Creative Cloud Services

Hi everyone, So I went to go access some project files in Creative Cloud and they were gone. I collaborate with a bunch of people on this project and I'd like to figure out if anyone deleted them.The Assets/Activity nav isn't helpful.  Can I see who deleted or last changed files?Thanks,

recently i changed the location of my creative cloud folder to an external hard drive. I get varied times of syncing from over 20,000hrs to showing negative time also. It also using a lot of my CPU and my computers hard drive seems to get used up also. What is the problem?

Hi,Am I right, that videos will be compressed in some way, when I upload them to the Adobe Cloud/Assets Storage and play them with the web player there.I compared them with my original file from my HDD that I play back with VLC Player and they are looking really ugly on the cloud.Thanks,Michael

My question is if there is a way for myself and my co-editor to work on the same document at the same time, but myself at home and he in the journalism lab on campus. I just had a message pop up on my Win 7 64bit pc that I was out for space on my c drive. My c drive is an ssd and only holds windows and necessary files, however after several years of continuous use it is still getting rather full.I have two other standard hard drives installed which is where all my programs and files are stored, 4tb in total with tons of spare space. In the Creative Cloud app I set my preferences so that it would sync with a folder on my E drive. ON receiving the error message I investigated and Creative Cloud is syncing everything to a folder on my c drive instead and has used up all of my remaining space.I double checked and the app still has it set to sync to my e drive folder, how do I stop this happening?My Creative Cloud and apps are fully updated incase that information is required.Best regards,Angela

I am getting a warning that my storage of 100 gig bytes is full. I don't have 100 gig of photos to fill it up. How do I check to see what is on there. The creative cloud folder on the Mac Finder does not show anything that would show that it is using 100 gigs of data.Thanks,Joe

I am getting that I have 100 gig bytes of files on the cloud. I don't have 100 gigs of photos on it. It is saying my storage is full and upgrade. How do I find out what files are on the cloud storage?Thanks,Joe

I would like to try this new version of Lightroom, however after uploading my previous Lightroom files I have run out of space and I am not willing to start spending the money for this until I have made the decision to use it. How can I "REMOVE" files from the cloud so that I can start fresh and see how this works?

My question relates to shared public links from CC by my team.Every public link shows my user name, which I changed from my name to our company name.Why does every links state the title 'unknown by' next to my user name, has there been an update to the UI for shared links because last time I looked the screen design was very black and not white. The new white UI isn't as user friendly as the previous one, graphics don't fit the screen and you have to scroll down through items.Can anyone shed any light on this for me?Screen grabs below for reference below 'old' black UI v new white UI 'user name and unknown by' shared pubic link UI.

I have like 299 screenshots on my iPad, but only 40 gets synced to my PC. How do I get to sync all 299 screenshots to my computer? Thank you!

Sinds kort synchroniseert LR CC niet meer met de LR mobile app. Herhaaldelijk moet ik mij opnieuw aanmelden, maar het status teken (II) verschijnt niet en blijft vragen aan te melden. Gewijzigde foto's verschijnen ook niet in de web versie.  De laatste update is verwerkt. Wat is er aan de hand?Groet Rob

There have been recent changes with with the way creative cloud files are displayed and I don't understand why.Creative Cloud files used to be a place where I could share creative to my clients in a way that was beautiful and easy to use. But recent changes make it more difficult to see and it is very buggy.Is there a development forum or any information that explains what's going on?Thanks, Robert

We have the desktop app for Adobe Creative cloud installed in version 4.3.0.256, which is the latest one as of today.  But it did not seem to work as before, for example, whenever we update online the files we used to have in the Asset/Files the files up to date, but this is no longer the case and this is all we got now in that menu:Nevertheless, we have the same version installed in IOS and work normally. can you please help with this?

Hi, could somebody help me out? I'm having trouble with syncing files in the creative cloud. I have files that were synced just fine, but suddenly, with no modifications of my part, started showing errors with syncing. In english: "error while syncing files" "Mc_wireframe_ajuda.xd" not syncedI've already tried everything in this article and it was of no help: Error: "Unable to sync files" to the Adobe Creative Cloud Could somebody help me? Hi I have a problem where the application CORESYNC is constantly uploading at around 80-90kb/s and the creative cloud application says syncing 1 of 6 files.Even if left over night it will never get anywhere, yet continue syncing and high memory usage.Yet, between lightroom and lightroom mobile settings and changes sync quickly.Any resolution?ThanksAndy

Bonjour, je ne parviens plus à Synchroniser mes bibliothèques de motifs crées sur adobe capture depuis mon I Pad, sur mon poste de travail fixe;la première synchro s'est faite sans problème,( il n'y avait que 26 motifs et une dizaine de brosses) mais si je rajoute des motifs( du coup, j'en ai plus de 300), ils semblent bien s'enregistrer  sur créative cloud sur l'I Pad, presque instantanément, mais sur le fixe, je ne les retrouve pas.j'ai une connexion internet médiocre, es-ce à cause de cela?Par avance, je vous remercie de votre aide...Hélène.

my creative cloud desktop app will not enable the sync feature. It says I need to rename my folder? How do I fix and repair this? Sean

Hello,I am trying to restore an InDesign file that I accidentally overwrote yesterday.It is in a folder that has no collaboration and was previously modified on March 12, 2017. I am working in Chrome on Windows 10. The message I get is a popup window that says "Working. . . Please wait a moment."It was stuck like that for more than an hour before I gave up and refreshed the page. Tried again an hour and a half ago and it's still hanging.Any suggestions?

I updated all the programs I use in the creative suite and for some reason my files in asset folder are not showing up anymore.  It says nothing is there when I know that I have files there!! HELP!!!

Hi. Trying to sync my photo archives to store in the cloud. Several were successful but then I get a warning that the some of the file names are in valid and list several symbols that are not allowed. I don't use any of those symbols. They are just simple file names such as game table chairs.jpg. Anyone had similar issues or advice on this? Thank you
