Creative Cloud Services

Hi. Could someone from Adobe please let me know how to access Creative Cloud files via the new Files app in iOS 11? All the Apple publicity photos etc. seem to show Creative Cloud as one of the available Locations in the Files app, but despite having the Adobe Creative Cloud app installed and being signed in Creative Cloud doesn't appear as a location for me in the Files app (this is on an iPad Pro). Thanks.

I am thinking about building a new PC. As for the CPU I wanted to buy a AMD Threadripper 3960x, and for the GPU the RTX2080 Ti. Will this hardware work well with Adobe, or would you suggest different components? 

I have two files open, all colour settings are identical, but blacks look very different, although they are copied from one and pasted into the other file, it now looks charcoal instead of rich black. Any suggestions?

Hi,So after putting 3-4 months, I've made a really detailed Adobe Portfolio website. Now here's something I realized later:- I used the subscription provided by my company to build my portfolio website. (Adobe ID is my company's email id)- If I decide to change my Adobe ID in future (from company id to my personal id), how would I be still able to keep the access of the website as I don't see any option to download or move website to a different Adobe ID.I don't want to rebuild the website from scratch and need to know what's the best way to move the website. This will also influence my decision to build my next website using Adobe Portfolio since I might want to move it too when Adobe ID changes.Thank you!

Hey I have scenario where I want to populate the web analytics section custom tag with Campaign name(Folder name). I know it can be entered manually while creating new deliveries, but I want this field to be populated dynamically when we create new delivery. I have trying to achieve this by adding some code in input forms. so far it did not work. Below is the code am using. When I design on my work computer, everything is fine, but when I open the same files on my home computer after they've gotten synced through Creative Cloud, I get a warning that the file is corrupt for various reasons. A few reasons are: the PDF is out of whack, or the layers appear to be corrupt, or the document was modified outside of Illustrator (which it never was). It doesn't matter if it is a Photoshop file, or Illustrator file, or Indesign file, the corruption warning comes up in all these applications. Both my computers run the same version of all Adobe applications. What is going on here?

Hi all! I have an annoying problem I'm unable to solve. Most often after my MaxBookPro has been in sleep mode my Zoom in/out and hand tool shortcut stops working for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Once I restart laptop, it all works again. Does anyone have this problem, and if so is there anything to that can be done about it? Many thanks for any tips and advice 🙂 Wishing a great day!/Jani 

HiI use Adobe CC with my clients and I am trying to write a proposal for my client and say that I am using an industry leading platform to create graphics, however I dont know if that is factually correct. Do you have any statistics of how many fortune 500 companies use adobe CC?

The new colours for the adobe suite SUCK!  when i am working on a project i used multiple programs open in the ( mac ) dock , when i switch between applications the colours look so similer that  keep choosing the wrong one.. before it was never an issue, i think the program icons need to be more distinct, If anyone knows how i can change the icons myself .. let me know.. come on adobe...?

I decided to buy the student plan but when I try to get into lightroom or any of the other applications it just says to start trial and buy the plan. I tried going to my account and the plan doesn't show up on my page and I was still charged.

I was reading pdf file in adobe when it stopped working and thereafter I couldnt open it. It says file is corrupted. Its very important. Is there any way to recover it? Its super important.

We have just added a second computer at home and want to have a selection of Creative Cloud programs on each (note that the only program duplication between computers will be Acrobat and possibly Illustrator).As long as both computers are not using the same program(s), can a user on each computer, at the same time, use Creative Cloud application(s)?For example, User A has only video programs open (Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc), while User B has Illustrator and Acrobat open.Is this allowed?

I use cc files to work from home. When cc files is synchronising, all other apps start running slow.All apps working slow or react very slow when cc files is syncing. This very frustrating and time consuming. This isn't the case with dropbox. I changed to CC files because my dropbox space is limited.

I found a bug (I think) that I'd like to report. Where do I do that?

Hello, please is it possible you get some sort of demonstration kind of license for organizations trying to sell Adobe,  that helps you show case as many adobe products as posible to your prospective client to help them choose when they actually want. Now I'm not saying the 7-days free trail, something with longer duration which  let's you use it over and over to sell Adobe products

I am so fed up with Adobe running processes in the background. I have unloaded processes from LaunchCtrl, I have renamed the application file. I have unchecked every setting I can find to get Adobe's software to behave like a good citizen on my machine. I am now over it. I use it once a month if that. I think my only option is to actually uninstall Adobe's software and only install it when I need it. I use it so seldom that I am ok with this. Do I need to backup images elsewhere or anything like that before uninstalling Creative Cloud? I don't want to lose my my libraries. I just want to stop the software from running background processes.    [abuse removed by moderator]  

Has anyone ever had this issue? I have a photo file, I delete, it goes to trash, but then automatically gets added to back to creative cloud. I can not delete it! Help!

Hello all, Recently my staff started to use the adobe creative cloud for video file creation.However they got a trouble to run the software (Premium Pro with Adobe after effects). One possibility is due to insifficient machine specification, we suspected.Can anyone advise me what is the suitable size or specification for video creation task on adobe creative cloud.        I just recently bought the student creative cloud pack for $20 a month and when i was downloading it said to turn off my firewall and my antivirus software, so i did and it didnt work. I've tried everything from restarting my computer to restarting my firewall, and nothing and i mean NOTHING has worked so far. Can anyone help me please?

Problems with FX box It keeps crashing when I try to create a file. I have been successful in 3 attempts out of 50!!!!!
