Creative Cloud Services

Practically every video...tutorial...introduction is written by someone using a Mac.  I use a PC and would greatly appreciate it if there were two videos made, one for PC and one for Mac.  Often even the most well intentioned Mac instructor give the incorrect shortcut for the PC and you need to stop the video...Hit Google, look for the correct command...go through three or four to finally find the person who gave the full path to the command instead of "adjust the graphic preference". Seriously...PC can do artistic too.  If we could find all the buttons. 

Is there a way that they can see the updates? 

I've been having syncing issues since I've been using CC for a few years now. Somehow all my files got messed up and the desktop version is trying to sync over 150k files. I go into the website CC and I just have one folder in there, I would really love to start fresh and not have to wait to sync that many files that I don't need anymore. Does anyone know how to start from a clean sync? This issue has been so frustrating I've pretty much given up using CC and just using iCloud now. I've tried countless things... any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I try to import 2 files in my project and I get 2 different error message. I don't understand because my files are in Jpeg as my others files which are supported. The 2 error messages are : -the resolution video is not supported-header error What can I do ? I'm french. So if you speak french, you can answer in the langage.Merci beaucoup   

Hi there, For the last 20 minutes, I've been trying to find the assets market in the creative cloud app, and it's nowhere to be found. It looks really different on macs than on my windows pc, but it's non-existent or totally hidden. Even the search function will not get me there. Please help 🙂

Hi .Does anybody know if there is a list of videos you can search by "cost" in credits. .? it seems all good videos at top are all in monetary cost?..why did I bother buying credits, it seems they are irrelevant.

Hi all. Owner of a new PC running Windows Pro 10. Cannot load Type 1 fonts I've had and used for years. Contacted Microsoft, had me turn off Defender, then install them. They dissapear as soon as I try to use them in any program, like Adobe InDesign (I'm an original PageMaker guy).  Previous machine was Windows 7 (no issues) and home machine Windows 10 Home/Office which they still work. We are talking couple hundred variations from the 90's, favorites I still use. Thanks.

Hello, Could I save my files on the creative cloud without having them locally on my machine? So I can keep my files saved on the cloud if  I don't have space on computer to keep them but I have cloud space for it.  

  From my last question of " one time payment", I stopped searching for free adobe applications.  I again searched for adobe because of my teacher who installed adobe CC CS2 suite in her windows 7 laptop.  I saw some websites which says this  1) " CS2 is free to use. " 2)  " CS2 is officially not free to download. But it may be used for the old adobe users. " 3) " CS2 is legally free for all users. "   My question is  Which one is right? Which one is fake news? Is CS 2 really free? Or only for old users with original product keys?  Please reply   

For some reason Adobe says my file upload is full but it should be empty.   I turned off sync. IMO it's a curse. I just want to manually upload files I'm working on, when I'm working on them   I deleted my uploaded files, but Adobe did not change the status of my files and says my file storage is full. If it's full it shouldn't be.   I can't find any way I can contact a human being that works at Adobe to get this obstruction to function remedied.   Can anyone please offer advice on how to get this fixed?   [Moved from Community Help (which is about the forums) to a better forum... Wenn ich unterwegs bin möchte ich zwar die einzelnen Projekte sehen und auch die Bilder, diese sollen aber nichtIch bin viel unterwegs und arbeite bei aktuellen Projekten viel mit der Cloud um im Büro und unterwegs am Laptop meine Bilder zu haben und sicher zu sein, dass auch unterwegs alle Daten online gesichert sind.Nun ist es aber sehr mühsam, am Ende des Projekts die Bilderordner manuell aus der Cloud zu nehmen und lokal zu speichern nur damit diese für unterwegs am Laptop verschwinden und nicht den gesamten Speicher belegen.Nun meine Frage: Besteht die Möglichkeit bestimmte Projekte/ Bilder am Laptop oder im Büro zu „markieren“ dass diese entweder nur mehr im Büro auf der Cloud gespeichert und nicht mehr aber nach Online und zum Laptop übertragen werden bzw. dass Bilder zwar in der Cloud und im Büro liegen, jedoch nicht mehr zum Laptop übertragen werden?Vielen Dank! 

