I am trying to bates number 200 documents- named 1-200 in order. When I add the files to be bates stamped, adobe sorts them 1, 10,11, 12 instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. How do I get around this???

My limit of connections is 100 users, but we have 9 servers. How can we increase the number of people at same time on our meetings?!Hi Adobe. We have 9 servers, but we only have 100 users at same time. Can we increase this number?!

When I use Adobe Connect, I am trying to use "Osprey-230 Audio Device 1" as my microphone, but it doesn't output any sound to the Adobe Connect users in the meeting. On the other hand, I was using "Osprey-230 Video Device 1" as my webcam, and it outputs video well. I know that Adobe was working on getting Adobe Connect compatible with "Osprey-230 Video Device 1" in the past, and the reported issues dealing with that seem to have been resolved. I believe that the issue that I am reporting is a compatibility problem as well. I have always been using Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3 with "Osprey-230 Audio Device 1" set as the audio and "Osprey-230 Video Device 1" as the video, and the audio and video are outputted fine in the FLV files that Flash Media Live Encoder streams. Does Adobe Connect support "Osprey-230 Audio Device 1"? Thank you.

I have some old training (a vide) that I need to capture and re upload to a new server.  Our new server is like the lateast and greatest by the old server was Adobe Connect Version 6.I remember doing this one using like a zippy share thingie.  Where you send the video to a url and it captures it for you so I can upload it to the new server.Can anyone help me with this?

1. Can instructor open the Session 24 hr ahead of the start time when class is scheduled to review agenda etc?Is there any constraint on that?2. Can admin be able to launch as instructor in case instructor is not  available?3. Can this be configured for multiple languages?4. Currently we use Adobe Connect to stream and record live events that go on in our office (panelists, speakers, etc.) This is not very interactive - we do not receive video from the viewers, we only broadcast the presentation and post it online. The quality of our webcam is very poor, and we would like to get an HD video camcorder that will give a better picture. However, in my research I have found that in order to ensure the HD picture is retained in the streaming, I need to set up a converter or encoder of some kind that does something to make sure the bandwith can handle the HD picture. I am very new to this and I am having a hard time figuring out what exactly I need. If anyone can help me out and inform me of what setup you use (camera too - would love to know suggestions for the best cameras that work with Connect) it would be much appreciated. Thank you!

When she types her name and presses enter, she is directed to a webpage stating she needs Adobe Flash Player 11.2 or greater. Adobe Flash Player 17 is installed on the computer. I have already installed Adobe Connect 9 Plugin for windows. Windows 7 in her operating system. What can I do to resolve her problem?

I want to give students individual tests and I was wondering if I could do that in breakout rooms instead of having to meet them one on one.  I usually have them type in the answers in the chat box.  Would I be able to see the answers if they typed them in or wrote them on the board?  Also, can you email the chat from the breakout rooms?  Thanks!

Working with a customer in one of their meeting rooms.  When they dial in and then enter the *65*____# command, a name will appear in the attendee list that is not in the meeting or even signed in.  It's okay when the token ID code is entered a few times by the host does the phantom name go away.  And this might be unrelated, but on occasion, if the Connect meeting isn't closed down properly and the host just clicks the red X to close the window, the above mentioned user's desk phone will ring.  Has anyone else seen or heard of something like this?

When we started breakout sessions the second time - a couple of the groups could not see the screen.  They said it was black.hen I entered the same break out group I could see all.Have you heard of this happening before and what can be done to fix it?  Or should we have had them exit and return?We ended up ending the break out session and bringing all back together.

I am desperately trying to connect a seminar session to an event that I created in Adobe ConnectPro.  I first create the seminar session with the date/time of my event, but when I go to select the session while creating the event it says there is a scheduling conflict!?!?When I created the just the room and no session, it worked fine and I thought I was good.  Until I realized in order to use the room I need a session.  When I then attempted to create the session after the event was created, it again said scheduling conflict.Help please!

We have a large group (125) people who are involved in a 4-hour training each month.  What best practices would you suggest for managing chatting with this large of group.  Perhaps layout options, polling options, any best practices would be appreciated.

I can easily setup an audio conference for any meeting, and set that conference to start.  However, there doesn't seem to be a way for the conference to start as the moderator (or, host) when the meeting starts.  This means I still have to dial in to the conference with a land line or cell phone and enter my host code to get the audio conference started.The only audio conference provider at my company is The Conferencing Center.  I don't seem to have a TCC account.  What do I do to get this working?  It's nuts to have to use a land line just to get the audio going.
