I know, i know - There are more than 10 questions in the same category, i know. But NONE of them is answered. Why?Why i cannot download anything from CC market? Is it a CC application Bug?Is it a temporal web service bug?Is it normal?is it Adobe fail?is it my fail, do i something wrong?MacBook Pro Mid 2012OSX 10.10.4CC 2.2.0.129CC File Sync : On
My file and setting wont sync. It is always stuck at 10%. How do I get this working right so all my settings are the same across all programs? Thanks
I work as part of a creative team and we want to share common assets in the cloud to save duplicating assets on the server – ie company logo, icons etc. I've set up a CC library with the assets and added my collogues as collaborators and now they can see the CC Library in inDesign. However when one of my collogues open an indesign artwork file I have created the links are lost. The library assets don't appear locally in the CC Library in finder, and no-matter what we try – we can't relink to them in inDesign without re-creating the assets from the collaborated library, which will mean going through this process every time someone opens the artwork. This completely defeats the object and would be easier to duplicate the assets as a packaged file. Is there someway to re-link the lost links to CC Library without having to re-do them manually?
Hi, Having problem syncing files to web folder, it says some files failed to sync. don't know which one.Need your valuable time to solve this. thanks, Yolraj CN
Sometime during this summer file syncing from my mac stopped working. All I get is the message "some files could not be syncronized" and no files added after june vill syncronize. My CC-account works well (with sync) on Win 7 and in mobile apps.I've tried restarting the creative cloud application.I've tried killing all services named "something CC" (and core sync) via Activity controlI've deleted .db-files in user/library/application support/adobe/coreservicesI've logged out and in on my CC-account I've tried removing all files added since juni and start over.No luck so far. Do any of you have the same problem? Know any possible fix? Anyone from adobe keen to look in to my problem? Kindly Markus
I've got this folder in my hard drive and am not sure about removing it (4.6GB). The last use date is from 2014 so it seems to be non-functional. The active CC files have a bright blue folder icon and the older on seems to be darker blue. What does this indicate? thanks,David
Why is this Creative Cloud so obtuse, I just want to share my library with my girlfriend, and there doesn't seem to be any clear and easy way to explain HOW.
I've just tried to restore some files from the Archive, which I deleted by mistake from my Creative Cloud Files folder on my computer. They haven't appeared anywhere and are no longer in the Archive List?
Is there a way to retract a file that I mistakenly shared in "Activity"? I have not set up anything with the names of others in order to share. It is a work of art that I want to keep private. Can I get it back?Muchas Gracias!Laura
Hi,I seem to be having problems with downloading files from a Creative Cloud folder that I am shared with.Files appear as normal within the cloud area, I go to click on the file to view, and it doesn't actually show a preview of the file once i've clicked it (2 weeks ago I was able to view the file and scroll through the individual pages!)Further more, when I go to download the file, it takes me to an empty browser page with the URL: https://scproxy-prod.adobecc.com/download?resource=https%3A%2F%2Fcc-eu1-prod.adobesc.com%2Fapi%2Fv1%2Fassets%2F98ecaedc-…Bearing in mind I wasn't having this problem until now AND it seems to do the same thing on all browsers i.e. Safari, Chrome and Firefox.I am on Mac Pro with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 and I am using Google Chrome 44.0.2403.157 (64-bit).I am not running on Adobe CC, still on CS6 but we have the online free Creative Cloud account and the desktop toolbar app set up.Please can someone help me!
Hey there,When opening the asset tab in Create Cloud, I am presented with a never-ending spinner. After some tedious digging, I finally found a relevant log entry: 20150622-161347.437: t=130f: Warning: AppDelegate: Unable to read/write the user preferences plist, attempting to fix permissions (AppDelegate.mm.-[AppDelegate initSettings].170) 20150622-161347.438: t=130f: Error: AppDelegate: Failed to make user preference plist readable & writable, terminating (AppDelegate.mm.-[AppDelegate initSettings].180) Of course, the application doesn't tell you this, nor does it tell you it hit any sort of terminating error. Oh no, it just spins along happily, making you think it's actually doing something.Even after finding the relevant log entry, it seems almost impossible to figure out what the actual offending plist file is. 90% of Adobe's solutions entail "reinstall everything", which is just not an option for me (and pretty terrible support on the corporate level). So if at all possible, is
I updated CC 16 days ago. I noticed that a lot of my CC files are missing. I talked to tech support via chat, they couldn't resolve the issue, Then spoke to someone higher up and still no resolve. They say that Adobe does not back anything up. The issue is when CC updated, deleting 8 months of work. It's ALL gone and all I was told is that I will have to recreate all the work again... I'm still waiting for a call back form adobe and am not very happy. 1000's og hours of work GONE!