Hi all.I have never used the file sync feature in CC and I never will. When the CC app was new, I apparently managed to find a way to turn the feature off, so it has never bugged me.But today I found out that my CC menu item has become equipped with a small "pause" symbol:When I open the CC app, it says that syncing is paused. Not turned off, but paused. And in the settings panel, there is no no-sync option, just an option to de-pause syncing.Does anybody know if  I have to live with this little pause symbol from now on, reminding me that I'm obviously not using CC the way I should? A bit annoying, to say the least.Or is there any way to re-disable syncing so that CC goes back to its former behaviour, not implicitly suggesting that I really really should be using the sync feature?Any help appreciated. Edit: MacBook Pro, MacOS 10.14.5, CC 5.0.0.354

Good Afternoon, One of our teams have been experiencing issues whereby one of their folders they have set to be shared keeps moving items to the PC recycle bin without the user doing anything. Every so often they will look in the their to bin a bunch of random items within their synced folder has been moved – when I say random items it is not as if they accidently press delete on a folder but different files which are apart of different folder structures. Any suggestions?  PS: I've seen previous posts about this from a couple years back and all of the Adobe employees suggesting collecting logs and sending to SyncForum-Communication@adobe.com, though this email appears to be no longer in service. 

I'm getting troubles using the experience fragment component.If I use the default component provided by Adobe, the component works fine but I can't use the Style System, so I decided to build a custom experience fragment that inherit the sling:resourceSuperType from  /libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/experiencefragment, but this component don't allow me to configure it on the page to select a experience fragment variant. My question is, how can I do for fix my issue with this custom component, or if there's a way to set custom styles using the style sistem to the default experience fragment component?

I'm trying to install the Workfront extension. On the My Exchange page, it says I've aquired the extension, and it says it's installed. My CC Desktop App is set to sync, and says it's up to date. My programs (ps, id, and ai) are up to date. I've tried uninstalling the extension from the my exchange page and re-installing. I've tried restarting the programs and restarting the CC app. In photoshop and illustrator there's an Extensions sub category in the Windows drop-down menu, but no Workfront extension listed and in InDesign there is not even an Extensions sub category anywhere in the Windows drop-down. I'm not Mac. My OS is up-to-date.

Hi Community,at the beginning there were no problems with the creative cloud desktop app. But since yesterday my library has not been loaded anymore. I tried all the solutions communicated by Adobe. I even uninstalled and cleaned everything. But nothing helped. The library cannot be accessed in Photoshop and Co, nor in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Is there a possible solution to somehow fix the problem? Best regardsSR

I am looking for information on the applicaiton Output Designer, Information like is it still supported? If not what was the EOL date? are there any alternative products users can switch to since this is going away?

I'm trying to create organize graphics, logos, banners, etc. for our team and am hoping to use Creative Cloud to do so. Anyone have a similar set up and recommendations on how they've done this for their teams? Has it been successful? So far my biggest concern is that one person has to own the folders - if they leave the team, it seems like an arduous process to reinstate the folders with a new owner.   

Hello!Since 1,5 month my lightroom cc desktop wont sync to my mobile. Before that time it would sync immediatly but now it wont. I upload my pictures on my desktop and i want to view them on my mobile after processing to share with social media. The spinning wheel is spinning ''syncing XX photos'' and i will not change. I got latest versions on both desktop and mobile.Who can help ?Thanks a lot.Wessel

After a power surge, I can't find any of my Autosave files from the last 3-4 days. I've checked the Autosave folders for Adobe but they're not there. Autosave IS enabled. I still have all of my video and audio in my iMac, I just have to re-edit all of my work. Would these files have been moved to a default location by Adobe?
