I tried to import a logo EPS file into my Creative Cloud folder but it wasn't supported. Isn't an EPS file an Illustrator file? Why wouldn't Adobe support it's own file type?

Hi,  When I firstly installed Adobe, a folder called "Creative Cloud Files" appeared on my sidebar under "OneDrive" icon. I am now trying to get it back on the sidebar with no luck, checked some online tutorial, all I find is how to remove it and if I try following the method backwards and add the key manually it doesn't work. I see the file under my "user" folder but I am unable to take it on the sidebar. Is anyone able to help me?Thanks a lot in advance

I have been randonly getting this popup when trying to  launch photoshop 2024, and today acrobat.   There is nothing wrong with my account and nothing has changed. This pop up blocks the select app only, requiring a force quit to do anything else. When I restart the app it works fine. My account is 100% legit. A call to adobe resulted in several transfers and repeatedly being told to uninstall and reinstall my entire system. I got the impression I was talking to AI because they just didn't seem to understand the question. I assume this is a phishing sceme and will not click on the amateur looking icon. Adobe could not tell me if it was really them or not. Has anyone else seen this? Thank for any help. 

Hi, I have a portfolio page with two side-by-side image grids.It works fine on mobile. The right hand grid doesn't load on Windows Desktop browsers. Hello,Hopefully this thread goes to the correct forum. If not, my apologies, Adobe forums confuse me a lot. You can maybe move it in the correct forum page. As there isn't a way to directly give feedback to Adobe, I'll be using the forums. Maybe someone could send this forward (and people back it up so they'd know this is an issue)I really like the new advanced file sharing options in the creative cloud, but I do feel like there is one essential feature missing:I can't find a way to download or upload a folder directly in the web browser page. This is a huge disadvantage compared to, for example, the google drive, where I can just a download and upload the whole folder structure in the browser. I use this feature a lot with files that use a folder structure in order to work and would be impossible to be downloaded file by file. There are computers (work-school) where I can't sign in my own creative cloud and sync it in, but I would still like to download the file and keep working with

I found an article, attached, that says that this is possible:  to share folders in creative cloud documents.  But when I select the folder, this option does not exist.  Is this a bug or something I need to talk to my admin about?

I get statements from Domain Networks for $289/year for my website.  My website is powered by Adobe Portfolio.  I'm not going to use themSomeone suggested GoDaddy.  DoI need to sign up with them or any other similiar company?As you can tell I'm pretty confused about this whole thing.

Or can I link one portfolio page to another and if so how to do this?

Hello All,I keep getting this message when I try to upload some photos in .tif format: 'Yes, I tried .tif and .tiff.' "Can't upload 1 item(s). Only .psd, .ai, and .xi file formats are supported." This also applies to .jpeg files. Am I missing something basic? I've been searching online for an answer but haven't had any luck so far. This is my university account; could that be the issue?Thanks.. I'll attach a screen shot. 

Whilst attempting to install a licensed copy of Elements on a new machine, Creative Cloud was inadvertently installed (on Windows10). After uninstall, a folder still existed on the local hard drive named "Creative Cloud". Cant be deleted. After running the Adobe Clean Up tool, the Folder still exists, although the icon is now blank rather than branded.Adobe "Chat" cannot tell me how to delete this folder, and referred to this forum. It seems amazing, as a paying customer, that Adobe can install unremoveable rubbish, not know how to remove it, refuse to escalate, offer no support.... and point to a user forum as the best hope for an answer.  Any advice appreciated. So as you will know - if you have used fireworks for years as an 'older app' (and have no interest in using anything else as it does the job)  something happened and when we have to download fireworks it is no longer as before. Before (for 10 years) it downloads and runs fine when switching on Older App even if you switch to a new laptop and have to start again etcWe didnt have a serial number as it was part of the suite. Its the only app I ever used in the suite / creative cloud all apps. But something changed - and when we end up with the 'free trial' download option of course we can't then do anything. We never had a serial number. Adobe recently (last week) told me to download Muse from my creative cloud account - which I did - and got the same thing. A trial version. And no option to buy or use past the 7 day trial. You can see screen shot of what I see when I open it - and I am logged into creative cloud. There must be a way to stop the trial version process -

