Olá. Não consigo alterar o meu username/screen name do Behance. Diz sempre que o nome é inválido e já tentei muitos nomes mesmo. Queria mudar o meu "/rodrigomsmarques" para "/rodrigomarquesdesign". Pelo que vejo na Internet, há muitas mais pessoas com o mesmo problema.O que se passa? Como posso alterar o username?Acredito que seja um bug, pois noutras redes sociais consigo alterar.Obrigado.

Здравствуйте, я столкнулся с той же проблемой. После установки CC 100GB решил перенести в новое облако пару десятков JPEG. но я по глупости перенес в раздел "библиотеки" а не только файлы. Теперь не знаю, что делать, как их все разом оттуда извлечь и поместить в обычное хранилище? Программа позволяет перемещаться только между группами внутри библиотек. Я страдаю уже два дня, скажите пожалуйста.

I recently upgraded to an M3 chip Macbook Pro from an Intel-based MacBook Pro, and unfortunately I didn't realize that I shouldn't have allowed Creative Cloud and associated apps to be migrated over to the new machine. Now, I can't use the Creative Cloud app—nor can I uninstall it or install an updated version—and every time I use Lightroom Classic, it crashes. I chatted with Support and their first suggestion was that I allow them full access to my machine so they can remote in and "take a look around." I am not super comfortable with this, but I also have some contracts that forbid third parties from accessing data relating to the contract. So, this is a no-go.  Support sent me a few different installers to try to use, but they all crashed after getting to about 5% installed. The one that didn't crash gave me an error that Creative Cloud is not compatible with Apple silicon chips, although the support agent insists that it is. Next they asked me to delete some Ado

i already have a creative plan subscription but i cant seem to publish my adobe protfolio it keeps asking me to upgrade and no, my school doesnt pay for it. 

I recently saw that you can now connect PayPal to Behance and I've been having some trouble with Stripe so I would much rather connect my PayPal, but I don't see the PayPal option eventoughg I received a notification about it. I'm assuming it's because I first have to unlink Stripe before I can link PayPal. I've tried doing from my Stripe account, but it just says it doesn't have access to revoke it seeing as it's managed by Adobe.

Hello, I am trying to share my CC Library with my boss. Her work email is linked to her Adobe account, so she shows up when I search to invite her. Yet, she does not receive an email invite, nor does my invite or any of the libraries I created within our organization show up in her Creative Cloud app. It says "pending" on my computer but there's no way for her to accept.  

HellloooCan someone help please? I invited my colleague to a few Libraries and when he tried opening the links it says '404 error' on all the invites. Does anyone know why and what we need to do?Thanks

When I edit CC library item it does update all apps library item correctly in the library panel, but it does not update the item on the stage/ timelines of any projects either in PhotoShop or Premiere. 

I am getting very frustrated because recently when I turn on my computer and go to access my creative cloud files I notice some of them are missing. I check the archive on assets.adobe.com and they are sitting in the 'deleted' section.I did not delete these files.Why are my files being deleted automatically?? I use cc to share files with my business partner opposite side of Australia to me and it is VERY frustrating to have files constantly being deleted at random without our permission.I removed my business partner sharing permissions and made sure their cc totally synced without any of my files on it. I also signed out of cc on my laptop before reuploading everything to cc on my main desktop which was the only one with access to the files at this point. Once everything was confirmed as uploaded on my desktop I logged back into cc on my laptop to let the files sync on there. Once it finished syncing I found that some of the files have been moved into the deleted section/archive on the

I thought all my folders were backed up in Dropbox.Now when I have a new mac, I open Dropbox.. and I have very importent folder that I can't open. I got this messege: Can’t load without file extension.when I try to download I see this file:   Is there any possible to restore it?It seems somehow supposed to be in Creative Cloud... 

Hi,  I have a business account, only using 8 GB out of 1 TB of cloud storage: Creative Cloud Files - I was working yesterday on my laptop on some files stored on the cloud. Today I'm working on the same laptop, but the files in the folders aren't the latest version of my documents, they were saved 4 hours before I finished. All my working files miss the last 4 hours of work. Also, there is a PDF I created when I was done and it keeps showing up and then disappearing from the folder. It's there, 20 min later it's gone, and later it is there again. I also saved some PDFs and renamed them, but they show their former name now. Some files I deleted are back in the folder. Basically, I lost 4 hours of work; the Cloud Files folder overwrote my working files with previous versions of them on my own laptop storage, as I'm working on the same laptop as yesterday, so no sync was required. I know Creative Cloud Files is going to be discontinued, but in October for business acco

Hello, I recently purchased the $19.99 Creative Cloud subscription for all the software, I bought the Creative Cloud subscription and received an email from my school account. But then when I opened the software apps it said that my trial ended because a few months ago I bought the 6-month Adobe software from a website called https://store.collegebuys.org/. Is there a reason why my software wasn't relaunching when I first bought the discount for $19.99 Creative Cloud software apps? Also when I click my order number it says there are not any orders associated with my account. I'm not sure why.

How can we view/remove external weblinks without the pro version?

I've created a Collections page in Adobe Portfolio - it works perfectly fine. However, I'd now like to add a separate image at the top of the Collections page, to serve as a banner. I can't find a way to accomplish this. Any ideas?

I need help with spacng issue layouts on adobe portfolio.  The spacing looks ok when in desktop preview/mode, but the mobile version is way off, and the header/nav bar is at the top where I want it, but the content /mashead is way on the bottom. Attaching a screenshot of the issue.

I've developed a nice little website in Portfolio. On one page, I'm trying to embed hyperlinks to other pages for individual photos contained in a photo grid. For example, I have a grid that contains three separate photos, and I'd like to have each photo in the grid to have its own link to other pages - a simple and common function for many websites. I cannot find a way to accomplish this in Adobe Portfolio. Does anyone have a suggestion? Incidentally, I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that Adobe doesn't provide a support community dedicated to Portfolio. While I realize that Portfolio isn't necessarily an important money maker for Adobe, enough customers use it to warrant a community forum. Further, in my view Adobe should devote some resources, however small, to continue developing this product. While Portfolio may not be the tool of choice for serious website developers, it does provide an effective tool for small commercial photographers and hobbyists.

I separated exactly 227 PSD files to put them in the cloud. In total, they gave 73.6 gigabytes of files. I selected them all and started uploading them to my 100 gigabyte ADOBE cloud. My 100 gigabytes of cloud storage was completely exhausted, and when I checked, only 121 files went to the cloud. (there were 227 files of 73gb total, and only 121 of these files used up the 100gb of the cloud, how is this possible?)

Hi,I have an issue with the shared libraries invitation dialogue window. If the list of invited people gets too long, it's not possible to view them all, as the window is truncated at the screen bottom and it is not scrollable.(Mac OS 12.7.1, Adobe Creative Cloud v6.1.0.587)

How come it won't let me add a video to adobe portfolio? I keep pressing the + symbol and press video and nothing happens. I keep restarting my computer and the tab but it still won't work. Someone Please Help!
