Creative Cloud Services

My Creative Cloud storage starded to fill up, so I decided to clear it up. Creative Cloud is like the french, stubborn, complicated, and always insist on doing things their way. I deleted like half of all files, but it still stayes on 87%.I don't want to re-install creative cloud, because I have to delete all my apps. Is there a fix to this?

I have a new job and they have given me the use of their account.I want to cancel my account but i want to keep my abobe porfoliohow can i do this? i have 4 days left on my old account Help Please!!

Hi Adobe!Please can you turn off this extremely annoying auto redirect to the dashboard/home page of my Adobe profile?!!When I click on Adobe Express, Adobe Fonts, or Adobe Stock, I want to go directly to those URLs, not my DASHBOARD! Please stop wasting my time and causing frustration. I work on multiple design projects every day with my job, and I do not need this. Get onto your UI team and fix this!

Hello everyone, I would like to download several PSD and AI files that I have worked on and saved to the cloud by selecting the option, so that I can modify them on another machine.However, I would now like to download them locally. How can I do this without downloading each file individually, as I have several hundred? Thank you in advance for your response ! 

The captions that you can add to an image on a photo grid. Is there any way to change the size and font? Most importantly, when you click on an image and make it full size, the caption is visible on top of the image. Is there a way to only make the caption visible when you hover the mouse over the image (the same way it does when it shows the entire photo grid)? Thanks!!!

Adobe's plan to discontinue Synced files in February will hamper our team's workflow. We cannot install Creative Cloud in a Virtual Desktop environment so we have to run the apps directly on our laptops. When working remotely, the Synced folders have provided an easy way to move files back and forth between the laptop and the network storage. Particularly useful for InDesign, where a project's folder typically has all the source material as well as the linked files. What is Adobe's logic in limiting its cloud storage to collabortion? What alternatives have any of you used for moving your files while working remotely?

I'm on an iMac running OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) -- still -- and an older version of Photoshop. Nothing has changed on my system in months, or maybe years, but today, out of the blue, when I tried to launch PS, the App Mgr jumped up, briefly showed a screen saying it was validating my account, then went to a spinning wheel, asking me to "Please wait for a moment..." That never goes away. I chatted with someone @ Adobe who said my PS had reached its "end of life" and I had no choice but to update my OS, which is necessary to download the latest version of PS. Other Adobe apps (ID, AI, Acrobat) still run and my account is indeed current. Can anyone suggest a way to bypass AM or create an exception? Or some other solution -- besides finding a different photo editor? My system's stable, there are a couple apps I couldn't use if I upgraded my OS, but I rely on PS almost daily. [I need to click a Topic to post, and none of these apply. Apologies.]

My libraries are not loading in any app. CC app shows the sync up to date but gives me the message 'Oops, page not available. Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries.' I checked my account on the website and all the files are there in my library. Just not in any app. Coworker said logging out and logging back in fixed their's. Didn't work for me. I have tried all the suggestions on this site from trashing the library file to the cloud cleaner and nothing is working. On MacOS Ventura 13.0.1.

Hi,I had an existing subscription for Lightroom and Photoshop. I purchased this Logitech device and I also started with the included three month trial. Unfortunately at the end two subsciptions were running. Therefore, I canceled all of them. Now I wait the three month and subscribe to a new one. Does anyone had the same experience?That issue I can handle. I only have some issues with my could data. Will this automatically be migrated? What happened if there are one or two days of a gap between two subscriptions? Is then everything lost?

Vor der Einstellungs der Synchronisierten Datein habe ich es über Diese gemacht. Mein zu Speichernden Datein sich das letzte Backup der Synchronisierten Datein. Ich suche einfach eine Ablagemöglichkeit wie Dropbox oder andere Dienstleister eine sind. 

Hey I am facing this issue, on adobe portfolio, I want to upload video, but after uploading video this error come, Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection. I not have any antivirus software installed, How to fix that please help! SS added

I am unable to quit the Creative Cloud Content Manager. app (v 4.13.1-4) on my Mac Studio (13.0.1).  I've rebooted, and it auto-starts.  I've double-clicked the icon and tried to quit but nothing happens.  No "3 lines" near the icon.  I'm trying to "wash" excess files on my drives, and the "Washing Machine" program requires CCCM to be quit.  I'm stuck!   Does anyone know how to quit or even delete this app entirely? Thanks,Robert Williams

I have been trying to find out how to resize the font size on myporttolio.com website.  the masthead toggle only allows me to change the text in the sidebar, when I hover my cursor over one of the page covers within my collection, the text is so large I can only see half of the title e.g. "landscape" is shown as "lands" the "cape" part is cut off.   Need some help in finding how to make the text size smaller...   thanks in advance for your help   Michael

I pay the adobe subscription and I have the right to use adobe apps on two diferent computers. Would it be possible for someone to create an Adobe Portfolio website under a diferent name than the one on the Adobe account/creative cloud account? I don't mean the domain, I mean the name that appears on the web separator

And I found a solution but when I follow direction to locate ServiceConfig.xml file but there is no Configs folder in OOBE folder.The URL everybody discussed is:/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/ServiceConfig.xml I use personal laptop,  macOS Big Sur 11.2.1  Thank you.

Hi, is there a way to post an animation or video on Portfolio that you can just hit play and it doesn't show the video player below (i.e., I don't want the black bar on the bottom with the scrubber and other options that aren't relevant in this case... and a gif is too limiting).  Thank you!

I'm creating CC Libraries for my comanies clients and to be honest  I'm completely dumbfounded as tro wht .eps files are not supported. I've been in commercial markerting and advertising for 20 years and every agency I have ever worked using .eps files for logos and graphics for print work. I really need to hear the justification for this omision.   

I have no idea what's happened since Adobe's most recent updates -I am getting constant 'repair is needed' for Creative Cloud.I get Creative Cloud installer and it installs itself. Everything seems fine but then I come back the next morning and I get the 'need repair' message again.Any thoughts on what's happening?Thanks!

Sorry for the long post but I thought some background information might help explain my situation.First, I know how to change my preferences for folder location but somehow I think I screwed things up and am looking for a fix.I have a laptop with a 512 GB SSD and a 1 TB hard drive. The SSD is my system drive (C:). This is where the OS (Windows 10 Home) and all applications are going to be stored. I want to put all of my data files, including the sync'd cloud folders on the hard drive, (D:).By default, most applications will assume you have libraries (Documents, Music, Pictures, etc..) installed on drive C:. So when you install cloud services like Adobe Cloud it ends up on the C: drive.I tried changing mine so the Adobe Cloud files will be stored/sync'd to my hard drive (D:).Viewing Windows 10's explorer, on the left column or panel, there is an icon labeled 'Desktop' and under that icon is a folder labeled 'Creative Cloud Files'. My folders and files are correctly displayed when I clic
