So i've edited photos on my desktop and uploaded them to creative cloud.   When i go to the creative cloud on my iPhone to download them, the file size is showing as 'Zero KB' and when i go to download them it loads for a second then says 'Unable to completed the request'. I've literally just started using this software and i'm not impressed at all. 

When I try to edit a file, I get the edit box.  But when I click for the cursor,I don't see a cursor so I can type my changes.

hi, I recently purchased an Adobe Rush membership.  I pay $10/month.  Creative Cloud came as additonal software, and I have uploaded it.  But my video projects that I have completed in Rush don't seem to be uploading into Creative Cloud.  Is there something I need to do to make sure all of my assets and projects upload into Creative Cloud?  Also, do I need to buy another membership to access and use Creative Cloud?  Or does Creative Cloud come with Adobe Rush?

I just started using the Cloud Storage I got with the Photographers Package, the first time I uploaded a folder one shot would not sync. message said there's a 1 GB limit on a single photo, is there a way around this limit?   It won't work for me otherwise.ThanksChris 

Hi,I just unsynchronize my Surface Pro from Creative Cloud. I don't have enough space on my hard drive. But I don't find a easy way to download files from the Creative Cloud.I guess the better way I found is to connect to this page : Adobe Creative Cloud (assets.adobe.com/files)BUT the only option I seem to have here is to download each file separetely which is... quite boring.Is there a better way too navigate and download my files / multiple files / folder on Creative Cloud ?ThanksSimon

Hello,I have a CC account for two computers. I use it on mine and my daughter's. I use it for work so my CC files are work files. She uses it for school and has separate files. I don't want my work files syncing with her computer. Can I separate the two sets of files so that my work files are independent from her Cloud. I turned her syncing off, but I worry that if it gets turned back on and I delete my files from her computer, all of my work files we get erased. Is there a way around this. Thank you.

On a recent windows update, the  App that shows what products you have and lets you update etc has disappeared from my PC screen. Can anyone advise where it might be located in the Adobe program files where can it be located? Thanks.

I just have an iPad so may that's why... but the size of the image I put for my masthead is not the same in the "edit page" and in the "preview page"... My website (danezralang.com) was built in an Adobe Web Builder application (Muse?) a few years ago. From that time forward, I believe my site is being hosted through Adobe as part of my Creative Cloud subscription. Is that correct? 

Has anyone noticed recently that when you think Creative Cloud will open when you startup your PC & that includes logging you in, that it really doesn't? I've been having this problem lately. When I go to launch an Adobe program, it then asks for my username and password which shouldn't be the case. I have Adobe set to launch when Windows starts up.  Oddly enough, I am having a similiar login issue with other problems. I'm beginning to wonder if it's the recent Windows Update I installed, but that's another can of worms I don't want to get into. 

Hello! Is it possible to transfer a site made on adobe portfolio to another adobe ID? I have a friend that would like some help setting one up, but would be easiest if I can create on my portfolio and then transfer to them. Maybe these sites could get added to the 'uploaded' cloud stuff so it can be shared with another user who could then copy it to their own like you can with other CC items? 

I am sick to death of being ignored and jacked around by Adobe Support. I just left a call back number only to be called and put on hold for 20 minutes (listening to music too insipid for Lawrence Welk)!  For 5 days now I have been plagued with having to reinstall CC every time I log on my Mac. I even consented to a remote access from a technician. The problem persists. The chat garbage is about as useful as a dead battery. I have used Adobe products since Photoshop 2.0. This is customer loyalty, to be shunted off to a Third World boiler room with English deficient, SEXIST GARBAGE REMOVED who have no idea how the software works other than as referenced on the cheat sheet they've been forced to memorize. Maybe Adobe execs will be invited to the White House soon. Meanwhile, while opening Adobe CC, I am rewarded by error messages requiring me to download some kind of "repair". But I'm sure Adobe is sorry I'm having this problem and will be happy to be rid of me at my e

I need to be able to selectively sync my CC libraries onto my computer. I have SO many digital assets and they are taking up all the space and storage on my computer. I keep getting errors that the scratch disks are full. A lot of my libraries have assets I do not need to access at the moment. It would be so helpful to choose which libraries are syncing to my computer at any given time so that my device can perform smoothly and not crash.

Hello, MacOS, everything updated to date and I can't quit Creative Cloud app because it warns me on currently active install and updates, which is not the case cause everything was updated and nothing is running at the time. I can press "Quit" and close it, but this message keeps poping and makes me thing that something is wrong. Any ideas? I think it's a bug. 

Hi,We are looking at deploying Azure Lab Services for our Community Centreswe have well over 1000 guests/students/public users who come into our different Community Centres across the cities to use our services.We want to know if we deploy Azure Lab Services, will Adobe Creative Cloud Suite work?Our main concern is when the users log off, we want to ensure a clean desktop is utilized each time so no privacy/confideniality items left on the desktops.  When the next person uses the machine, they get a clean desktop.I can't seem to find any documentation.  Thanks,

However, I am really getting into my graphic design- mostly using photoshop, illustrator and after effects. what I want to know is- should I invest in the new iPad Pro or get a MacBook Pro.

Adobe background spying is crashing my computer every 3 minutesAdobe background apps are causing my mac to overheat and crash ~ every 3 minutes. Often more frequently. When I force quit them it stops. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never purchase ANYTHING from adobe again unless this is fixed ASAP.These background apps are NOT necessary as the programs still work when they are forced closed by external force quit programs. Does ANYONE have a work-around or solution for this?Adobe, you have absolutely destroyed any reputation you had left when you forced everyone to join/use your creative cloud data theft program. Stop immediately.

I'm using an iPad to make vector drawings, I need a feature similar to Smart Objects (they all change when the original is modified), and I need to sync files (preferably as Cloud Documents).Photoshop itself doesn't seem to support vector drawing very well.  Fresco doesn't seem to support Smart Object-like constructs at all.  Illustrator seems like it offers similar functionality in the form of Linked Assets but I can't find a tutorial applicable to the iPad.  In fact, almost every tutorial I've found in the last week begins with opening a menu option that does not exist on the iPad.Sorry if this has been asked before.  I've wasted almost a week looking for features that might not even exist.

How can I MOVE or HIDE (from view) the "Adobe" folder that appears under "Documents" on my Mac?When I try to enter the hidden chflag command in Terminal to hide a file, I receive the error "permission denied"Please advise---- Thanks!