I recently rebuilt my iMac and now have a SSD for the OS, and the original internal HD for all data files.CC creates the cloud sync folder on the SSD. I want it on the data drive.Under CC preferences, after the initial sync (and the four other ones I tried turning things on/off) the folder location dropdown is greyed out and unavailable to me.This is a CRITICAL bug since I need all data kept on the internal, not the OS SSD.Can anyone advise how to move this file or why the option to change it is unavailable? Thanks!Gary
This is on Windows, not sure if the same problem exists on the Mac. Steps to reproduce1. Install Creative Cloud2. Go to Preferences › Creative Cloud › Files3. Set Sync to Off4. Open Windows Explorer (not IE, Windows' file manager)ResultsThere's a Creative Cloud Files item with icon in the left navigation pane. Clicking on it shows that it's empty.Expected ResultsThere should not be a Creative Cloud Files item in the left navigation pane when file syncing is off.
Hi, we use assets to store a lot of files and work off the same files on different machines. Today some files that I have deleted keep coming back. It is only in a specific folder. I've deleted them lots of times (and even tried deleting the whole folder and emptying from the archive) and I can't figure out what keeps bringing them back. I am part of a team that uses Creative Cloud and it is effecting all the users.
Have tried to share a file from CC but can't... is it just me?
Neither of these work:1. Right-click on Creative Cloud FIles in the sidebar of any Finder window.2. Drag the folder to the Desktop, a short or long distance away from the window. There isn't a setting for this in the Preferences of the Creative Cloud app.I'm running OS X 10.11 Beta.I know that I cannot expect Adobe to fully support beta software. I'm reporting this issue to Apple as well as asking the question here because there's a chance that it might not be the OS that's at fault. Thanks for any responses.
Hey y'all, I bought the Elements bundle last night and it installed "creative cloud"? I didn't care for it so I uninstalled it but it left a blank icon in my windows 10 explorer list where the "Creative Cloud Files" folder was. I would like it gone, any ideas on what went wrong?I appreciate any help, thanks,Rob
I am using Creative Cloud 2015 at work. I want to use this from my home office too but I do not want to use the sync feature as I do not have room on my local drive for 5000+ large files. I want to download few files from CC on a as needed basis, work on them localy, then upload the files back to CC when I am done with editing so that they can be synced and accessed at my work computers. What steps do I need to follow on my home office computer (iMac osX Yosemite) ? I have installed the neccessary CC applications on my home office computer already.
I transitioned to a brand new MacBook Pro and re-installed Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Lightroom. During the Creative Cloud installation, I got the following error:"The Add-on Creative Cloud Libraries installation failed because it is incompatible with installed Adobe applications. Refer the Compatibility section by clicking here:"(See Screen Shot). How do I verify that I have a "complete" CC install? Both Lightroom and Photoshop work with no issues.
How do I upload files to my storage on Creative Cloud ?
I have shared a folder of images, but when I try to link directly to an image stored on CC, the link doesn't work.
The Creative Cloud menu bar icon had a red alert triangle, so I opened it. The Assets>Files area wanted attention. At the bottom it says "Some files failed to sync" with a link to "Learn More".I click the link, but I am delivered to a web page that does not answer the question at all. What files failed to sync? Why?
How do I stop the creation "Creative Cloud Files" folder and get rid of it from File Explorer left pane?I do not use this feature and it junks up my computer. I delete it and it just keeps coming back. There is also a link in the left pane of my file explorer that I cannot figure out how to delete.
