The only way I can upload media files is to either change the extention or to zip them. Why can't I upload these files without this work around?WMT

How do I upload my Typekit fonts to my Creative Cloud ( My Assets) Folder?

I am building a website for his portfolio as I have more experience with Dw. He has content that I need to work with. Can he give me access to his creative folder or vice versa with our student accounts?

I have created a CC library to use across my applications and when I try to open it in indesign and photoshop I get the error "Can't connect to server". I am signed in and have tried logging in and out but the error is still there.

When I arrived at work yesterday we discovered that approximate 80% of our client folders had vanished. Once we looked in the Archive folder we found them and began to try and restore them.However after the client folders had been restored it seemed as though they were leaving behind folder contents of those client folders.I've been looking through the restored folders and I have found that many are missing files and folders that were once there.Our team consists of 3 designers all synced as collaborators from different computers all using Windows 7Syncing has always been problematic in one way or another for us, but never as big of an issue as this.PLEASE HELP !!!

i recently purchased a macbook pro and installed my creative cloud. Why are my images from my desktop creative cloud not appearing on my macbook creative cloud?

HelloWe have a shared folder set up for our team. Five people have access to this, four are in one office, one is based around 15 miles away.When we add a file, the file syncs perfectly to the four of us in the office, however it fails to sync to the remote location.Anyone have any idea why this is?Thanks

‌How do I remove files from My Library under Library Assets in my Creative Cloud? I'm using it on my iPad and cannot figure out a way to remove files from my library that I no longer need. would really appreciate a solution to this as it is just taking up space for me. Thank you in advance.

The collaborating folders I got an invite to are empty, I can't see the content but when I view on web I can see what's inside the folders. If I copy a file into the folder it disappears after a few seconds but my co-workers can see the file I put on there, and I'm not able to.Anyone got a suggestion for this issue??Thanks,Mike

A person left my firm. I changed the signin from her email to mine. Now I cannot view files stored in the creative cloud. How do I regain the view of these files?

I have been working on my site in Muse using a web font Orator Std.  When I opened my site in Muse today it said that it is using fonts from TypeKit that are not available in my current plan.  The thing I have not changed anything on my plan.  Currently I have a student plan.  I do not know what to do to get access to the font.

I'm trying to install the Creative cloud onto my Mac OS X Yosemite. However it is saying it is has Failed to start CoreSync. How can I resolve this so it is installed on my mac?

Hi all,Can someone let me know when will assets.adobe.com start working/be fixed? An estimate date would do, thanks. The page is down since yesterday (1st screenshot). I checked https://status.creativecloud.com/ and the message says "Creative Cloud is operating at normal capacity" (2nd screenshot).

I've just noticed that when I control click on a file in my "Creative Cloud Files" folder the red Adobe icon options appear but they no longer do anything.The attached screen grab is what I'm seeing.This makes a simple task more time consuming as I now have to rear up a browser manually and root out the file I'd like to send.I'd be grateful if someone could suggest a solution to this.Many thanks,Carl

For the last week I have been unable to sync my files.  I am given the error that I have exceeded my storage quota.  However, I have only used 10GB out of my allowed 100 and there are no files in my archive folder.  CC is also randomly re-adding folders that I have deleted previously.  When I attempt to remove these in the web app, they do not appear in the archive.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

my creative cloud wont sync on my mac, how do i fix this.

I am getting increasingly frustrated with the Creative Cloud desktop app.Every single time there is an update to the Creative Cloud app, it COMPLETELY stops file syncing until the app is updated. What kind of logic is that?It is incredibly infuriating and is hugely impractical for employees who don't have admin rights to update the program.Is there a workaround or am I going to be forced to find another cloud solution so that I don't have to constantly contact my IT admin???

I've noticed that my files aren't syncing anymore (and haven't for several months now).Of course thay are on my computer, however they haven't synced to the cloud services.If I view my folder on the web, it only shows work from a couple of months ago. Syncing in Creative Cloud is on (turned it on and off again/signed out/quit etc.)I'm not sure what to do now, would like to have everything synced (not just for backup purposes). I don't have the spinning wheel...it says it syncs but hasn't done so for quite a while.I use windows 10 (64-bit version)Please help....

Can anyone advice on this error message. I did share one folder with someone who did not have the CC account earlier using collaborate option for the folders. Bun when he accepted the invitation and created account on CC he is getting an error 'The page is temporarily unavailable. We'll be back soon.'
