I was told by university we were getting a new subscription for adobe for free, this means cancelling my current subscription which because university are helping pay they can cancel my subscription for free, but I can't talk on the chat as it won't let me write anything more

Hello,  I got a new Macbook Pro yesterday so I installed the Creative Cloud desktop app and was told all of the syncing was up-to-date. On the new Mac it has listed all of my work (largely Id and Ai files); however, when I go to open the files I edited/created within the last few weeks on the new Mac they either come up with the pre-edited version or a blank artboard. On the Mac I was working on before, the files appear completely up-to-date in the Creative Cloud but do not on the new Mac. Any changes I make to the files on the new Mac don't sync to the old Mac either. Could I please have some assistance? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app, pausing and starting syncing, and restarted both computers but nothing has changed. Thank you!

Hi allim a total newbie to adobe and want to start making some lovely pictures. I am very confused over all the different packages. Can someone point me in the right direction of which basic package I might need to get me started many thanks 

I have inadvertantly installed Premiere Pro into my Creative Cloud account; it needs to be installed for another user, in their account. Is this possible?

Bonjour à tous!J'ai un problème récurrent sur mon iMac (fin 2015, 21.5po) : Il crash de façon inopinée et aléatoire, sous la forme de plantages brefs et de redémarrages instantanés intempestifs précédés du sinistre écran noir aux messages multi-langues sur fond de symbole ON/OFF... à chaque fois, je regarde le rapport du crash et "Adobe CEF Helper" apparaît en tête du rapport. Pareil, en regardant le Moniteur d'activités, "Adobe CEF Helper" apparaît en doublon sous plusieurs lignes de l'activité du processeur. J'ai averti Apple, sans avoir plus de renseignements... Puis, j'ai craqué! J'ai tout désinstallé : Adobe Illustrator (mon seul logiciel Adobe, mon outil de travail) et Creative Cloud.Depuis, fini les crashes inopinés, l'ordinateur a même retrouvé la vivacité qu'il avait il n'y a encore pas si longtemps et je précise que jamais je n'ai eu de problème avec Illustrator et que celui-ci est installé depuis les premières heures de mon actuel iMac.Bref! Many users and major platforms demand and utilize dark mode in their UI, as seen in the dark mode adobe already uses partially. Are there any plans to add a dark mode option to Creative Cloud? Why not? Secondly, I really like the new App logos, but can we give them more distinct colors like Illustrator? This would be beneficial to colorblind users and everyone else.

Dear Community Members, Yesterday I got notification my license is going to expire in 6 days. Hi there,I recently updated all my creative cloud apps and I noticed a lot of the icons seem to be the same. You can kinda read the lettering on some of them, but the contrast makes it difficult on the others. I tried to change the icons back to the 2019 designs manually, but it wouldn't take and now there's just a blank icon for each. It shouldn't really be a big deal, they're just icons, but having the color separation really helps for efficiency. Is there a simple fix to get the old icon appearance or is it easier to use the previous versions? Thank you!

 I got a cloud link link from a photographer to download several files. I only want to download these files and not store them in my cloud. When I call up the link, I get a page with 200-300 files.I want to select and download all of them (I think this was possible in the past).But the possibility to download several files is nowhere to be found. So I would have to download all files one by one. Is this really the case or am I missing something.

How do I change where I post the photo I created in Adobe Spark.  It pulls up my personal Facebook page, I want to post it to my business page, when I go to my Adobe Account, it says I'm not connected with Facebook, but when I click on connect, it tells me in red that their is already a facebook account associated with my ID, I never was given a choice, it seemed to just know from my name and defaulted.  How do i fix this?

I have a lot of files in the Deleted folder in creative cloud. I want to permanently delete them so I can free my storage space. But right now, I have to click on the checkbox one by one on each file. It will take me days to do it. Ho to clean up the Deleted folder at once? Thanks

I have been having some trouble with Creative Cloud storage over the past couple weeks. A few months back, I was able to upload and share some large files on Creative Cloud. They were about 6GB.However, over the past couple weeks, I have been trying to upload and share a series of video files. The files under 1gb uploaded and shared fine. However, I cannot get any files over 1gb to upload. I copy them to my local folder and after a period of time, I get an error message that an unknown syncing error occured.Any suggestions what might be going here?Thanks in advance.

