I've often had issues with my libraries, but now I can't delete libraries or content in libraries. Whenever I upload assets, they disappear after a while. I also can't create new libraries anymore. I really need help, as this makes it difficult for me to properly use the site right now (I'm using Firefox).

Hello.I just created a new album on my Portfolio page with the intention of allowing my sister to gain access to photos of her dog. However, when I uploaded my recently done photo I got the problem that it is uploaded without any edits. Meaning it is uploaded in its raw state. Any pointers?

Desde hace algún tiempo no puedo actualizar Creative Cloud Desktop y ningún otro programa de adobe. He desinstalado e instalado varias veces pero el error persiste... es este¿Qué puedo hacer?

So I found some topics about this issue (over a year old). The problem is that my files are placed in the trash (god knows why) for no good reason. We're sharing our creative cloud @ work but nobody moved or deleted files. On other collegeau has the same issue. Files can be found in the trash.I'm really upset because I need my files for my clients! On the topic I found about this issue adobe didn't really give a good solution...I can see my files on my browser but when I click on them it gives me the message "page not found" -_-.Please help, we pay every month to use this software and we expect some decent help! (don't you dare send me to the chat where I can talk to a guy from India that knows nothing about the software etc).Thx in advance.. I guess (sorry, I'm pissed off!)

I am not able to save processed images, can some one suggest some way-out from this problem

After uninstalling a plugin, the Adobe CC desktop application keeps the plugin instance for some reason. How can I clear the place so I can see the installed plugin(s) only? I need to remove the unused plugin marked in red colour

File won't open. 'PNG, JPG, PSD'... all file and New Canbers won't open.The error declaration did not pop up and did not respond after loading the cursor for a short time.

I have two Adobe accounts, one for this community and one for my CC subsciption. Is it possible in any way to merge these two accounts? Meanwhile I think it was not a good idea to separate them.

Today my creative cloud signed me out and asked me to sign again. When I did my storage use has gone up by over 100GB and I'm now in excess of what my plan allows (at 160GB out of 100GB) Where has this 100GB of data come from? My archived/deleted folder has been emptied so its not that. 

Seems that there is since very long time an issue about CoreSync Process and still not have any corrective solution from AdobeCoreSync process is using so much CPU in addition with Explorer.exeChecking done : My CoreSync process is genuine (following adobe's instructions)And so what now ?Please help  

Hello All. So I've been putting text in a circle for years using the ellipse tool. Now suddenly the text jumps all over the circle. I start typing and some of the text goes up top, some is down below, and some on the side. It seems to type/display in reverse too. I hope this makes since - I can't seem to crack it. It was when I updated CC about 6 months ago. It could be a bug too.

Anyone having a problem with large documents not saving

The email my colleague shared his library is the same for my personal profile and the professional one, but when I choose the professional profile, the library does not appear for me! Can anyone help me?

Comprei o indesign, plano mensal de 36,89€ no dia 14 de junho depois das 14h, cancelei hoje, dia 29 de junho às 10h e pouco. Eu sei que só reembolsa se tivere dentro dos 14 dias, gostaria de saber se acham que ainda está, devido às horas. Só faz 15 dias se passasse das 14h e ta, certo? como cancelei horas antes de fazer 15 dias... Pelo menos quando cancelei apareceu-me que o concelamento foi confirmado e número, e em baixo dizia reembolso total 36,89€ dnetro de 5 dias úteis. Gostaria de saber se realmente vou receber, ou se aparece isso automáticamente independentemente do processo. Obrigado.

Ich habe Illustrator auf dem iPad. Dort habe ich eine Datei gespeichert. Diese Datei kann ich über die Creative Cloud Applikation sehen. Über den Webzugriff ist sie auch unter "Cloud Files".Ich habe im Finder (Mac) einen Ordner "Creative Cloud Files". Dort sehe ich die Datei aber nicht.Dort sind nur Dateien, die ich mit InDesign auf dem Mac erstellt habe.Im Creative Cloud Webzugriff sind die Dateien, die ich auf dem Mac erstellt habe, unter "Synchronisierte Dateien". Irgendwelche Synchroniziergungsfehlermeldungen habe ich nicht. Ich denke mir, dass es recht einfach ist, aber ich verzweifele.  Was habe ich eigentlich vor?Ich will in einem InDesign Dokument Dateien platzieren, die ich auf dem iPad mit Illustrator erstellt habe. Die Dateien sollen dann auf dem iPad auch weiter bearbeitet werden und im InDesign Dokument auf dem Mac aktualisiert werden. Das sollte doch funktionieren, oder? Vielen Dank!

Hi there I  just downloaded all Adobe products for my uncle his laptop ram usage before was about 1GB to 1.5GB only using Chrome  . Now without using or opening the Adobe products it goes up upto 4GB without doing anything how to stop the HIGH usage of ram kinda annoying. 

About month ago CC wont launch on Win10. All apps like PS, LRC, Ai, etc. launch just fine, but services that I need to manage in CC launcher are not avalible, ie updates or font management. When I hit Adobe Creative Cloud icon in start menu, only grayed icon in systray is showed until I hover over it with mouse, than it disappear. I tried reinstall of CC, delete OOBE folder... Nothing helps. I do not want to completely uninstall all apps and lose my settings. What could be wrong?

i would like to create a HS football game program and save it to my cloud, then create a QR code and have spectators scan it to view the program.  can i do this by uploading the program to my adobe 

This message appears constantly and interrupts my work and lapotp use. It is extremely frustrating but it appears that the only way to get rid of it is to download the application and pay for it to then remove it. I am not willing to do this and need to know how to fix it. "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem.  However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'."

Hi everyone, my first post (Everything always worked...)The Creative Cloud desktop does not show that I have lightroom classic installed (it shows the install button). It is installed and I can use it normally (and login in app) but unfortunately it does not update because Creative Cloud does not detect it.I tried the solution from the post where it said to rename opm.db but it didn't work.Also in another post it was written to wait. Unfortunately I have been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing.Do I need to try removing and installing again? Will I lose the lightroom catalogs and the work done?Anyone have any ideas what I can do?Thank you in advance!
