This might be specific to "sawdust" theme in adobe portfolio. It's very intuitive to add alt text to images within the pages of a "sawdust" themed porfolio website.  However, it appears you can't add alt text for images on the "cover" or home page images. After some ADA compliance testing on another sawdust themed website, I saw the same issue. Looking for workarounds or solutions. 

Hello, I have a full account through my work for Adobe cloud.  My Stock & Marketplace use to work.  I was able tpo search for stock images but the past week I have been getting this 502 BAD GATEWAY error.I usaully had my VPN off, worked.  Then when it started to happened I got the error.I tried with my VPN on... still doesnt work.please Help.Thank you

Hi, Apologies for posting in the download and install section, couldnt find a portfolio specific forum. I am trying to build a website using the 'Thomas' theme from the portfolio site. I am able to increase the vertical spacing between the page thumbnails in a collection page. But how do I increase the horizontal spacing between the page thumbnails? (The spacing I am talking about is in red). Not able to figure this out. Any help is appreaciated, thanks.

When I create a new library and place a PNG in it, I notice that it shows as the CC logo instead of a preview of the item.  I tried creating a different library, but the same thing happened,  and when I placed the new item in an older library, the same thing happened. Complex items (layers etc) also show as the CC logo.  I have searched this forum and tried the suggested solutions to enable previews of my library items but to no avail. This is an ongoing issue, as there are multiple posts with the same issue going back to 2022 (maybe further).  The first I noticed this was yesterday. I haven't added items to my library in a couple of days, but it was working previously.  I ran the cleaner, stopped all processes with the Task Manager, restarted, signed out and in, and reset the CC library.  I am running: Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2, 32 GB RAM, 64-bit operating system x64-based processor. Creative Cloud apps - all kept up to d

Every time I log in to the application it immediately logs out and asks me to log in again, it has already happened to me 5 consecutive times and when I try to delete the application the same creative cloud application asks me to log in which I cannot do I also have problems with Photoshop with error code 205 and Susbtance 3d that when I start the application it asks me to log in with creative cloud which seems incoherent to me since I did have logged in, I use a company account so I don't know if it is a problem with the business license

I'm having troubles with my libaries not syncing properly. I cant save libaries in illustrator and find them in after effects. In after effects libary panel I have a cloud icon with an exclamiation mark next to it. When I click it I get a panel saying syncing is paused. I press Resume and nothing happens. Any ideas?

And now I can't access it, even though it still exists.I already sent a request to Behance Help Center, but it´s been over 2 days and didn't get a response.

what is the difference between these two sections the clouds section and the files section, more specifically why are they not combined. Its weird and annoying that I must go into the desktop app on my computer to access my adobe scans but all my files that are synced in the files tab and the folder on windows called creative cloud files.    Primarily I had a recent email that adobe is getting rid of something to do with the creative cloud sync part, is this everything altogether or just a certain part. Having all my work files synced across all my computers is important to me and I don’t know if adobe is getting rid of that part. Would this mean that I would not have access to my 100GB in the cloud. Final question is why when I delete a file from files or cloud docs some cant be seen in the bin on the cloud app but can on the ipad, and when I remove them from the windows bin they are still in the cloud bin. Thanks for reading / helping

Anyone know if there is a solution to this yet? It's driving me insane. Not sure why Adobe thinks that the Documents folder is a good place for this. It's syncing to my iCloud account, so it ends up on my phone, ipad, etc and I can't find any way of moving it to another location.Stay out of my Documents folder, Adobe! This has been a problem for years and I've had enough. I'm on the verge of just getting rid of Adobe altogether.

Today I started getting "acivation limit reached" when opening my CC apps (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop). The wierd thing is, it's showing multiple sign-ins on the same device – which is the device I'm on and was already active going back a few weeks when I got this new laptop. The amount of duplicate sign-ins varied from app to app with as many as 6+. To solve, I simply "deactivated" one of the duplicate sign-ins and then the app opend up. Anyone else experiencing this?

HiI'm receiving the following error whilst trying to share a Creative Cloud document with a new employee.They have logged into their Adobe account, and have Fresco set up on their iPad. They also have Photoshop and Creative Cloud set up on their Macbook. This was done very recently, so I assume the latest versions.When I try to share an existing PSDC document with them, I receive the error: "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again".This error occurs if I try to send the invite from: - macOS Creative Cloud app - web based CC file interface - a colleague's macOS CC app, with their login - a colleague's web CC interface, with their login - directly from any CC app, both desktop and iPadOSAll apps are the latest available as of today.Signing out and back in has not helped.This error does not occur when sharing with our other users, all of which have long time CC subscriptions. The new Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra tablet would be ideal to use for artwork - it's powerfull got a big 14,6'' screen and is produced in collaboration between Samsung and Wacom and is in many ways a better product than iPad and Wacom Mobile Studio Pro - the only thing that holds us users back is that Adobe hasn't developed the full android versions of their programs and on top of that Adobe Illustrator Draw is discontinued - The complete version of Adobe programs exists for Mac and Windows but not for Android - does Adobe want all Android users to migrate to Procreate and other alternatives....????     Triplicate posts to Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fresco merged to one thread  and moved to Creative Cloud Services by moderator. Made an account here to come on and say that there's no reason why it should be an occasion for stress when an Adobe customer needs to switch between different Adobe accounts just to get work done. The "sign out" option in CC has been grayed out and unclickable for hours (no updates are running). If anyone knows of a simple way to force a logout on Mac, I would be glad to hear it. Thanks. pax   

Hi, I made my adobe portfolio website a while ago and have connected a custom domain in the past few weeks - rmsphoto.co.uk . When I linked the site, all seemed well and it came up as the 2nd result for rmsphoto, however, now it will not show in google search and the error 'Page with redirect' has appeared for rmsphoto.co.uk on Google Console. I do not think that I've changed anything for this change to happen. Also, rmsphoto.co.uk/myportfolio is not indexed because 'Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user'. I have read the google suggestions to fix but cannot see what would be wrong with my page. any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Whenever I try to edit my website on adobe portfolio, this error message... .pops up. Is there any way to get around this? I switched to Chrome and even then it still doesn't work.

I am editing my website created with Portfolio and have been able to make a simple website.  However I have a problem with the "More in this collection" section of my photos.  I can see this section when I am editing the website, but after I Update Live Site, it disappears.  Does someone know why this happens?

I'm begging you, Adobe. I use at least four of your programs every day, and it feels like every time I open them there's some pop-up to use some feature I don't care about. Just let me do my work. Let me do my job. We're already paying you hundreds of dollars, we're deep in the ecosystem and not leaving, if I don't want to use your cloud saving leave me alone. If I don't want to use your AI tools, leave me alone. None of those things are going to make us stay with Adobe longer if for some reason we decide to leave. Having my workflow interrupted to dismiss your barrage of pop-ups is driving me insane.

I am having space and performance issues on my MacBook Pro. We use CC Library a lot in our collaborative work and the folder located under Creative Cloud Libraries>LIBS>xxxxxx_AdobeId>collaborated>dcx is hogging 46GB of much-needed space on my hard drive. Is there anything I can do about this? I can't delete files from the libraries themselves because we need them, but can I not have them locally on my device?