I'm running Photoshop and Lightroom on my laptop and I'm looking to upgrade to a PC desktop.  I would prefer an SSD with a 1TB HD for storage. Looking to stay under 2k if possible. I prefer Dell or HP, but open to all suggestions. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Hello all, Yes, I have searched for a solution before posting, though could not find anyone in my specific situation that found a resolution. I have three computers that I work on: Home Desktop, Work Laptop, MacBook Pro Laptop. I have my CC account installed on all three of them. My home desktop has a big main drive, so I currently don't mind all my Adobe CC files syncing to it. Though eventually my CC files will get large enough that I will mind. However, my laptops both have smaller drives. My MacBook has 500 gb's and my work laptop has only 100 gb's. No, increasing local drive space is not an option or a solution for me. I'm using CC primarily as a storage solution, not just the backup benefit. My Adobe CC storage holds about 300 gb's worth of files right now. You can see the problem. Ideally, I would like to be able to selectively choose which folders sync on which computers. Hi!Shows error code 505. Following this error in Adobe help, I found this: uninstall beyondtrust powerbroker  BUT I DONT HAVE IT ON MY PC! 🙂  On laptop everyhing works.  Anybodu have the same issue?  

I have folders and files stored on Creative Cloud in Sycned files. I want to share these folders and files with a collaborator. At a folder I select the Share option, select the Invite option,  enter my collaborator's email, choose "Edit & Share," and hit the Invite button.  My collaborator receives an invitation and responds  to it.  When he goes to his Creative Cloud app in his Your Work Files section, he  can not see any files  I have shared with him.What are we missing? How can I allow him  to view the same files I see on my Creative  Cloud on his Creative Cloud? He needs to be able to  open  them  in  Photoshop  and edit the  images.Would appreciate any help.Marie

Don’t know who to give my idea to but I think it would be a great benefit if Adobe gave full CC subscriptions to all of their reasonably sized shareholders in lieu of the dividend you do not provide. Added incentive not to sell and a nice benefit of stock ownership which costs Adobe very little to provide.There you go….my big idea!

I am seeking to know what software by adobe offers read aloud on your iPhone?  I have the following on my pc - acrobat reader dc, adobe content viewer, photoshop cc2019, adobe acrobat distiller ix adobe creative cloud, adobe photoshop element, adobe acrobat ixpro adobe forms central adobe photoshop express  - that I purchased or obtained for free at some point. I'm seeking to know which of these will allow me to use (read aloud feature) as I can on my pc.  Through adobe acrobat reader cd - on my PC, the software will read aloud...however, this same software on my phone - won't read aloud?  I'm looking for which software will read aloud on my iPhone?And, how will I get a response - will it be sent to my email? 

I have installed CC 2018 versions of Premiere Pro , After Effects and Photoshop. My problem is that the .psd files and .aep files are saved in my computer with the icons of Photoshop and After Effects instead of the PSD file icon and the AEP file icon. Recently .prproj files also had the same problem, But it resolved automatically. I will attatch a image to show what I am talking about. Please help me as soon as possible...Regards

I have an all apps membership a subscription I have had for in and around 2 years maybe more. Ive just come off the most frustrating 3 hours of inept customer support with adobe online and by phone.  All I want to do is activate Source Sans Pro as a font within Spark. Typekit or font web allows for the activation but not a download of a file. Spark will only include the font into the 'brandify' section with a physical font file from my drive it can navigate to.  Im told by adobe customer support that what Im asking for is impossible. That even though I pay for fonts specifically for the reason to brand marketing material for the company and hold membership of Spark to create material from the same company that the two are not compatible and not only that but there is no facility to provide me a physical font file for the family of fonts I seek.  I get that everyone is working from home and its a really tricky time but thats the very reason that I would ant

Is it possible to selective sync certain folders in Creative Cloud. I found an old blog post here Selectively Sync folders on your computer using Creative Cloud « Caveat Lector but I don't have that option in my Finder window.I have two computers with the same Creative Cloud account (work desktop and home laptop), I don't want to sync all of my work files to my home laptop as it takes up too much space. Surely there is a way to choose which folders sync to your computer in the same way that Dropbox/Google Drive works?Any help would be much appreciated!
