it says my cloud storage is full, yet there are no files in it. contacted adobe and they don't seem to understand the problem, then says they can't delete my files@

Hello everyone, 🙂 I'm looking into creating svg animation for a client, but I have no knowledge of javascript or so. I have the svg still illustrations created on Illustrator. While I was doing some research I came to this website https://www.svgator.com/ which is quite cool and useful. I was wondering if I could have a final ready to web Adobe program just like Svgator that I could use with no coding knowledge. It will be mostly just very very soft position animations. No more than that. Could someone help me please ? Thank you in advance 🙂

I cannot access any older than Oct 2019 files saved to Adobe cloud! Are they lost forever? Why weren't user Adobe reader notified before they launched this new version? I could have saved my files somewhere else!  

I am publishing my videos on Portfolio and it seems to randomly pick the preview image (thumbnail) for my videos from their timelines. Usually that image doesn't give a good representation of the video. How can I customize the preview image? Thank you

Hello,I get the error message that not all files could be synched. Two files are given and I deleted them. Also from the trash.But the error messages doesn't disappear even after weeks. Stop sync, reactivate sync. Logged out from the account, logged in with a different one and logged back into the first account. The messages still appears. The second user using the same ID doesn't have this error. No one with another account has the error. The files definitely don't exists anymore.Is there a way to fix this? Also: the Cloud seems to be very slow at the moment. I have a fast internet connection (50 MBIT), but 2gb data is still synching after days... Thank you!

Hello all,When I try to add/edit/delete component, I'm stuck at pending request. After refreshing page I can see changes I made. This problem started to occur after 6.5 upgrade. I'm wondering if anyone else encountered this problem.  Current version: 6.5.2.0Component name in this case is Instant Coupon. But it occurs with other components on Experience Fragments regardless of template.Pending request:  

My partner is very severely disabled with multiple impairments including cerebral palsy and life threatening food allergies. Recently she had a disagreement with an agency carer and the carer destroyed her care plan.  We have dismissed this carer.  The agency will not cooperate because it is in dispute with my partnerWe need to employ another carer urgently but we cannot employ a carer without Stacy's care plan as t is a legal requirement.We have a copy on a PDF but unfortunately my partner cannot remember the document's password.  I was wondering whether Adobe had some way of opening the PDF.Many thanks

For security, we are required to keep content on our own servers behind our fire wall. How can I prevent anything from ever going on the Adobe cloud?

We share our assets with our developpers on Creative Cloud. We use a public link to the assets' folder.When you go to the dedicated page of an SVG, the button to download the asset doesn't work. We have two kinds of assets, PDF and SVG, and it works for PDF but not for SVG. Can you help me please.

I need to compile my work for school but I can't open any of my files anymore. 

Everytime I save my file, it is unable to save. I cannot diagnose the problem since there is no error number in sight.

Just incase something happens with Adobe, how do you save all your Creative Cloud documents in bulk?  I know if you open every single one and save it would work but how do you save in mass??

Hello,I'm very new to Creative Cloud, so please pardon my ignorance.  I'm looking for a way to share content (mostly photos, but some video) on the web, but privately, and ideally keeping metadata like tags and identified faces.  I have about 30,000 photos in Lightroom Classic, and I'd like to share a few thousand of them with my family and friends.  As I see it, I have the following choices:Adobe Portfolio, which I just today discovered.  But I see no way of keeping the site private, such as creating a login. And I don't know about the metadata.Uploading them to SharePoint, which I know how to manage.  But that duplicates things and loses the metadata right?Using some other server such as Moments or Photo Station on my Synology server.  But, same problems as  SharePoint. Any suggestions?  Am I nuts?  Or am I missing some obvious solution? Thanks!

I wonder if there is a way to delete local copies of files in one of my computers without affecting ALL the cloud or the contents in other computers connected to my account.If so, how?I want to make space on a machine, and be able to access my CC folders without downloading ALL of them.Thanks

My file syncing is stuck paused and when I try to press the play button, nothing happens.I'm on a Windows PC. How may I correct this?

Hello,I know that i have 100 GB of space to save files on Creative Cloud, but reading official Adobe documentation it seems that I need to save my files on the " creative cloud files" which is stored on my computer. My problem is that I only want to save files on the cloud so they dont take memory off my computer, I dont really care about syncing my files and such. Thanks!

BonjourJ'ai installé Creative Cloud sur mes 2 ordis avec les applications dont j'avais besoin. Le plus petit est un ordi secondaire pas trés puissant et avec peu de place sur son disque dur et mon dossier Creative Cloud Files rempli la moitié de mon disque dur, ce qui m'embete fortement.J'ai bien suspendu la synchronistation de mes files dans les settings de Creative Cloud mais trop tard... la synchronistation était faite et mon dossier Creative Cloud Files enregistré sur mon disque dur.Est-il possible de supprimer tous le dossier Creative Cloud Files sur cet ordi secondaire sans les supprimer definitivement de mon Adobe Cloud et toujours les avoir sur mon ordi principal ?Sinon est-il possible d'installer les applications sans installer Creative Cloud et donc sans le dossier Creative Cloud Files ?Merci pour votre aideEt surtout dans le contexte actuel... prenez soin de vous !

Hi, I don't really like syncing up my video assets using the creative cloud desktop application as it means that my file will be on my hard drive (sync location). Is there a way to upload to adobe assets (adobe cloud storage) via FTP? Kindest Regards, Philip
