Creative Cloud Services

The latest automatic Creative Cloud update when everything was working fine has caused the latest adobe software to be incompatible.  The Adobe Cloud now opens in compatible mode.  Everything was fine until the latest update. My windows 10 Pro x 64bit computer has the latest windows updates and is the latest version.  What's strange is that the latest Adobe software works fine on the computer as it was all installed before the cloud update.  If I uninstall, the software no longer installs and an earlier version does, causing problems for me of not being able to work on the projects that won't open due to the software being earlier than I was using. As usual, in the hands of the technicians and not being able to work smoothly and meet my deadlines due to software problems of updates.

Maybe this is a dumb question. I just want to make sure I understand the cloud right. I'm about to upgrade to get cloud storageIf I'm editing a session on my desktop and stop in the middle, will all my edits and settings and stuff be available when I pull Lightroom up on my laptop? So I can just pick up right where I left off.

When I work on a path to alter the curve of it, I can select a point. I see the anhcor point handles but I cannot move them. HELP!!! I cannot work on anything.

So I have an account with Adobe. That's obvious. I paid for it after my university didn't get it for free anymore or whatever is happening, but I couldn't really use anything anyway. I was charged for like $20 today, but despite being obviously charged none of my accounts said they had any paid plans. I deleted two of them, but I can't delete the one connected to my uni. I can't contact staff because it's not an induvidual account, so I have no idea how to get a refund for being charged for nothing. I couldn't even use the parts of the creative cloud libraries that I paid for so I think it's fair to ask for a refund. What do I do?

When I try to open files in my Outlook email, it only goes to Adobe, if adobe doesn't support it (esx.). Do you know how to change my Outlook default?

I deleted some files to my iMac's trash bin and supposedly my Creative Cloud storage only has around 5 GB used. But weirdly, when I checked the cloud storage, it says it consumed 90.7 GB out of 100 GB, which this left me speechless. Did I miss something, or there is a tech hidden problem? What should I do to resolve this?

Has anyone got Creative Cloud to work on Windows 10? It keeps on requiring a repair.

No error message, just can not save file and can not save as, this is so werid! I have also try take off the "Save in Background", and either install the ai/ps again,  but it still doesnt work, please help......this is real bad!! :(. Thank you all.

I've been scouring the internet for hours and trying to contact support about this one but after reading many community posts I thought it best to just post here.When I set up my computers I like to have my OS on a small drive and everything else on a larger drive, even to the point of diverting the program files directory via RegEdit (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion)What I've found however, is that Creative Cloud and other adobe apps REALLY don't like this... All of my other programs have no issue with it whatsoever, but CC just doesn't play ball.Becuase CC has no option to change the install path I couldn't easily set it to install back on my C drive, and therefor had to revert my RegEdit settings back to C:, which worked and let me install Photoshop, however upon then changing RegEdit back to D:, Creative Cloud no longer opens properly, and Photoshop gives me a parsing error when trying to launch.I know it's a fairly unique case for any kind of support,

When I play the video at 60 fps it runs in normal speed, but I need it to run in 240 fps at normal speed. The video is recorded at 240 FPS. 

I've reached the maximum 100GB on the creative cloud so I transferred all of the files onto some hard drives and deleted everything in Creative Cloud (in both the website and the folder on my mac). However, the syncing has been stuck forever and nothing is happening. Any new files put into creative cloud will receive the red "!" because it thinks the drive is full when there's clearly nothing in it.Things I've already tried:- Deleted all files on CC- Logged out and in of CC app- Tried to delete files on the website Work Files but it won't allow me to- Clicked the Refresh/Pause button on the app

This has been happening to people across my company, and as of today on my personal laptop/personal account on a different connection. It first happened to me last week (March 3 is when I first reported it inside my company).  It's not regular timing and it's not always the same error message. Sometimes I get "something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries." Other times I get "Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your firewall settings." This happens on multiple accounts, multiple machines, across my company (which is multiple locations in the US, Canada, Australia) and on my personal machine/network as well. So different machines, more than one network/firewall connection.  This has been reported to Adobe and their engineers are looking into it. But I was told it wasn't happening outside of our company. I need to know how to delete synced files from my Mac driver and keep the cloud version of my files.

I download the app, but it rotates on the Home screen. He says log in, I click, but he starts spinning again. like this all the time. deleting the app didn't change anything. I need some help.

I know there have been multiple posts on this topic before but I wanted to try and get a straight answer from an adobe rep: why are we forced to run Adobe backround processes even when we are not using any adobe software. Where is the option in creative cloud to disable this?

This is driving me nuts! Can someone tell me how I can restore the default behavior of having the Creatice Cloud menu bar items only open when I click it with the mouse button? Right now, as soon as the pointer gets close to it, the window opens. It's very distracting, and none of the other menuu bar items behave like this. Thanks to anyone able to helo with this!Daniel 

Hi all, recently my home internet just got some IPv6 ip address from ISP. However Creative Cloud doesn't seem to play nice. The login page of CC never loads and as soon as I disable IPv6 in control panel it works again. With IPv6 enabled, I can see in my Resource Monitor that as soon as I hit retry login, Creative Cloud.exe opens a TCP connection to 64:ff9b::3696:639d. However this address does not respond to ping request. Perhaps the IPv6 service is not operational yet?

Hello,usually I install software from an administrator account. For everyday work I use a standard user account without administrative privileges. Now I had to setup my system from scratch and I installed CC as administrator. As soon as CC was installed a folder was created for the administrator account and synced. However, I also have the CC on my standard user account, so I now have everything twice on disk. The administrator does not need these files. So how can I remove the files in the administrator account from sync without deleting the files in the cloud and in the standard user account. Is it possible to change the path for the administrator CC folder to the same location on disk as my CC-folder for the standard account or will this mess up things? Hermann-Josef

Hello. Haven't been working for a while and I see Substance products under Adobe brand now. I have a subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps. Do I get to have Substance products with it somehow? I guess not but it doesn't hurt to ask. I have been using Substance in a couple of projects in the past and it was amazing, I will definantly use it again. Would be even better if I could get it under one sub. together with CC. 🙂   Cheers! Patryk Luka
