adobe cloud keep getting stuck on this loading screen and other things like photoshop have just stopped opening because of the cloud and i have tryed uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing changes

For several days, I've been trying to install the Creative Cloud mobile app on my iPhone with no success. The app does not appear when I search on the Apple app store. When I use google and then click directly on the link to the app store, I am told, "This app is currently not available in your country or region." I am in the USA and my apple ID, billing address, and Adobe profile are all based in the USA. Any ideas? 

I just renewed my adobe plan and my portfolio site is gone. Can't find it anywhere. I used the same email and account to renew my plan. Can someone help me out?

I was following the following guide for EDS https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/edge-delivery/wysiwyg-authoring/edge-dev-getting-started and I saw that we need a GitHub account. In the company we don't have this type of repository and we are wondering if there is another alternative to use other repositories. Thanks in advance!

I understand Adobe is discontinuing collecting analytics from 15th October 2024 on its online dashboard but my document published approximately a month ago is already showing no views/visitors. How do I retrieve the existing data that has been collected up to now? 

Hola, tengo una cuenta de empresa y había creado un portfolio en adobe portfolio, pero hemos adquirido una licencia de photoshop y se ha creado otra cuenta y al arir el portfolio no sale la web, he intentado migrar la cuenta pero al ser las dos con el mismo correo no puedo. Se puede eliminar una cuenta sin que me quiten la licencia asignada a esa cuenta para que estñe todo en una sola, donde se creo el portfolio y no tener que crear otra web?, por favor necesito ayuda para recuperar mi pagina web.  Saludos

I've read through this thread hoping a solution would be available. It's very frustrating to work with white assets. I had an error a while back that reset my library and I had to restore hundreds of assets. There are duplicates everywhere with repetitive names like "Artwork 250, Artwork 251", etc. It's impossible to know which assets are which when the thumbnails have a white background. I've had to restart, reupload, and rename as I go because after they are uploaded to the library I can't see what the thumbnail is. It's hugely frustrating and a waste of time. Hopefully, with enough community distress, Adobe will actually fix this issue in their libraries. Fingers crossed!

Hey This is my first post here, hoping I am asking in the correct category. I have the following site :  https://saevarjon.myportfolio.com/ Problem that I have is following1) When I share specific site on my portfolio to my social media I get no image displayed.When I post https://saevarjon.myportfolio.com/football the category it self, I get the first picture from the collection not the cover picture.So my question is, is this some missing configuration on my half in the portfolio or something related to FB? Sævar

I always use the "Locate" option when finding folders shared with me, but this time "Locate" is disabled. Is there a way to enable or activate this option? 

my all plugins tab is not opening in adobe creative cloud and showing that you have not internet connection but my device has active internet connection and manage plugin tab not loading i try diferernt connection but nothing worked i also uninstalled and reinstalled the creative cloud desktop but it also working somebody know how to resolve it and abobe expertes please help me  thank you so much

Hi,We are in AEM as a cloud service. We pointed the maven to download from the private local client central repository by configuring the intranet repo url in the project pom for both custom id and the central id under the repositories tag. From the logs, we observed most of the modules download from the private repository when we run the pipeline after the change.However, the it.tests module maven log still shows it downloads from the public central maven repository for example,Downloading from central: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/junit/junit/4.13.1/junit-4.13.1.pom But the project workspace does not show any references to the search "repo.maven.apache.org" . Can you throw some pointers on this as how to override it.tests to point to private central repo for the download of jar files. Thanks,S

I recently graduated from college, and my school's Adobe account subscription stopped. I emailed my IT department to ask if I could get paid access again to transfer everything on there from that account, to a new one. My Adobe Portfolio site went offline, again, since I wasn't a paid member anymore. Either way, I have a paid plan through Adobe for only two more weeks, and when I go to Adobe Portfolio, my site isn't there anymore, even though Adobe told me I could always come back to edit it and republish it, once I'm a paid member again. So, I'm totally stumped. It'll let me go to the website, but it always takes me to the Welcome page, and the "sites" part of the URL is not accessible. Any ideas on where to go next? I worked really hard on that site, and hope to continue using it, just on a different Adobe account. Thanks! 🙂

I’m thinking of creating a portfolio site for myself in Adobe Portfolio. I read that you can create five websites. Is it also possible to create a website for someone else? (one of the five?)

