Creative Cloud Services

Hello, I am interested in building a page in spark to share with a client. Once the project is up and finalized and the client has the URL, if my adobe account were to be deactivated for some reason, would the page still be up? Would the client be able to access the page with the original URL?  Thank you, Stephen

I use Premiere and occasionally Photoshop via my institution-wide licence. Last year I was able to use my school account on three different computers, but recently I had trouble launching Adobe apps on two of the said devices. I went to the IT administrator, who claimed that as a result of some new update to CC I will only be able to log in to CC on a single computer, and will have to log off to use it on another device. Is there any new policy like this in place? And if there isn't, how do I use CC on multiple devices without having to constantly log in/log off to it?

For those of us not in software development, client feedback and version control has been a bit of a wild west. I've come to belive that Adobe Bridge, with the right mods and some love from Adobe, could be made into an amazing way to control all your files, versions, and client feedback, but it's just not there yet. I'd like to know if anyone has any recommendations for software that helps you keep track of your design versions and the client feedback on each one.

My illustrator crashed 3 consecutive times while I was activating some fonts from your website and the crashing caused my synced files to get deleted. They are not accessible anymore on my computer and the only way I can access them is on my creative cloud on the browser--not even in the assets folder it's like a hidden folder or something: apps.breadcrumbs.tabs.archive. The folders are renamed with some extra characters, some files are not sorted properly in their folders.. Is there a way to get it back to when it was before the crashing? The only way I can see is download each manually and sort them out manually. I', mnot even sure if all my files are there... I have a deadline this week and your support has not been very helpful and quite slow. I have a new laptop that I'd like to utilize my ACC apps on, but I'm afraid that if I install and login to my ACC account it will begin to sync my personal ACC files stored on the cloud into that laptop, which I want to avoid to keep everything organized properly and avoid any rights issues.Is there a way that I can install ONLY the apps without having any of my cloud files downloaded/synced to the new PC?

I customized one of the Spark text animation templates with my own image and text and below is the link. It’s a 5 sec mp4 that plays in a loop just fine hosted at Adobe server. Hi All, I am trying to make template. I want it so that all I have to do, is enter in a number in a text field and then the number will change automatically. I have a key frame at 0 and then another keyframe at 85. This makes it so it looks like its counting up the numbers to 85. I found the eval expression but how would I make it so that I can keep the first keyframe at 0 and then have the second keyframe depenedant on what I put in a text field?

I created some libraries in Adobe and shared them with my team. 4 of the 5 team members accepted it and now those libraries show up both in creative cloud and from programs such as illustrator.  One team member, however, gets the invite but it never does anything when she hits accept. She cannot seem to accept or deny the libraries. I removed all notifications, removed her access, added her back, and sent out another invite. Same result. I have had her sign out of adobe and sign back in. No matter what we do we cannot get the libraries to be accepted and show up on her side. 

I have creative cloud folders synced to my external hard drive, but when I logged out of creative cloud, the folders and file paths completely disappeared. They come back when I log back in but is this normal? This is very concerning. The weird thing is that I have another account that was also synced, and when I log out of that one, the files remain visible on the hard drive. Can anyone explain why? Is there a way I can make sure that when (if I have to) log out of CC, the files remain on the hard drive? 

As of today it is not possible to share files via creative cloud. Not from your online envorinment, nor frome filebrowser. NOT browser related. Seems server sided. FIX ASAP. PRO TOP: TEST before you change the software and decide to enroll <-- i've actually learnt this at school; try it! If it's too hard: try calling your customer service. They have a checklist ready for you. Very helpful

when will substance painter appear in the creative cloud line up? How can i save my Substance Painter files to the cloud? Does Adobe have a cloud storage service

I am having problems with opening the Adobe Creative Cloud app on my Windows 10 desktop. Every time I would try to run it, it would give me an error saying "Unable to start correctly (0Xc000007b)". I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. What I eventually realized is that, in the properties for Creative Cloud, it is running for compatibility for Windows 8, and not 10. There would be no option for Windows 10 at all. I don't know how to get it to be compatible for my computer and I've looked everywhere.  Again, my computer is Windows 10, x64 bit. It meets all the requirments but there still seems to be issues with compatibility with my computer.

Does anyone know if you can upload an InDesign Masthead into Spark? A Masthead is the top part of a Newspaper. It has text, the date, the newspaper's logo and motto, a picture — things like that. I did it for a newsletter that I created in InDesign. Now I want to do a newsletter in Spark but do not want to recreate the Masthead. Would be great if I could just upload the one from InDesign. Any ideas? Thank you.

Dear Adobe:I have just downloaded and read your document "Which Adobe background processes are required for my apps?" I read it all the way through, and none of this applies to my work and application environment. I do not consider my applications to be "apps". Apps are for iPhones and Androids. Computers run applications.Having stood by Adobe since Illustrator 88 came out, I like to think I should have had something to say about it when Adobe unilaterally began intruding directly and duplicitously into my operating system and application usage. I do not need "Core Sync" and "Adobe Desktop Service" and anything related to them. They bring my workflow to a halt while they do their snooping. I should be able to disable all of these Creative Cloud intrusions without Adobe disabling my usage of InDesign CC, as long as I keep paying the rental fee every month.I do not, intentionally, use any Cloud-based applications or supposedly "free" use of Cloud-based fonts or images. Hello fellows,As my MacBook Pro fans have been running like crazy, I've looked into my Activity Monitor on what is happening. I've seen the "Adobe Desktop Services" is eating up 320Mb of my mem.I don't even know what Desktop services do. Is there a way to shut this thing by default and lunch the individual apps from the Dock?Thanks,

So, Day ago mys CC Desktop sync worked "almost ok (synced 17GB of 30GB). Today it stopped. Period.As soon as I click on "Sync" i get error: "File syncing error - Some files failed to sync". Learn More takes me to https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html?mv=product&mv2=accc ...so nothing here to help, the common stuff.I chatted with Adobe support many hours, let them to control my mac but no help....tried clean install, removed all Adobe system files etc. I wonder what to do, why did the sync immedately stop?!?!?! Jorma

Hello I was woundering about libraries I know they let you upload files and let others see them but I am woundering if you are able to upload cloud douments to libraries and if you can will they save when the cloud document is edited ( also will regular documents that are uploaded such as AI file chang when edited). (while I'm here if you have any other information about what you can do with libraries could you please tell me.)

So, I decided I would log into adobe creative cloud on my other computer. This resulted in me going to this computer. Now when I run adobe creative cloud it brings up this error message. [Unable to reach adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again] I think the problem was caused by me signing in on a different device. Please help

I'm trying to make an ebook with animations and a soundscape, but am not sure which program(s) to use to be able to do this. I can give more info if needed, it's for my thesis but I'm unsure which route to take.  TIA

I can't seem to get any help with Spark! Adobe doesn't even list it on their support site with the free apps. I use it everyday with my job and LOVE the program, but all of a sudden some of my projects are missing. Any idea where they've gone or how I can find them??? Can't find one that I need!
