Hey Adobe have you ever considered adding "switch account" feature to your creative cloud (desktop)? For those who work from home with a computer used for both personal and professional? I might (actually) use separate adobe products for different aspects of life.
Is there a central location that I can locate a table with the release year and versions released in that year for all Adobe CC products?I want to be able to cross reference the CC year with the software version number. i.e. Was Lightroom Classic version 10.2.x part of CC 2022?
I was using a ExFat External HD to sync CC with a MacBook Pro Intel. It was working fine. I upgraded to a M1Max Mac Studio and CC is giving me the error Sync Not Supported On Network Locations. Even though I'm using the same exact HD? I've read the forum post about formatting AFPS Vs EXfat and having it the same. It's not that. Also that doens't make much sense. It would mean that whatever format you start CC with you would need to use forever. There has to be a way to sync to an external drive when upgrading and changing projects.
I want to know if buying a licence for all the programs in an online key store is legal? It is a permanent licence, but don't know if it is legal, the page says it is.
AE Dashboard for Education (Shared Storage function request) - Please create a search, sort, or filter option for the Shared Storage, Inactive Users list as you have for the Active Users list. Searching the list, page by page, for one specific user is daunting when you have thousands of inactive users.
Please repackage this software to not be so incredibly large in size, since it's primary purpose is to install the actual software...
Hello,I use Photoshop Photog plan with 21GB. I have removed as many files as I can that I think would be taking up my storage quota. All I have left are some CSV files and a handful of jpgs. CC says I'm using 21.5GB out of 21. How is that possible? There must be some files hidden that I can't access somewhere. Anyone have any ideas?As I wrote in the subject, I did go to the deleted folder on CC web (trash) and I perm deleted those files. Over the years with this plan I have moved between multiple Windows PC's and Macs. I'm back on Mac. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.Thanks.
After Click on the new feature Window (every Message) the App can't load the the content of the Message and a popup with an error open.
Hi,I have a full CC license, but I have to login every single time I use any software, which has been always tedious and annoying. And now, I can't even start Premiere, because it says that it cannot verify the state of my subscription. I've tried to contact support many times for a few weeks, but it's impossible. The only way I found is by Facebook, but they answer once in a while and it's always a new agent, asking the same question again. Any help please?Thanks,Miguel
What's happening? CC app went nuts? it won't stop udating 2 illustrator files. I get the notification every 23 seconds and the actual files get updated, I mean the date modified gets changed every 23 seconds. The files are not open. Any ideas how to stop it? or what's the logic here?
Hola, buenas tardes. Tengo una laptop con Windows 10 Pro versión 22H2, compilación 19045.2604. Quiero Instalar Adobe Creative Cloud y aborta la instalación, dejando el proceso incompleto, a pesar de mostrarse un Ícono de la app entre las aplicaciones disponibles, pero no ejecuta. Entiendo que la versión 22H2 es muy reciente. Alguien sabe cómo resolver el problema? Muchísimas gracias por su ayuda
Ao abrir a timeline para fazer a edição de vídeo no Photoshop temos que estender cada camada de forma individual, o que complica bastante no tempo de produção, não sendo nada prático. Poderia ter algum modo de estender o tempo desses objetos de forma agrupada.
Please make Adobe Stock subscriptions for Teams accounts only accessible to the customer they are assigned to instead of the entire team. For larger corporations that have thousands of users all in different departments shared stock assets are not ideal. It runs the risk of the assets being used up by those who have not paid for stock access and the actual persons who paid with no assets left. Credits should only be accessible to the customer who purchased and they should have the option to add users to their subscriptions.

Hi at all.After we got the update from USM to ESM, our end users aren't able to work with custom fonts on their own anymore. Adobe still confirmed that a user noe needs specific admin rights to add his/her custom fonts in CC Client. Otherwise only the company/adobe admin is able to provide custom fonts. No no no! I'd like to have the option, as company/adobe/global admin, to allow custom fonts to all of my colleagues, without giving admin rights to them. I'm able to enable and allow e.g. overusage per admin console by just using a slide controller.Please provide another slide controller to allow custom fonts as e.g. self service option to all of my users. Would be great!
Hi there,how can I see exactly where the GBs in my photography plan are occupied?Because even if there's nothing in the library it seems like I have 20/20GBs occupied...Is there any direct help from Adobe?How can I contact them?
In the business environment, it does not make sense in every case that Cinema4D can be installed with After Effects by the user. Maybe the version of Cinema4D has to be managed by administrators. So it should be possible to block this completely and not leave it to the user to choose. For this it needs an additional parameter for the ServiceConfig.xml of the Adobe CC desktop application: e.g. BlockMaxonInstallation
Genuinely insulting that to uninstall photoshop I had to log back in to adobe creative cloud. Every time I try to uninstall the program, it launches the creative cloud desktop app which tells me it needs to be updated. So I go ahead with the update and it automatically closes itself and then I have to reopen it and update it again. I repeated this cycle four times before I could finally get into the app and start the unistall process. I can't even uninstall programs off my own computer without jumping through these ridiculous hoops. I know we've all come to expect very little as far as "user experience" goes when it comes to Adobe but stuff like this is exactly why I'm uninstalling everything and running for the hills. A way less invasive uninstallation process might at least be one less insult to injury after everything else Adobe. As it stands it just feels like one last handful of salt in the wound that Adobe couldn't even make saying goodbye streamlined.

Olá pessoal!Acredito que o funcionamento esperado pela maioria das pessoas ao alinhar elementos de texto verticalmente, com múltiplos objetos selecionados, seria alinhar pela baseline do texto. Segue um exemplo:Hoje é possível alinhar pela baseline de forma manual, e também é possível alinhar pelo ponto mais extremo ativando uma opção meio escondida do painel de alinhamento: Alinhar às bordas do glifo > Texto de ponto.Minha sugestão é adicionar uma nova opção de alinhamento, pois acredito que isso iria melhorar o workflow de muita gente em muitas situações.Obrigado!

Clearify on the Adobe Security Bulletin page for who the update is available too. (Enterprise, Business, Public). Buongiorno,dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento alcuni file psd e png e jpg esportati da photoshop sono scomparsi. Ho già fatto tutte le ricerche e sono sicurissima di non averli cancellati. Sono solo file che sono stati salvati da photoshop, in cartelle diverse. Grazie
I don't use Creative Cloud to store files through Windows Explorer, so having it taking space on the left pane is bothersome. Right now I use a Registry hack to get rid of it: My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{0E270DAA-1BE6-48F2-AC49-F4F1D1A9AAC4}\System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree = 0 But every time the Creative Cloud app (and aparently any other Adobe app) updated, it sets the value back to 1 and it shows on Explorer again... can we have a user friendly option to disable this? And one that sticks between app updates? Thanks!
So, when Syncing I get this error with a link to a very unelpful file for what to look for. It used to be (Before CC was revamped into its current form) that the link, then highlighted the file(s) in question, so you could systematically fix the usually file name issue. Is there another more useful way of establing which files are causing the file sync issue that I have failed to find? Short of going through about 20,000+ files looking for the needle in the haystack (particularly the space at end of file name)??? I have tried using the finder on Mac OS with limited success for / and <, >....Any advice would be welcome as it's driving me mad and hours of time!
