Creative Cloud Services

Hello, The Creative Cloud sync folder never worked as intended on my old Mac. It just never synced anything. The Creative Cloud app has “File Sync is Off” in grey in the menu, and in the Preferences tab all sync options are greyed out. Apparently this is an issue with my computer, since I can sync the folder from other units, and see the files online. I recently tried to resolve the issue by following some advice in the forums. Apparently variations of this problem occurs a lot. I have removed the options.tix file (https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/unable-to-get-file-sync-to-work/td-p/6335773?page=1), and I have tried repairing Creative Cloud using the uninstall app. I even tried changing the write permissions of the actual folder to “read and write” for everyone. Nothing made any difference. Any other suggestions? My MacOS version is 10.11.6. Thanks in advance! ~Måns

For about the past week my CC app won't load.  I've had tech support do everything - unistall, clear out files etc., escalted service.  The app may work a little while but eventually it fails again.  I cant update fonts either but I can launch programs individually from start menu.Any insight?Kevin

Hi, I have issues with Creative Cloud on and off and have had to use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool a few times these last few months.  This time nothing is resolving the issue. Issue: Adone fonts activated but Creative Cloud is stuck on Loading Fonts loop.  Also, the Cloud Services won't load.  All apps could still be updated. I've reinstalled, repaired, turned off Widnows Defender and Malwarebytes...nothing is solving the issue.  Any assistance would be highly appreciated because...you know...deadlines 😞

I deleted Creative Cloud and was left with this. I want it gone. I can't drag it to the trash. It's just stuck there. I'm pretty much over Adobe because Creative Cloud proved to be such a nuisance.  Can anyone tell me how to get this off my computer? Thank you

Hey Adobe, I have been observed that from the past two challenges (Lady Gaga: Rain on Me poster design & Marshmallow | Helmet Remix) you guys are not allowing Residents of India to participate in Creative challenge contests...Is there any reason for that? Hope you guys change the official rules and allow us to participate in the future contests.

I really have a  learning Disability+ have Trial on iPadPro Now as I write=  this Attempt to use Adobe Illustrator is  after many many fails.  Ive tried and Keep trying since I was in my early  40's Im now 60.    Between-not believing The real product is what I had purchased on mac book pro+  being told by Adobe ?      I purchased "Acrobat" and  have been paying for 7 years!   I never purchased that= (I do not even know what it is-or used for?)  Have not seen bill or recipt!   what can I do to get A real "Adobe " person.   Why dont they have Adobe Rep's    in house 'brick n mortor some where?  Local College does not   have such classes!    Is there any Means to get -1 on 1  instruction ? My images are not launching on my iphone. CC shows a generic icon for the files, but not a preview image. When I click on the image to open I just get a spinning blue circle. Thoughts?

My computer crashed and when it restarted Typekit had turned itself off. I tried to turn it on but it has disspeared from CC. Tried logging out and restarting CC, tired repairing it; none of those worked. My fonts are all still active on the Adobe Fonts website but can't access any of them on desktop apps. 

Hello,I have a Mac Pro (mid 2012) computer with macOS High Sierra V. 10.13.6.So far, it has been able to run the latest versions of Adobe Creatice Cloud apps without any problems.But now I have 9 Adobe CC apps that I can not install on my computer.The program prompts me to update the system to -macOS 10.14 or later so that these apps can be installed. Anny sugesstion?Thanks!

I've noticed that when Creative Cloud tries to update, I get error code 505.  I am the Administrator of this machine and should have all privlages.I can't even uninstall the Adobe software (LR, LRC, PS) to re-install it.  Very Frustrating.  What's even worse is I can't find a number to talk to a human!

is there anyway that I can NOT install creative cloud on my machine? I absolutely abhore it!! it uses so much memory and pretends to give you start up options but when you select don't start on start up, it ignores you and starts it up anyway!! It's been causing so many issues on my machine that magically disappear when I 'end task' on creative cloud  - oh, and not the first time, it pops up again a few times, clearly thinking that I'm not serious. Anyone?

Hello,I have spent half the morning trying to download the DNG Converter from the website/App.  I land on the same page from multiple avenues and when double clicking on the box that says "Download Now" nothing happens.  Is this link broken or something?  I've tried from two different Windows 10 computers and the same thing happens.

I have been a user of Adobe products for a number of years. I don't know what's happening at Adobe as an organisation, but I feel the core usability and function of the software is not what it used to be. I feel sometimes to much has been put into the software over the years. I hate to say it but, sometimes is starting to feel like Mircosoft software or the old Microsoft paperclip will suddenly appear making suggetions lol. Don't get me wrong I love the product and what is able to be achieved... but lately I feel it's just update after update and dialogue boxes, or auto suggestions on task or tools that are just not relevent. I would be intrested to know how many of the orginal developers still work at Adobe and what is the foundation or drive for making changes to this software. My feeling a KISS approach is needed urgently. Look forward to a response.  

I have CC 5.3.1.470, Bridge 10.1.1.166, Camera Raw 13.0, PS 21.2.4. CC is showing four updates as available. They are CC, BR, CR and PS. A month or so ago I downloaded updates for BR, CR and PS. I ended up with two versions of each of those three updates - the old version and the new version. Nothing worked correctly. Adobe helped me get some of the updates safely removed.   Question - Is there a way to determine if it is safe to proceed with the present updates? I don't know if any issues have been taken care of.

Since October 2020, my login and passwords in my computer do not remain stored, from the software Adobe Creative Cloud. Hi Community members, I wanted to know if Adobe provides certificates like "Graphics Design from Adobe". I am beleiving it to be fake. I found a person that is using this certifcate as reference in his "Certification" and stating it to be from Adobe. I couldn't find any information related to the course mentioned by the person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards

Thanks for info on program 2021 known fault, ie program error displayed every time you try to use it.Have taken your advice uninstalled it and reinstalled older version.will wait for Adobe to fix befor I update again. thanks once more james 

Hey guys! So I logged in to my Adobe account this morning and did a quick security check and found that someone running Internet Explorer on Windows 8 had logged in just yesterday. I've changed the password now so that should be fine, but I remember someone saying that the Creative Cloud app sometimes gets confused and lists a login as something like the above. Can anyone verify this? It's really important that I figure this out as there was private stuff saved to the cloud. Thanks.

Does anyone know where can I get an online certification on digital design based on Adobe Created Cloud?

I want the customer service number for MENA (Middle East and North Africa Region) to cancel the subscription. They are not allowing to cancel through manage account. And even Chat doesnt work in this region.

I'm experiencing issues ever since MAX happened. When I try to "Brandify" in Spark, it simply stalls the program and the crashes or freezes indefinitely. I have to manually apply brand elements like font, color, etc. to each layer of the project or risk a greyed-out screen or lost changes. Why won't Brandify work properly right now?
