Hi,I have a portfolio eddievisser.com with a dark background. When I view this on a computer I have no issue and i can choose the different categories (Sunrise Sunset etc.) When I view it on a mobile telephone the 3 stripes (that is the menuoption to display the different categories) is black... So when i have a dark background the three strips is realy hard to see.  Does anyone know how i can make the stripes white?? I love my dark background. Thanks a lot !Eddie

Hello,There used to be an option to download files that were shared on Adobe CC, but I no longer see the button for it. The share options say that the ability to download is turned on, so I'm not sure if I'm just overlooking something.I need to be able to open the file in Photoshop, so being unable to download is an issue. 

i am not able to sync my behance projects in the adobe portfolio . it says "You don't have any Behance projects associated with your Adobe ID. Please visit behance.net to get started. " but i have projects associated with my adobe id . https://www.behance.net/Studioiclickyou  please suggest what to be done .  thanks . 

Hi,   We have made a website and bought a custom domain from mijndomein.nl and the website doesn't seem to get a SSL certificate. The 4 A type IP were inserted correctly so I don't know what else to do.   is this something that adobe needs to fix or the domain provider ?   the website is [link removed]

I am part of a shared CC folder with some of my coworkers with ~50GB of files. These are automatically downloading to my Mac and taking up all my storage. How can I disable these automatic downloads?

I've noticed I have a 1GB 'Adobe' folder inside my 'Documents' folder on MacOSIs it safe to remove this?

     Previously I had Adobe Muse but downgraded my plan when it began crashing in Dec. 2023. Recently I installed a trial version of Adobe Muse to see if it worked with some of the fixes posted in the Community. Those fixes allowed it to work so I upgraded to all apps.     The Muse trial period is now over, but when it tries to license Muse it comes back with "We couldn't find a Adobe Muse CC subscription associated with this Adobe ID. You can purchase a new subscription....I have All Apps (verified with Adobe by phone). I have run the limited access tool, Cloud cleaner tool, uninstalled/reinstalled Muse and have performed all possible fixes listed by Adobe with certificates, etc.I uderstand Muse is end of life and that Adobe offers no help. I am hoping someone here has a possible solution. If you have none, please do not remind me it's not supported anymore as that is worse than the lack of help thus far. Thank you.

Um ponto que me incomoda bastante e ao mesmo tempo sugestão de melhoria é padronizar funções nos aplicativos da adobe. Por exemplo, se você utiliza os apliucativos da creative cloud, seria muito mais fácil se em qualquer aplicativo que você usar pelo menos a mioria das teclas de atalho tenham a mesma função nos diferentes aplicativos, em vez de você ter que manualmente ir trocando o atalho em cada aplicativo, ou por outro lado ser forçado a decorar qual tecla de atalho vai servir pra importar um arquivo no ilustrator, qual vai fazer o mesmo no premiere, e no after, no in design e por aí vai. Também relacionado à integração, me incomoda que enquanto eu consigo converter um texto do photoshop para o after, eu não consigo fazer isso do ilustrator para o after, o que seria bem útil já que tem certas coisas que são mais práticas de fazer no ilustrator e que você vai querer manter o texto como texto editável quando for animar no after

I would like to ask how many accounts/devices can share the Creative Cloud for Business package? Is there any limit on the number of members or devices using an app at the same time?

Hi, When I open Creative Cloud I have 6 uppdates. But when I try to update them nothing happens? Tried to with the all button and individual. I have restart Creative Cloud, restart the computer but still nothing?  I have a Mac Studio OS Sequoia 15.1.1 (24B91). Thanks in advance!/thomas

I was running CleanMyMac and I see a lot of Launch agents that are listed as disabled. Can any of these be safely deleted? I am running a MacBook Pro M3 Chip with all of the latest Apple & Adobe Software:  

I am using an individual Creative Cloud account and am trying to share files using the Projects tab in the Files section in the web app with another individual plan. Both of us have 100GB storage at the moment - I will probably need to upgrade to 1TB in order to be able to save all the files I need  for this set of projects. My question is, how does storage for Projects that I am sharing with other accounts work? Am I the only one that needs to upgrade or does the other account accessing the shared files also need enough storage for the combined file sizes? Thank you,

Prior to the 4.7.0.400 CC release, there was a panel option to reduce the size of thumbnails in the Libraries panel. Now all of the icons are a medium/large-ish size. The option for reducing thumbnails sizes still exists in Layers, but why remove it from Libraries? The two screenshots immediately below are of my current Library view and the panel options, which show no ability to customize the list. Also, here is an image from an Adobe artist blog (Julieanne Kost) that shows the previous list option as a smaller thumbnail (right panel).Am I missing where this panel option is, or has it been completely removed?

"I was searching for a project in my moodboard that I saved about a year ago, but I can only see the most recent 40 projects. How can I access the rest of the projects saved in my moodboard? Is this a bug? I’d really appreciate any help. Thank you!"

I hve 370 photos on my mobile app. When I try to sync these photos to my desktop the syncing is stuck at 1777. Not sure where the other photos are coming from. I checked the adobe cloud and i cant find any additional photos except for the 370 and yet they are not syncing. thanks for any help.

It still shows the right number of my collection, but I can only see half of them and the rest of the projects won't pop out, and there is no scrolling down or "more" button to show the rest of it. Does anyone know what's going on???   

I have moved away from Adboe CC in the previous years and am using a different service to host my website.Previously, I had tomgrahamdesign.com connected to adobe portfolio. Now I've moved it to Wordpress.However, when navigating to that domain, I get a bunch of certificate errors and eventually it takes me to the page: https://portfolio.adobe.com/missing I tried to follow these instructions to specifically "unhook" Adobe Portfolio from my domain: https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051161254-When-your-domain-name-no-longer-points-to-Adobe-PortfolioHowever, the controls in my portfolio are disabled. On my phone everything works fine on my pc the plans are not displayed and I can't download anythingI cleaned the browser cookies and deleted everything from Adobe.I don't know what I can do please help meEverything is displayed on my phone and all programs work.

Hi, I can't find the button through which I entered the admin panel of my website on the Portfolio. Where is she now? When I try to click on the "Open in Browser" button on the "Portfolio" application page, nothing happens

The name of my external SSD drive, connected to my 2020 MacMini through a hub, was modified with an extension of "1" at the end. Its only noticeable because my cloud backup service (backblaze) doesn't recognize the drive anymore.I worked with Senior support at Apple and they cannot solve it over the phone but in working with them I narrowed down that this change, including permissions, happened after I newly installed Adobe Cloud and my favorite programs. I have tried to rename it back to the original name without the extension but it will not rename, even after removing the "Admin" permission that Adobe Cloud modified when I clicked "Allow."How do I get rid of this extension?  

When I tested the contact form it generates an email from:Adobe Portfolio...Is there a way to change this?Also is there a way to change what the subject header says?
