Creative Cloud Services

Hi, I am really hoping someone can help me.I have been doing design work for a few clients the past few days, and syncing to my CC Folder on my apple laptop. I just formatted my computer and downloaded the software to get going again, and went to my Creative Cloud Files folder and half of all my clients work that I recently worked on has not appeared. What do you think happened here and how can I resolve this? Do you think its because they didn't sync? I need these files ASAP as they are active jobs and brands that can't be recreated.Is there somewhere I can go to find them? I haven't made back ups of them as I was under the impression that this CC software is on the ball but it seems the fils are not there.Please help!

Hello, I am trying to remove/delete/disable CC Libraries so that they never appear again across all CC Applications. I know you can uncheck the boxes when importing an object or style, but the Library sync still occurs when copy/pasting something from another program like illustrator. The sync never actually completed and locks up my system. Removing the panel from my work space and saving only hides the panel until I copy/paste another item into the program. Any help or guidance would be appreciated!Thank you

Hey everyone. I'm using the Adobe Creative Cloud and in my cloud folder, the content is only about 12.85gb out of 100gb, but my files tab shows that 75.39gb used out of 100gb. Where are these numbers coming from? I'm not going to pretend what I'm doing and delete something that should not be deleted. can anyone help me with this? or tell me what's taking up so much space in the cloud when the content in the cloud is 12.85gb. I'm using MacBook Pro 15" 2017, 256gb.

Hi there,I recently found out that those I send the link to a certain map on my Creative Cloud they can download the files by just by richtclick with the mouse.I did uncheck the box for downloading permission! There should also be a protection on the right-click method?!Hope to hear form you,Ton

HI  : )when i´m uploading a file in the CC there is shown the process-bar as usually.But when it should be loaded it´s NOT shown in my CC Folder!!! It´s not there, like never been loaded.WHY happend that?AndHow can I fix it? Hope anyone can help  : )With best regardsDaniel

I am new to LR - I synced my digital photos folder and quickly get to 19.7 gb of 20gb used. PC VERY slow. So, somehow found files in LR (presume indexes / albums on PC) and deleted all.So, photos still in windows folderSpace in web storage still full, BUT creative cloud login says I have no files.What do I do to free up the space??Thanks.MJD

I opened Creative Cloud this morning. It updated.Now my fonts no longer sync. When I access the Fonts tab all I see is a spinning circle. A reboot did not help.

Have been using CC for months no issues, this last 48 hours however, despite my Mac saying all files are synced, the files are not syncing, as the other Mac that shares with me cannot see any files I save and vice versa!??? Have re booted with no effect... any ideas??

I have a the creative cloud license and was wondering if it's possible for people with free accounts to delete files from folders I collaborate with them? I'm starting to think only licensed users can actually delete others files when given edit permissions.Thanks

After i upload files and click send link, i open the link but it is showed the page is unavailable, is there any problem of the Adobe Creative Cloud Assets? Or the file short cut link that Adobe created by system is wrong?

Creative Cloud says my storage is full at 100%. I have only used 2.34 G of 100 G but it says it is full. ???

I'm currently using the creative cloud, whenever try to upload a file, it would say it is completed the upload. But the problem is that the file is completely nowhere to be seen! Is anyone else having this problem?

Is there a special way to save vectors in the cloud?

Creative cloud creates duplicate files on my computer in a "Creative Cloud Files" folder. I thought the whole point of "the cloud" was to store files in "the cloud" but I recently discovered that everything I put on the cloud was also in a folder on my computer called "Creative Cloud Files." I'm obviously not doing something right. Can I turn this off?

I made a mistake on my CC Libraries by deleting items that I didn't think I needed, not realizing the documents that had them would no longer be able to use them. I tried restoring them through the "Properties" pane per Adobe help, but that didn't work (And Adobe says "you MAY be able to restore them").So wondering WHERE in Finder/MacOSX these are stored, so I could perhaps recover from my backup prior to the inadvertent deletion. Seems to be in "Temporary Items" but that folder is a mess, wondering if there are any more specifics.Thanks!

We are a large format printer producing Plans & Drawings [Blueprints is the American name of these] , we receive the PDF files from our clients using Dropbox or a File Download facility. Generally the files are too large to be sent attached to email.We use Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat DC to manipulate the PDF's.Is Adobe Creative Cloud an option for us to use in some way fro clients to send us their PDF's?

Hi there,My quota is being shown as 63.7% used even after deleting all the archived files. I'm only using 7.6 GB at the moment which is less than 10% of the 100GB quota.Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.Cheers,Stephen

Hi, I had a collaboration folder with someone who I haven't spoken to in a while. She was still a collaborator until today or recent (I guess), I didn't really bother to check. We had a shared folder where we were supposed to make music together (professionally) but she kind of stopped (she's also no longer a collaborator, I just checked). However the folder was full of my files (audio, pdf, etc) and all of the sudden all files are missing except for the Logic Pro project files. Only Logic Pro project files remain literally everything else just disappeared. Also the missing files are not in the archived files area... PLEASE HELP!!Also, in 'archived' I have thousands of files that end with '.undo' and have weird names. I have no idea what these are? Does someone know?Thank you very much, I really hope someone can help!!!

In other words: how can I store files in the cloud without syncing them to any device? I want to move them into the cloud to free up space on my hard drive. Is that possible?

A lot of our team files were automatically moved to the archive (and trash can on our computers). Each folder was left with one file inside. This happened Thursday, 1/11/18 around 9:30 PM Pacific. Obviously, this is time consuming to fix, but the question is, how to prevent it from happening in the future. All members of the team had the same problem. One file left in each folder.

Goodmorning,For a better workflow, we try to make different library's in the cloud (cc Library) for different clients. However in some library's that we already created, many vector files have adding themselves randomly in different maps. So, when we dragged files (or imported) from illustrator for example to photoshop or indesign, the files sometimes have added in the library automatically. And we don't want this ofcourse, because we want to create some structure. So the questions are:- How is this possible? - And how can we switch it off? So that we only depend ourselves what vector files are coming in the cloud.Hope someone can help us, Many thanks in advance!

Current situation: I use the Creative Cloud Folder to store my Library, Preview Files and Catalog Backup. Future situation (backup): I want to export my pictures as a library, including the RAW-Files to back them up in the Creative Cloud. As my pictures are about 750GB, I don't want them to sync with my PC (that only has 25GB storage)Question: How can I only sync the library files (that I need to access offline after syncing) and exclude the backup library with the RAW-Files from syncing with my PC's hard disc?Thanks a lot for you help!

Hi,i recently bought the 20gb photography plan from adobe. The issue is that despite me turning off sync from my desktop (since I want to use creative cloud only for my phone), it shows up 20.99 gb of 20 gb used. There are no files on creative cloud to view (in shared or archive either), and I am at my wit’s end about how to resolve this issue!any help would be appreciated!
