Creative Cloud Services

I created a public CC library to share vector files (PDF). When user downloads assets from the Adobe library, they are given the download options PDF, PNG, or JPG. Is there anyway to control this in my library so that the user doesn't unknowlingly convert my vector file to a PNG?

CC libraries Add-in Powerpoint (office 365) is not working anymore. Tried all the possible solutions but nothing seems to work. I have several Adobe accounts and the Add-in was working fine before. Can you please help me? I really need the Add-in to work. Thank you.

HELP MEEEEE PLEAAAAASE!!!! Why is Behance exposing clients who finalize work with me in private chat? This is unbelievable. Exposing such ABSURDLY sensitive information for ANYONE TO SEE is surreal! I WANT TO REMOVE THIS INFORMATION FROM MY PROFILE IMMEDIATELY!!!! Behance has NO SUPPORT!

So I'd like to change my Adobe Portfolio URL, which I understand is simple enough to do. However, I'd also like for the old URL to redirect to the same website/the new URL I want to use.It's very unclear how to proceed and I'm wondering if anyone else has been able to do so. I am aware that you can use a custom domain to redirect to the portfolio but it appears to me you can do that but NOT with previous Adobe Portfolio URLs.I really don't want to just remake my entire portfolio with the new domain name to solve this issue. If anyone has been able to do this, or if you need more clarity on my issue, please let me know, thank you!

Hello,  I have this website to display my photography - [link removed].  I would like to know how I can make the titles on the page cover always stay visible? Right now they only show when the pointer hovers over them but I would like to know how to make them show even when the pointer is not hovering over them.  The screenshots attached show what it looks like and what I would like it to look like. I recently bought a 1month Adobe premire subscription, HOWEVER i have not been able to use the service once!. First creative cloud was bugging out and i couldnt get in. After several days of trying i finally got in thanks to some very helpfull people on the forums. So finally i download premire.only to be hit with error code 205. I tried everything. And after that didnt work i contacted the forums once again. I did what i as instructed to do. However now i am back at the original creative cloud issue as i logged out.IS a refund possible or even better does anyone know a solution to these issuesapologies for the bad english. It is not my birth language

Устанавливал раз 15. С помощью утилиты - AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool чистил.Так же с Creative Cloud Uninstaller. Ничего не изменилось.Затем ещё так бывает  И такВосстановление не помогает. Чистка реестра не помогает. Удаление Всех файлов связанных с Adobe не помогает. OOBE.old делал. Winmgmt в порядке. 

Dear Community, I really need your help. I spent two days working on my adobe portfolio but now it has dissapeared. I created my entire website with adobe portfolio without publishing it (unknowingly) on my personal account. Then when I decided to publish it it took me to a payment plan.. But I own adobe creative cloud, and shouldn't my portfolio be free? So I checked, and it should be, I have a student version of adobe creative cloud and when I tried to find my portfolio there.. I couldnt find it. Probably because it was linked to my personal account. Both accounts are tied to the same e-mail adress and I thought okay maybe I can migrate my website to my school account. Nope. Because they're tied to the same e-mail adress that isn't possible.Next thing I know I refresh the website page to see if any changes has been made and my website vanished in thin air. I cant recover it on any browser from any account and when I look up the domain nothing pops up because well.. it wasn'

I know CC is a problem for basically everyone, but I'm having a hard time finding specific answers.  Can I continue to use Lightroom without Creative Cloud.  CC is always running no matter what I do, including the CC unistaller and cleaner apps.  It runs at 100-150% of CPU in activity monitor, but it is "not responding" and has to be force-quit.  It reappears as soon as i try to use Lightroom or Photoshop.  Always running, never working and apparently uninstall-proof.  Do i have to give up on Adobe?   It also doesn't help when this post forces me to select one of the unrelated and irrelevant topics that it suggests before it will alllow me to post.  

hi, i have a creative cloud subscription. i have to post a project proposal on behance and on making the proposal, behance is still charging me a platform fee. i thought behance waives off platform fees for creative cloud subscription owners. how do i go about this?

Hello,I’m trying to make a http request to local network and I received the following error: Preflight response is not successful XMLHttpRequest cannot load <url> due to access control checks. Failed to load resource: Preflight response is not successful My request:  axios .get('<url>') .then(res => { console.log(res) }).catch((err) => { if (err.status === 500) { // error } else { // error } }) I tried to set some headers to this request like Access-Control-Allow-Origin, Access-Control-Allow-Headers, Access-Control-Allow-Methods. Unfortunately it didn’t work. This issue is only in iOS app. In android app or browsers the request works properly. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Hello, I want to buy Adobe Creative Suite. Actually in India I see that the Adobe Creative Suite is much cheaper in India than in Europe. ~250 Euros verus 750 Euros. I f I buy Creative Suite in India could I use it in Europe? Would appreciate your help,Nael

Hello, I have purchased a subscription again and finally regained access to my applications after a long time. I couldn't continue my previous plan due to financial difficulties. I had files backed up on Creative Cloud, and I was hoping they would be restored when I resubscribed. Please let me know if there is anything you can do about this.

I only use Adobe products on a limited basis, but is there a better way to bulk download png files from the CC Libraries?   This way seems rather cumbersome unless I script it. Currently, on my laptop (windows) I go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\alphanumeric_emaildomain\creative_cloud\renditions open each of the non-human friendly alphanumeric folders and do a ctrl A to select all and then copy/paste into the folder on my desktop to share with non-Adobe applications.

Abobe force to give me change my adobe account password many time ( in 1 week cycle aobe give me to chnage password 5-8 time ) i used abobe Premiare pro and after effect and i switching to use with my mac and PC  2 machine 

Im having an issue. Im trying to install adobe creative cloud. It opens a window for me to log in. The website says im logged in.however im not and adobe creative cloud continues to open windows.This is my first time using adobe and i really need help! 

Why I have to log in all the time ? I have a year subscribtion and this is incerible annoyig. Also if I am offline, I just can't use it at all. I am using photoshop and lightroom. Once I also got this message. I don't get it. I don't share it with anyone, nobody also have access to my PC, really weird.