Hi all,  I'm having issues with deleting my old account from behance. I wanted to delete my old account because the mail adress of the old account is inactive. but I can't login because I can't remember the pasword. and I can't change the pasword because my mail adress is inactive as I said before :sDoes anybody know how to get back into the old account. or how to contact adobe to delete the account? Everything was working fine. Old mac, old system and old CC version (2017 indesign, photoshop, and illustrator). This morning I restarted the mac and suddenly it will not recognise that I have a paid up subscription. Goes to the Renew your subscription page.  In the list of apps available in Adobe Creative Cloud panel it list the apps as Open but will not let me open them.  Cannot open them via browser either as it's too old and not supported. Cannot update mac its as high as it will go. 

HiI can't get into ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD, it doesn't open (see picture),But I remove it and reinstall.I tried uninstalling by Control Panel>Programs and Features, but it doesn't remove Adobe Creative Cloud.But I remove all installations of Adobe in a safe way, without residues and registration, and after that reinstall.Thanks

I'M TRYING TO INSTALL ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD ON MY COMPUTER (WINDOWS), BUT NOTHING WORKS! I TRIED TO INSTALL FROM THE MICROSOFT STORE, IT KEEP GIVING AN ERROR AND SAYING IT CANNOT COMPLETE THE DOWNLOAD. I TRIED THROUGH ADOBE'S OWN WEBSITE, BUT NOTHING WORKS ALSO. EVERYTHING IS INCOMPATIBLE AND ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD COMES IN .DMG AND NOTHING IN THE WORLD CAN OPEN IT TO RUN IT. I NO LONGER KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE....

Hi!When I go to the Creative Cloud Application, i can't update my Photoshop/lightroom(Traduction: Page not avaible, Try again)  I see this page since 5 days. I've tried to repair/reboot/logout -> login/reinstall CC....  Everything else work, I can see my account, I can see/use my stored work on the cloud, my account is paid but I can't update!?!?!?  What's wrong with CC ???  Thanks you ! 

how can i download photoshop without creative cloud?  

I used to have 2 profiles connected to this account, a school profile and a personal profile. I had a school subscription on my school profile, and I created my Adobe Portfolio website on there. Recently, my school subscription ended, and for some reason this removed my school profile too. I wanted to move my portfolio website to my personal profile, but I can't access it because the school profile is gone. Meanwhile, the website is still up (for one more week). Is there any way I can get access to my portfolio website?

Can't connect using browser with any of my adobe portfolio webstites. Get "connection failure" message. Sites work fine on cellular network...

I've got a creative cloud library for a bank of icons. These are all in sub categories and have keywords written into the asset description so that they're searchable within the library. I wondered if there is any way to include all of this data (the keywords, category title) automatically when you export library assets as .pngs or svgs? 

Hello,I created website using Adobe Portfolio with Sawdust theme and in mobile version 'hamburger menu' button is almost invisible. I have logo with thin lines and text and it looks almost identical like this hamburger. I saw that is possible to change color of this icon, but it's still not enough and almost invisible - it's visible only with vibrant colors but website is more in subdues colors.Is it possible to change possition of this hamburger?Maybe put it below the logo or change icon, maybe add thin frame to it or put it below logo and add "MENU" text?  For now address is: https://fotynawierzchu.myportfolio.com/o-mnie Thank you in advance for help

What are the rules on hosting for public view adult content on Adobe Portfolio?Nothing illegal, everything consentual.I have tried reading the TOS but couldn't find anything specific. A proper warning would be in place before entering the site, and all of the pages would be marked as containing mature content.
