Creative Cloud Services

I'm thinking about buying a refurbished Macbook Pro A1398 from around 2013. Will this be able to run the current version of Adobe Creative Cloud? 

Good morning,I have problems with the verification pending for my web site made with Namecheap through Adobe Portfolio.I did the whole domain purchase procedure through interface from Adobe Portfolio and Namecheap. I've received an email by Adobe of issue. I try to fix it and to make the verification but I don't get the mail of verification at my mail,and my site isn't online.please, can you help me?

Hello,I'm having an issue with the "send to Illustrator" function in draw, fresco and capture :I have a macbook pro under under Mojave (10.14.6) and it opens illustrator files send from my iPad (in draw, capture and fresco) without any issue.The other macbook pro under Catalina (10.15.7) received some files the first day I used draw. Since then, no files are showing up in illustrator on this computer. Both macbook use Illustrator 25.0If the macbook under Mojave is switched off, I dont get any file at all...It seems I am having the same problem as the one described here : https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-draw/adobe-draw-sends-files-to-illustrator-on-the-wrong-m...I followed the solution described without any success.I already created a post here : https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/draw-fresco-and-capture-send-files-to-illustrator-on-the-wrong-macbook/m-p/11585504?page=1#M251633 but they told me to ask again on your forum.Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hi there, I was really excited to try the trial of the Adobe suite, but none of the programs are installing. I've updated my iMac and everything. It also says File syncing (waiting for connection) but it's not explained if this had an effect on the install, which I assume it does. Please for the love of god don't tell me I have to code things in etc. Thank god there's a trial because this is unnecessary hard work already 😞 help anyone? thanks x

Has anyone else been hacked? I'm getting kicked off and it says b/c I'm using another device. I tried contacting the help center but they said it's impossible. I have no other devices. It shut all my programs down and said you're logged into another device. I then had to resign in.

For some reason, Adobe thinks I need to pay for services - but I'm already doing so. I just updated to Catalina 10.15.7 the other day, and this is the first time I've had this issue. Does anybody have any suggestions?

In Creative Cloud, I can see several updates are available to me and compatabile with my computer, but nothing happens when I click "update." Please help!

I return to my office after photographing an important job that needs to be sent out ASAP. Turn on the computer, launch Creative Cloud  and boom - I get sucker punched by Adobe. I have to stop everything to download and install a huge CC update which I knew nothing about. No warning whatsoever from Adobe. No option available to wait untill I have time to deal with an update. I wish someone would invent photo editing software to compete with Adobe. Or, better yet, how sweet it would be for Congress to step up to the plate and break up the Adobe monopoly. Maybe then we'd stop getting kicked in the gut by Adobe because they'd have competition. Adobe is jepordizing my job by forcing me to miss a deadline.

Creative Cloud Desktop will not download any of my files and I believe that the default fonts aren't installing as well.  I did a fresh install of windows 10 pro 20H2 and I notice that the install of Creative Cloud install seemed to be different that before... there was always a slight computer hang up when the fonts were installed.  Not so with this version.  None of my files appear in the Creative Cloud Folder and eventually the file syncing will report "waiting for connection"

Adobe, I have recently installed all the apps I use for work on my personal computer on the cloud but when I sign into creative cloud on my work computer it says my subscription does not include all the apps that are installed on my personnal computer(Photoshop, Premeir, etc.)

Anyone else randomly get signed out from Creative Cloud - then have all their apps and open files start automatically shutting down?This is particularly frustrating because you can't see the files you are forced to save. You may have files open with incremental progress that you don't want to save, but in this shutdown cascade, you're forced to either save or cancel without reviewing the files in the app.This is beyond frustrating. I thought CC only needed to verify your license once per month via online connection? Why would a momentary/involuntary signout trigger such a disastrous shut down?

Hello, The Creative Cloud sync folder never worked as intended on my old Mac. It just never synced anything. The Creative Cloud app has “File Sync is Off” in grey in the menu, and in the Preferences tab all sync options are greyed out. Apparently this is an issue with my computer, since I can sync the folder from other units, and see the files online. I recently tried to resolve the issue by following some advice in the forums. Apparently variations of this problem occurs a lot. I have removed the options.tix file (https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/unable-to-get-file-sync-to-work/td-p/6335773?page=1), and I have tried repairing Creative Cloud using the uninstall app. I even tried changing the write permissions of the actual folder to “read and write” for everyone. Nothing made any difference. Any other suggestions? My MacOS version is 10.11.6. Thanks in advance! ~Måns

For about the past week my CC app won't load.  I've had tech support do everything - unistall, clear out files etc., escalted service.  The app may work a little while but eventually it fails again.  I cant update fonts either but I can launch programs individually from start menu.Any insight?Kevin

Hi, I have issues with Creative Cloud on and off and have had to use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool a few times these last few months.  This time nothing is resolving the issue. Issue: Adone fonts activated but Creative Cloud is stuck on Loading Fonts loop.  Also, the Cloud Services won't load.  All apps could still be updated. I've reinstalled, repaired, turned off Widnows Defender and Malwarebytes...nothing is solving the issue.  Any assistance would be highly appreciated because...you know...deadlines 😞

I deleted Creative Cloud and was left with this. I want it gone. I can't drag it to the trash. It's just stuck there. I'm pretty much over Adobe because Creative Cloud proved to be such a nuisance.  Can anyone tell me how to get this off my computer? Thank you

Hey Adobe, I have been observed that from the past two challenges (Lady Gaga: Rain on Me poster design & Marshmallow | Helmet Remix) you guys are not allowing Residents of India to participate in Creative challenge contests...Is there any reason for that? Hope you guys change the official rules and allow us to participate in the future contests.

I really have a  learning Disability+ have Trial on iPadPro Now as I write=  this Attempt to use Adobe Illustrator is  after many many fails.  Ive tried and Keep trying since I was in my early  40's Im now 60.    Between-not believing The real product is what I had purchased on mac book pro+  being told by Adobe ?      I purchased "Acrobat" and  have been paying for 7 years!   I never purchased that= (I do not even know what it is-or used for?)  Have not seen bill or recipt!   what can I do to get A real "Adobe " person.   Why dont they have Adobe Rep's    in house 'brick n mortor some where?  Local College does not   have such classes!    Is there any Means to get -1 on 1  instruction ? My images are not launching on my iphone. CC shows a generic icon for the files, but not a preview image. When I click on the image to open I just get a spinning blue circle. Thoughts?

My computer crashed and when it restarted Typekit had turned itself off. I tried to turn it on but it has disspeared from CC. Tried logging out and restarting CC, tired repairing it; none of those worked. My fonts are all still active on the Adobe Fonts website but can't access any of them on desktop apps. 

Hello,I have a Mac Pro (mid 2012) computer with macOS High Sierra V. 10.13.6.So far, it has been able to run the latest versions of Adobe Creatice Cloud apps without any problems.But now I have 9 Adobe CC apps that I can not install on my computer.The program prompts me to update the system to -macOS 10.14 or later so that these apps can be installed. Anny sugesstion?Thanks!
