I keep getting the "Some files failed to sync" error in creative cloud. As far as I can tell, I currently have NO files to be sync'd (nothing in the desktop folder location nor on the creative cloud website). Appears to be related to "Audition" when I click on "Learn more" but can't see where the issue actually is.Any ideas?
How can it be that I am not able to synchronize my data between PC and Online, to look for individual folders at a company like Adobe? It can not be that I syncroniesire on any PC all or no foldersThen as 2nd, it is very annoying to be able to delete not all erased data at once online. A setting like "deleted deleted files after XX days finally" would be great. At the moment, I really only consider my data with Onedrive to Syncroniesereren, since it has been a long time. I just miss the function just from an Adobe app to access the data. But as for the two points, Adobe sleeps really.
I have cleaned my CC storage the other day and for some reason CC keeps wanting to sync a file that doesn't exist anymore. I have cleaned house on the website and on local hard drive and still happens. running on Mac OS Mojave and all the latest adobe cc software.
Hi,After upgrading some apps to the latest (2019) version, in Windows 10, my libraries have disappeared. From ALL the programs. The Libraries section is empty, and there I only see this message:I have tried a hundred suggestions I've found on the Internet, including all the ones mentioned in these two documents:Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop productsCreative Cloud Libraries panel stopped workingPlease nothe that I am not getting this 'something went wrong' message:I have also logged out and in from the Creative Cloud Desktop app (in Windows 10), reinstalled the desktop app, cleaned all the CC programs and reinstalled them again, pressed CTRL + ALT + R for the desktop app, unchecked and checked again Creative Cloud Sync in Preferences > Creative Cloud, etc.I have also checked if the Libraries folder if the Creative Cloud Folder still exists in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe, and it does. And the files are still there. The funny
Hi,We are using InDesign and just bought InCopy for our writers so they can edit the text in our InDesign documents. We were told by two Adobe sales people that we could put the documents in our Adobe Cloud and simultaneously edit files as if they were on a file server, but we are not seeing how you do that now. I can't get anyone at Adobe to answer this question and can't find the info in their documentation. I'm thinking it's probably vaporware or was misinformed. I set up a meeting with an "expert" from Adobe since none of the people on any of the chats could answer this but have been stood up twice by the Adobe Reps. Do I need to set up a FILE SERVER in my office or can we have the files in Adobe Cloud and be able to simultaneously edit documents as if they were on a file server? Can someone who is doing this or knows how it works help us out? Thanks,Brian
Has anyone experienced a similar syncing issue? At the bottom of the attached screenshot, it says 'Syncing file 1 of 1' but this never changes. Sometimes the time goes down, sometimes it goes up to 12+ plus. However, it never actually syncs. I have no idea what this file or else I would try to cancel it. Can anyone help?
I am trying to share my folders with people to view my videos. I have folders and folders within folders. It works with my daughter who is living elswhere with her own computer. She can view the videos. I can view them on my cell too, but other guests don't seem to have acces to the files. Howcome some don't have access to the folders and some do?
Hello,I've created a CC library with paragraph and character styles in InDesign and want to collaborate with two colleagues (probably more in the future). In InDesign, I clicked on "Collaborate" in the panel options and put in their e-mail addresses (for reading and editing). I've only tried it with one colleague so far. However, when she clicks the link in the invitation e-mail the screen that shows up in her browser doesn't show my shared library. She logged out and in again, cleared her browser cache and restarted it, it didn't help. It doesn't show up in her InDesign libraries panel either. We both have the Creative Cloud CC 2019 installed, but I have a Middle Eastern version – could that be the problem?Any help is appreciated!Best,Anneke
I store all my RAW files in creative cloud files on my computer and also include my lightroom CC catalog there. All the photos I edit on Lightroom are sourced from those files. I am encountering a problem where my computer is running out of space. Are the files in creative cloud files not in the cloud? I thought I had a terabyte. Will it be a problem if I deleted those local files? Thank you.
