I have had to reinstall my machine, and now I have a fresh Creative Cloud install.And I found that my settings from Photoshop, Illustrator and so on are now not available to be restored.Upon searching, this appears to be fairly recent. I am sitting here in DISBELIEF. Adobe, WHY has this been removed. If it needs improvements, then say so. We can't even change the location of the Adobe preferences folders to be on OUR OWN Cloud storage.Just give us Preferences / Settings etc sync back.
Bonjour à tous,Je rencontre un soucis relativement gênant vu que je viens tout juste de payer une liscense mais que je suis dans l'incapacité d'utiliser n'importe quel logiciel dont, le portail Creative Cloud, l'élément essentiel. Lorsque je le démarre, il charge et va rester bloqué sur "Initialisation de Creative Cloud" sans rien faire, bouger ou même mettre un message d'erreur autre que pour me dire "ça prend trop de temps".Je tiens également à souligner le fait que j'ai tester quasmient toutes les solutions existantes tel que:- Réparer le logiciel.- Désinstaller/réinstaller.- Redémarrer- Utiliser l'outils de nettoyage- Changer de connexion internet- Désactiver l'antivirus au moment de l'instalation- Supprimer l'intégralité des fichiers dans programes files, AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow)- etc etc Mais rien n'y fait.Dans l'attente de vos réponses;- Wiliam

Chromebookʻs are widely popular in schools today. They are cheap, affordable and robust enough to complete coursework. However, Adobe Creative Cloud still does not have the capability to offer its services on Chromebook. Iʻd like to request an update or app improvement to allow users to work in Adobe online to support school programs such as Photography, Film & Media, Yearbook, Digital Media and more. Schoolʻs can provide funding for licesenes for Adobe but can not support the purchase of more expensive computers, especially in rural areas. This update would provide equitable access without having to find work-around ways like downloading through Google Play. An online version would be very helpful to support ACC.
Creative Cloud unknowingly downloaded 20+ GB of software without my consent or acknowledgement. I use my phone's hotspot for my internet connection, and now it is basically out of bandwidth, leaving me without internet for the remainder of the month. This is incredibly unfair. I think that Adobe ought to pay for the cable internet that I am now forced to get due to horribly unfair decision to sneakily download nearly their whole suitte behind my back without my acknowledgement.
Bonjour, Je viens d'acheter un abonement LR + PS mais creative cloud ne se lance pas.J'ai deja essayé la reinstalation et l'outil de netoyyage adobe mais rien ne fonctionne !!! Je ne peux donc pas telecharger lightroom et photoshop et je paie un abonement pour rien.... Merci
We wish a policy in the Adobe admin console where we could set that "removing older versions" is the default value and this option should be unchangeable by the Windows 10 end users without local admin rights. The reason for this is, that if a users has plenty of Adobe products installed and use a small notebook (with a small harddrive) with other installed application in a corporate envoirment (Windows Update cache / SCCM cache....), there will be free disk space issues after a certain time.
We have about 3'000 Adobe Acrobat Standard/Pro end users and would like to establish the Creative Cloud desktop (CCD) as a self-service to our Windows 10 end users without local admin rights (for installing and updating Adobe products by themself). This works fine but there is currently no option for forcing updates after a specific time period. If the end user don't care about updates there could be a security issue in this case, because the installed products can be outdatet. Therefore we wish a policy in the admin console were we could set a time trigger after updates have been released to force install udates by CCD without the interaction of the end users.
Hi, Given that Creative Cloud will discontinue from Feb next year, I'm wondering what alternatives anyone can recommend? We're a video editing company so the main feature I'm looking for is to share and save premiere pro files as they are updated across the team as with Creative Cloud. Have done a bit of research but am not sure where to start. Looking forward to any suggestions! Thank you
Help please! Lightroom is saying I have to start a new trial when I already have a subscription. I've had a subscription for years, and now I can't access Lightroom at all. Does anybody know a fix for this? Payment is up to date and not due until Dec. 23.
A couple of weeks ago I started getting a message at startup that CC would not sync. It was not possible to open the app. I have the photography package and both Lightroom Classic and Photoshop were working fine. Nor was there any problem in syncing photos from Lightroom to the cloud or using Adobe Portfolio. I could access my Adobe account online. All seemed to be working fine apart from the CC desktop app. This means though that I cannot update my Lightroom or Photoshop. I finally uninstalled CC Desktop using the uninstaller - I tried the repair option tto no avail. I then downloaded the desktop app exe file and tried to install it. It will not install saying "the server is not responding currently" and "error 207". I have trieddisabling my anti-virus software.I tested the activation servers - 2 logos.I received a pong from Im.license.adobe.com/vact/ping.I checked the GlobalSign Root CA certificate. I used the Limited access Repair toolI am on an un-networked Windows
Would be useful to be able to receive email or other notifications when assigning licensing based on groups (Active Directory in this case).This is a nice feature but using it would not necessarily require us to be on the portal at all times for license assignment and it is possible to overextend license assignments without knowing it for some time.
Hi World, Is anyone else having it where they sometimes need to log in to Adobe CC every day in order to use their apps? I've had it sometimes its fine for a few days and then sometimes even between shutdowns Adobe need me to sign in again on the same PC.It's really quite annoying when "but it was fine just before lunch" and the extra time required to "log in with Google" wait, , choose account, wait, "You're good to go!", continue with Premiere. Any ideas how to "trust" this PC in my account or similar to reduce/remove the need to frequently re-sign-in please?Cheers!
Enterprise account, Mac OS 13.6.1, CC 6.0.0.571. I went on vacation for a few days. Back to work, and my Creative Cloud Files folder is all old files that have been deleted, and none of the stuff I was working on before I left. How do I fix that? I fortunately have another backup and was able to access my files there. And I have mapped the CC syncing to a new folder. How do I prevent it from syncing the old files in the cloud to the new local folder? As an aside, am I correct in my understanding that Creative Cloud file storage/syncing for Enterprise accounts will NOT be going away in February 2024?