I have the Photography plan. I am on Mac os Monterey on a 2018 MacBook Air. I am tidying up my Mac and I have discovered there are some 32bit Apps still on it from years ago. These are all associated with Adobe Application Manager. Screenshot attached. My question is - Can I delete these 32bit apps? Can I delete the whole AAM folder in Utilities? I have read posts from 2012 saying that it is not possible, it won't delete, or that deleting it uninstalls the Creative Cloud app. I aalso read you need to use Creative Cloud Cleaner, but that will delete everything, all Adobe apps. I don't want to do that either. Thanks for any help available. I don't want to mess things up, I just want to get rid of the dedundant stuff.

So I've build my website in Adobe Portfolio, everything is nice and dark. But any time I click an image in my photo grids to view it, the image is enlarged and the screen is blinding white, it is extremely jarring.  I don't see any options at all that relate to this in the photo grid settings, and the page settings for background colour are just for the normal site page view.  How can I change this? It is unpleasant to view the site as it is. 

Hi, I have 2 different collections in my portfolio, the 1st doesn't have a password and the 2nd does. I wanted to be able to have some pages in the 1st collection also show up in the 2nd and found 'Show in Multiple Collections' worked really well for this. However, the only problem is that the password is now needed when accessing these pages from the 1st collection, too. Is it possible to get rid of the password when the pages are accessed from the 1st collection? I know I can probably just duplicate the pages I want in both but I was hoping to avoid that to make it easier to update. Thanks!

Hello, can someone tell me how to change the case my name as it appears in browsers for my adobe portfilio name? It currently appears as all lowercase and I would like to capitalize the first letters in my first and last name. I don't see any setting for that in the editor.

Wondering what peoples thoughts are on the best practise for working files and saving on devices please? I've always saved my work on an external drive and back up on a secondary one... this feels a bit clunky... I've been looking into iCloud or Dropbox (only used this for file sharing until now) as an alternative way of storing and working on files, but guessing this is a probelm if there's no internet connection. What do people find works well for them, please? Thanks! 🙏

Hey there, I am a photographer & I have tried to update my portfolio site multiple times. Just trying to upload a new album. Each time I re upload all the photos to the album and click update site and the browser sits on the "One Moment...We're Updating Your Site" screen for up to hours at a time, never updating anything. This is very confusing and aggravating as I have tried to update multiple times already.I am uploading from an eternal harddrive. Any advice or insite is appreciated,Thank you

HI,When Adobe closed Creative Cloud (but still charghed me for it!) and then opened a new Creative Cloud, I wondered if Adobe were able to restore past files from the old CC?Over the summer, I've had a problem with a storage device and could really do with my CC account back (or am I able to get access to them somehow?).I'll also contact Adobe Help but many thanks for any User assistance you can give.Dan

Hello, recently I'm having hard time to access the behance website even the app, I already tried to clear cache even clear broswer history and reset my wifi but I keep getting on receiving error message. I hope someone can help me resolve the issue.

Hi everyone,I've just started the full paid version of the adobe creative suite by using my university email to get the student discount on the full plan.After paying the first month I tried downloading Illustrator first, but it gave me an error message.It says that my account is not valid for this device and I should try with an insitute's ID.I don't understad what shoud I do to resolve this problem as every program closes after clicking any button shown. I hope someone may have some tips, thanks.

We are planning to migrate from AMS to AEM Cloud, and our project currently uses inRiver. We've heard that the inRiver connector is not available for AEM Cloud. Could you please let me know if anyone is using inRiver with AEM Cloud?Thanks
