Hello, I don't know how to contact Adobe's technical service and I need it because several weeks ago I took the free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud with everything included, which is about 100 dollars a month, I put in my card and everything and after the first payment I It asked for my password again and I gave it ALT + 64 to enter the @ but that command still worked to go back the page and it went back, losing the entire purchase process but the purchase was made, the free trial started but it didn't I had access to absolutely no Adobe plan and when the free trial ended they started charging me 100 dollars daily, which I did not have at that time on that card so it remained as an incomplete purchase and I had no problems I said, it's okay, I don't think so. put 100 dollars on that card, but then yesterday he charged me 15 dollars which I did not make and it was done alone, I do not have access to creative cloude to any service, I don't know what I paid for, no. nothing appears in orde

Hello, I downloaded the new version of Photoshop (2024) in Creative Cloud. Unfortunately, I uninstalled the old version and found that the new one does not support my hardware. How can I go back to the old version of 2023? Where can I download it?

Lately I have been getting Apple Mail crashes when replying or starting a new mail. Mail freezes.The cause I found is the fontd process taking up a lot of processor time for like 10-15 minutes on startup. If I wait it out to stop running so processor intensive mail is ok.Adobe Creative Cloud is the culprit. If i don't have creative cloud open on startup, no fontd process, no problem.I have completely removed CC, with the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, and reinstalled. This helps for a day or so and then it begins again.The only solution I have found is to run this in Terminal on every start-up:sudo atsutil databases -remove; atsutil server -shutdownThis kills the fontd process and everything runs fine after that.But I don't want to have to do this every startup. 

I have had credits to use and I did use them during my free trial period to get some videos (license) and download them. My free trial ended and I did not continue with any plan. Will I still be able to use those downloaded videos for my web page Ofcorse following all the licensing guidelines.

Tengo Windows y con la última actualización de Photoshop me indica que me falta un archivo y no abre. Según creo es por la versión de Windows 10 que tengo. Hasta hace poco me dejaba instalar una versión anterior y poder usarlo hasta que actualice Windows. Ahora no aparecen estas versiones anteriores y no puedo instalarlas. A alguien le pasa que en Creative Cloud han desaparecido esas versiones de toda la suite?

I've already turned off notifications for everything Adobe at the OS level, but this is extremely annoying. While working on something completely unrelated to Photoshop, Creative Cloud continuously harasses me with random notifications about basic photoshop tips. If I want to know how to create AmAzInG eFfEcTs iN pHoToShOp, I'll google it like a normal person.It's bad enough I have to run two programs to run the one I want, but this is extremely irritating and I already want to go back to GIMP.

My Creative Cloud storage is always full and never matches the actual disk space. I’m not sure if it’s related to formatting or something else, but I can’t keep dealing with this issue. I’ve checked the recycle bin on the Creative Cloud website, and it’s also empty. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help! 

Spent an inordinate amount of time with customer support troubleshooting this only to be told today they don't offer support for mobile apps, so I was sent here instead. Let's see if this works! For a number of years now I have been creating Creative Cloud Libraries for my business clients (the usual stuff: logos, colour swatches, photography, iconography, Adobe Stock assets, etc.). These libraries are shared with my team, so everyone has access to the one source of truth for all of these assets. It works mostly fine on desktop across apps (InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects), but when logging into the same (business) profile on my iPad, my CC libraries don't show up (I replicated this in Fresco, Illustrator and Photoshop). This means I effectively cannot do client work on iPad without copying versions of all the assets I need locally, basically rendering Creative Cloud Libraries nearly useless. What's interesting is that my personal creative libraries s

Hi, I see that there is another post over 3+ years old but I faced the same problem today 18-Sep-2020. (https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic/projects-in-adobe-spark-page-getting-disappeared/m-p/11444042?page=1) My latest project, which was school assignment, is gone. It just disappeared. At first on my regular computer I was getting account temporarily disabled message. I tried logging in from another computer in private browsing mode and I was able to login to spark.abode.com but it only showed me two of my old projects. The latest one is gone. I had that project URL bookmarked and when I try clicking the bookmark it shows me the loading wait splash page but it just keeps spinning and never loads. Please help!