Hey there,In our organization we share a lot of design asset files and need them shared and synced to several shared-drives: Google Drive, InVision, Adobe CC Files, and Libraries. We've found a solution between Drive/InVision/CC Files, but not with Libraries. In short, we're looking for a solution where all the Library files are synced with Creative Cloud files. For example, if we add a file to a Library in Photoshop we'd like it to be synced in a directory within Creative Cloud Files. The point of doing this is to update files once in one place and have them available everywhere. With this Libraries sync limitation, we're stuck manually updating Libraries after we update our files.Any thoughts or ideas? If not, a great feature would be to have a "Libraries" directory within Creative Cloud Files that we can easily sync / drag and drop into.
hi all, sorry i already read the faq and how to solve.i am in an Enterprise Environment and i occur the issue that it seems everything worls fine except the library Connection (Server is not reachable) .I can´t understand what it meant with that :https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html#proxy_network_adminas in our Environment everything has to go via the Proxy. If we test via an "Guest" net without Proxy it works immediately fine but we couldn´t do that for operational work. Can someone help to understand how it could work? We saw much traffic which is splitted to directly and via Proxy. But in this case it won´t work properly. Thanks and RegardsStef
I posted a question yesterday. It was answered by cmgap with another question. Could not reply to the question...no active link. Reply with gmail, but no answer. I know how to share folders with creative cloud. Some computers can open the files & folders (like my daughter who lives elswhere, but others can't open the files to view the videos and yes they are my folders. Maybe I will have to swithch to dropbox where I never had problems sharing files???
Hello,I have a problem on my creative cloud app. I've added some foldersto a creative cloud folder that previously had some files under my Mac, when I visit that folder on my iOS app the previous version of what was there is showed and not the new files and folders... I know how to share folders and files. I want some guests to view my videos. It works for some guests but others can't open the files inside the shared folder. I spend many hours trying to find the solutions on forums etc... Can someone explain to me what is happening?
As a subscriber of "Photography" plan I have 20gb of storage.I know it was advertised as 'do your work & access from anywhere', but since I'm always doing work on my desktop computer, using my own HDDs, the whole principle is not exactly for me.So I was thinking about using CCloud as a backup storage of my best and precious work. Will I have any consequences? I wouldn't want Adobe apps suddenly having it under display for further editing/sharing/etc.
I have a problem with sharing. It has worked fine since this morning. but today it just keeps loading the page and nothing happens. I also tried sharing from browser. I can see my files there but do not get a sharing link. Is it only my problem?
Hi everyone, I am doing an online photoshop course. I need to upload my original JPEG photo plus the unflattened PSD. file by using the syn option. I have been trying for the last week to get this to upload (psd file) but it continues to say "unable to upload psd file"... I have tried it manually through the website. The file is about 90mb and I have lots of storage on the cloud and have to upload it this way as its the only option the tutors gave us. When we upload it we are meant to create a link of our folder and share it with our etutors to view the file. I am at my wits end I have tried everything and still cannot upload ANY PSD files... The file names are very basic no symbols etc... Ive tried signing in and out etc... Please tell me there is someway to get this to work . Thanks
I have tried to free up Cloud storage space by moving files back to my desktop. This doesn't work, as the files still show up in the Cloud. Going to Archive and removing them (I tried it with a file that wasn't a total disaster to lose) seems to cause the Cloud to get on to my desktop and remove the file from there too! This seems very Big Brother! Do I have to put all my stuff that's in the Cloud on a thumb drive or something to keep the Cloud from getting its claws on it now? Is there something I am missing about how to do this? I tried using the Chat function but the person I spoke to didn't really know the ins and outs of Cloud storage.
hello all. I'm hoping for an answer that I haven't discovered yet. I have a set of libraries (around 30) that I need to allow access to for about 30-40 people. The problem is that I want them to have access but not be able to change the libraries, which I know I can set up as view only. But, is there a way for them to pull one of the images out of the library and then edit it in their own Illustrator file without it affecting the library?
My creative cloud says its full at 100gb. In my Creative Cloud Files folder, it shows only 34GBI've deleted all the archived files and it's still showing storage at 63%
I can create libraries in any application with no problems. However, when I click on the collaborate option I get a blank screen in the web browser. These new libraries also don't show up in my online profile either. I can accept collaboration invites from others and those libraries do show up in my online profile. Any help on this mater is appreciated
How do I get my files only on the cloud, so that the storage on my macbook does not get full?
I'm trying to deliver images to a client but the links CC makes produce this error:{"error_code":"401013","message":"Oauth token is not valid"}I'm having to use a free drop DropBox device to get around this issue immediately.Does anybody have a solution?I tried to find my way through Adobe's help panel to get to chat with someone but they don't seem to have an option to talk about CC file storage or indeed anything relating to the CC all itself!Thank you in advance.Carl
So we have a large group of folders whose users had access. Two of them, are no longer shared. When I try to share them by email to edit, I get "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again." First, I do not know how the became unshared. I think one user moved their location folder, but I corrected by uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud. Please help if anyone has any ideas!
I need upload files to Creative Cloud but not using the local application but the API. Is there any API to upload and download files to adobe Cloud?thanks!
