Fonts will not sync onto my computer from type kit (I use an Apple). Under the asset page on creative cloud it just spins and no fonts ever show up. Under the preferences the on/off switch is greyed out so the buttons can't be switched.
My creative cloud desktop app suddenly STOPPED to sync our files. It always gives us a window with no option of viwieng the file now to sync it.It's just a gray window. Now on our windows it is working fine.Is it just for mac?Because we are using it and happy with the way it sync all our files for latest a month or so.
I have uploaded a few images contained in some folders to Creative Cloud. I have made the parent folder public, disabled download and extract, but allowing comments.Seems the comment-box is there, but no comments go though so that I can see them...Found an old post like this from 2013, where there was said to be a comment on that post when the issue was solved, but since the last comment in that post was december 2013 I thought it would be better starting a new thread about it...
Files will not sync on my desktop from the online app Creative Cloud. I've updated the system software five days ago. I've signed in and out of Creative Cloud and when I go to Assets / Files it just spins and nothing shows up. Please explain. Thanks
How can I permanently remove the "Creative Cloud Files" shortcut from the Finder windows? Dragging it out doesn't work, it immediately reappears. CC Sync if Off. This is a very annoying. Any help will are appreciated.
I have an Adobe Cloud account (free version), and a Typekit account (Performance Plan version that I've paid $99 for). I login to both accounts with the same user ID and password. I click "Sync" on the font that I want to use in Typekit, and it appears that it is synced. But, it simply will not appear in my available fonts in InDesign. When I open a file that has previously used these fonts, it will not find them or make them available to use. Suggestions?
I have the full CC membership, yet I am unable to download assets, it tells me that only premium members can download them.
Typekit seems to have disappeared. I believe I lost an essential file the other day when I was cleaning my system using CleanMac 3. When I go to open the document in question, it says that a font is missing and that Typekit is turned off. How do I re-download Typekit or replace the missing component? I'm so confused as to what to do. The file opened fine the other day (pre cleaning). Help!
is it possible to direct sharing file via CC android apps to other user?regards
On W8.1 creative cloud has recently (the past few days) changed its behaviour. There is a "root" cloud folder called "Creative Cloud Files". Within that I have a tree structure of working folders. This structure has always worked like any other file structure - until recently. Now, if I navigate to a sub folder within "Creative Cloud Files" all is OK for a few seconds and then the folder changes back to "Creative Cloud Files" again. When I set up for a copy, by the tine I perform the copy the cloud folder has changed to the "root" again and that is where the copied files go. Every time I want to open a file - the folder has changed again. This is seriously annoying!Any suggestions?ThanksJack
Pretty sure this happened after I rolled back OSX El-Capitan to Yosemite (necessary to keep using M$ office)...My CC folder has disappeared from Finder. And in the CC App preferences, under "Files" if I select Sync "On" the Folder location remains greyed-out. I cannot specify it and it does not re-appear toggling off to on.The files are all still there viewed online in browser.Anyone know how to fix?
For eg., I like the feature where I can download from Adobe Market and it saves the files under "Market Downloads" folder. But, there is no folder structure for My Library for me to browse and save files. The only way to browse the My Library assets is through the tiny Libraries panel in the software. Also, if I have file syncing off, its annoying to see that I can't download psd files I save it to My Libraries from Creative Cloud website. But, there is option to download for all adobe market files.
I have single app subscription and I backup my project files in the cloud. But suddenly Creative Cloud deletes my files!!!!!! This is unbelievable. Hours of projects that I have worked on are not in my folders any more. I just get mountain lion notification that this and that file was deleted. How come is this possible when I PAY monthly money for this software.Help me out to recover my files. ASAP.Thanks.
I need to work on an indesign project at home but I don't seem to be able to sync fonts on my home mac. Mac at work is fine. I go to Assets/Fonts then fonts fail to appear? Any ideas?
Upgraded and now typekit won't load or sync.
I recently changed jobs. My Adobe CC was linked to my old work email. They took that down to give it to my replacement. I then created a new CC account with my personal email. All the phones that I had on lightroom mobile are now gone (I had 100s that I edited on my phone)What's the best way for me to get them back? Is there a way for me to get them back? I had the idea of going to my old work place, switching the account to my personal email, and having them set up a brand new one for my replacement, would that do it?Thanks,J
when I add new documents inside the Creative Cloud Files folder, the sync arrow on the app keep spinning but nothing is syncing to the Cloud. please helpThanks
I've been trying to add Microgramma to my synced fonts via Typekit, but I can't see it.Considering that it has existed for over 60 years, I thought for sure it would be included in the Typekit library. Is Microgramma available through Typekit? If not, can it be added to the Typekit library?EDITED TO ADD: For the record, I am a Creative Cloud Complete subscriber (which, as I understand, includes the Typekit Portfolio Plan).
Hello. I signed up for Premiere Pro in the Creative Cloud. I discovered that alot of free tools come in the Creative Cloud and I am trying to use them. I am specifically trying to add fonts from Typekit to upload to my website, but it does not give me the options to add fonts. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Hi, I am on the full creative cloud $49.99 for month membership and I'm told it includes Typekit but when I try to log in it asks what plan I want?
I am also having this issue. It wouldn't be a problem except my fonts that are through TypeKit are synced with CC so when I open a document using one, it cannot sync and there is nothing on the CC screen that will allow me to quit or reinstall it. This is really a stupid issue to interrupt someone's workflow, and the other posters here shouldn't have to continuously uninstall and reinstall the software to get it to work.
Hi,I'm having some problems with my typekit fonts. I have previously synced fonts but now they have disappeared and won't load in my CC desktop app. I have logged out, quit and restart to no avail. I have the latest version of the CC desktop app and when I go into preferences to turn of the typekit sync function it's blacked out and won't let me change it. Any help would be much appreciated
Hi I'm new to Photoshop. A friend sent me a PSD for me to edit. She has used fonts I don't have. I googled and found some instructions telling me I could turn it on in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. I found the option under Preferences/Fonts per the instructions but the option was already turned on. Photoshop still tells me 'Typekit is off'. How do I make Photoshop see the Typekit fonts?
I need a font called Trajan Pro for a client's project. I have Photoshop CC and it appears that I can obtain that font but am unclear if it is free with my subscription or if I need to purchase it. The adobe site shows "plans" but I am confused by them.