I'm looking for some advice on whether I should switch my cloud storage from Google Drive to Creative Cloud. If so, what are the differences I should be aware of and are there any tips for doing it? I currently stream all files, only downloading them as I need them to save space. Google Drive has generally worked well for me over the years but recently I've been experiencing system slowdowns that appear to be linked to Google Drive. When I Google the issue there seem to a lot of people having issues when using Google Drive and second screens with no solution. Has anyone else had similar problems and made the switch?

My Creative Cloud storage starded to fill up, so I decided to clear it up. Creative Cloud is like the french, stubborn, complicated, and always insist on doing things their way. I deleted like half of all files, but it still stayes on 87%.I don't want to re-install creative cloud, because I have to delete all my apps. Is there a fix to this?

Hello everyone, I would like to download several PSD and AI files that I have worked on and saved to the cloud by selecting the option, so that I can modify them on another machine.However, I would now like to download them locally. How can I do this without downloading each file individually, as I have several hundred? Thank you in advance for your response ! 

The captions that you can add to an image on a photo grid. Is there any way to change the size and font? Most importantly, when you click on an image and make it full size, the caption is visible on top of the image. Is there a way to only make the caption visible when you hover the mouse over the image (the same way it does when it shows the entire photo grid)? Thanks!!!

Adobe's plan to discontinue Synced files in February will hamper our team's workflow. We cannot install Creative Cloud in a Virtual Desktop environment so we have to run the apps directly on our laptops. When working remotely, the Synced folders have provided an easy way to move files back and forth between the laptop and the network storage. Particularly useful for InDesign, where a project's folder typically has all the source material as well as the linked files. What is Adobe's logic in limiting its cloud storage to collabortion? What alternatives have any of you used for moving your files while working remotely?

I'm on an iMac running OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) -- still -- and an older version of Photoshop. Nothing has changed on my system in months, or maybe years, but today, out of the blue, when I tried to launch PS, the App Mgr jumped up, briefly showed a screen saying it was validating my account, then went to a spinning wheel, asking me to "Please wait for a moment..." That never goes away. I chatted with someone @ Adobe who said my PS had reached its "end of life" and I had no choice but to update my OS, which is necessary to download the latest version of PS. Other Adobe apps (ID, AI, Acrobat) still run and my account is indeed current. Can anyone suggest a way to bypass AM or create an exception? Or some other solution -- besides finding a different photo editor? My system's stable, there are a couple apps I couldn't use if I upgraded my OS, but I rely on PS almost daily. [I need to click a Topic to post, and none of these apply. Apologies.]

My libraries are not loading in any app. CC app shows the sync up to date but gives me the message 'Oops, page not available. Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries.' I checked my account on the website and all the files are there in my library. Just not in any app. Coworker said logging out and logging back in fixed their's. Didn't work for me. I have tried all the suggestions on this site from trashing the library file to the cloud cleaner and nothing is working. On MacOS Ventura 13.0.1.

Hi,I had an existing subscription for Lightroom and Photoshop. I purchased this Logitech device and I also started with the included three month trial. Unfortunately at the end two subsciptions were running. Therefore, I canceled all of them. Now I wait the three month and subscribe to a new one. Does anyone had the same experience?That issue I can handle. I only have some issues with my could data. Will this automatically be migrated? What happened if there are one or two days of a gap between two subscriptions? Is then everything lost?

Vor der Einstellungs der Synchronisierten Datein habe ich es über Diese gemacht. Mein zu Speichernden Datein sich das letzte Backup der Synchronisierten Datein. Ich suche einfach eine Ablagemöglichkeit wie Dropbox oder andere Dienstleister eine sind.
