live session (with a sporting celebrity) on Monday, and the powerpoint file his representatives have sent me has a number of embedded WMV videos, which won't play in connect.I'm aware adobe won't play any video files except flv. Can anyone recommend a good wmv > flv converter?I have tried one online application, but I then couldn't import the FLV file into powerpoint.I have also tried converting the whole ppt to SWF. This uploads ok but still won't play the videos or animations.Would really appreciate some help - is there a way to import the flvs into ppt and will they then play?ThanksHarry

When teacher share his screen, in my application show me the green screen. while in the browser, it opens without any problems.

Although the recording feature is private, it can be viewed by anyone who has the recording link. When I make the link private again, it asks username and password this time. Is anyone else experiencing this situation?

Looking to see if anyone knows how to preset sound levels within music downloads.  The music comes in really loud and I want not to have to say to participants to adjust their sound levels?  Thanks.

Hi all, I get the error message "There was an error converting you file" when I try to upload a PPTX file to Adobe Connect while on a Mac. I have saved the version as a ppt and still get the same error. If I send the file to another person they are able to upload the file from a windows computer. After looking at old blogs and following their instructions I have come to a dead end as to why I cant upload a file and others can upload the same file. Appreciate any more recent guidance to this error. Thanks to help from Jorma is was able to set my PPTX in continous loop, and change the amount of seconds a slide was shown see how do i let a pptx presentation run on its ownThere is only one issue left. What are the best settings. I find that to let it run, i need to press the sync button, but then the participants may choose (inadvertently) to stop the presentation from running in the loop.What are the correct settings, so that a participant only sees the slides (no side bar etc) and the loop is running?Your answer is very much appreciated

We are having an issue where the iPad app is autopaying embedded videos even when the main presenter has stopped the video. It only seem to happen when using the standard view (classic does not have this issue) and happens inconsistently. The only way we seem to stop is to quickly unsync and resink the presentation.  The file is a zipped Presenter file and we have shut off all auto play options and preloading of content. Has anyone had this issue and is there a fix for it. 

when I log in to connect for a live chat on my mobile, the phone automatically goes to landscape mode and when I text I can't see what I'm texting can anyone tell me if there is any way to change the view as I can't find one.?

I'm in a training session with my employer, using Adobe Connect.  I can hear them through my headset, but they can't hear me when I speak.I am using a Plantronics headset. I have looked at all the areas on my laptop, Settings, and in AC, to see that my headset is enabled properly. Please advise why it may not be working. Thanks!

I use a Mac.If I try to share my screen with HTML browser, it says I must (still) use the Desktop App. Questions:1) Will be possible in the next future to share screen with HTML browser?2) When I switch between Classic version and App version they are exactly the same: it always load the App. Will always be possible to use the App in the future? Or everything will move to HTML? Tks!

This is a very basic tool, and googling around I have seen that a lot of people agree that the possibility of speeding up recordings is essential. Right and left keyboard keys no longer advance slidesCamera - cannot select a different camera before starting.  you can afterCamera - OBS and Wirecast are no longer detected.If screen share mini control panel is enabled, it shows up as a black bar for other hosts and participants.Document share browsing defaults to .jpg instead of all files.Clicking on Manage Meeting Information takes you to a "Not Authorized" page even if you are the host.If you have two people on cameras and mics, if you close one camera, it will cause their sound to stop even tho their mic icon will still indicate that they are still speaking.  They have to re-enter room to fix issue

I beleive I already have the answer, but wanted to confirm that my presenters need to use the Adobe Connect app vs web browser...correct?  I'm seeing that, if they do not, they'll not have video functionality and such unless they are in the app. I'm trying to determine a best practice in providing them instructions ahead of the meeting. Thank you!

We still have the problem with users reaching out to us with the "zoom in problem". We finally got this reproduced, maybe the Adobe staff can sort this out quickly. In my opinion this seems more like an unnessessary feature than a real bug.When the size of the webcam pod is below a certain width, the cam is zooming in.