After reviewing the message boards I can see there is no way to download complete folders from the Creative Cloud. This needs to be fixed, it's a huge issue for a variety of obvious reasons.When can we expect an update?
Ola, instalei o Photoshop E Lightroom Cdo pacote fotografo no Mac com o Ventura processador Intel, teste grátis dos apps, porem quando abro Crea tive Cloud, não aparecem aplicativos, e aparece aviso: Você não tem acesso para gerenciar aplicativos. É necessária a permissão do administrador de Ti para habilitar o gerenciamento de aplicativos. Exclui o arquivo ServiceConfig.xml, e não resolveu.

Hello, I have been trying to figure out why when I am printing labels 3.33 w x 3.875 height 6 labels in one sheet. They keep veering to the right and will not center where it is suppose to. I have tried scaling it in differnt ways, scooting it way over to the right and it will not stop printing it this way. I cannot seem to figure out what is happening. Help!
Hi, I cannot move the Adobe folder created when installing applications into the iCloud document folder which contains preferences and presets.This folder fills up quickly and takes up too much space in iCloud which becomes saturated.I surprisingly haven't found a way to choose a new location.Any ideas?

I have been working with Adobe Creative Cloud Console and managing it for our organization. We have about 100 plus profiles and each of them have their own admins multiple in a lot of them and have assigned the Adobe Creative Cloud licenses that each of the profiles have requested for. The admins of the profiles have assigned the users that can use the Adobe Creative Cloud licenses. We use Federated IDs and ahve about 362000 users.Given this scenario I realized that there is no way to back up the profiles and the users and admins in the various Creative Cloud profiles and the licenses assigned to them so that in case of a disaster or corruption in the profiles one can restore the profiles including the users in it and the license count and the admins?I am surprised no one requested for it and would be really greatful if Adobe can add this feature of Adobe Creative Cloud Profile backups and restore for the Adobve Admin Console.Thanks
To improve the Creative Cloud app, we're working to provide a unified view of your assets across the Adobe ecosystem. To start, you can now easily access your Lightroom photos in the Files tab of Creative Cloud Desktop. You can then take actions on your photos like opening them in Lightroom web or editing them in Photoshop. We would love to hear your ideas on how to improve this feature. Soooo.. I purchased Creative Cloud on October 17th and got the first bill of the Annual contract paid monthly or what ever it is called.... paid the secound bill on November 17th again and the day after I get a mail which says the my payment is due and that there is an issue with my payment details even though the money had been taken from my bank account. I contact the bank and they said that everything is ok the payment had been done It will just take some time until the transfer is finished you know because different currency different countries different banks ... the transfer took almost a week but I get the same mail and i don't understand why. I have only one plan and I don't want to pay twice for the same month. And so I was wondering if someone could help me cuz I believe I am not the only one that came across this problem. If someone knows how to solve it I would be greatful.
