Hi, I have been actively using the Adobe Photoshop cloud to save my working files, but noticed that all of my older files have gone missing -  I can only access files up to 4 months ago. Could someone from Adobe help me out on this issue please? Those files are very important to me.

I am planning to schedule one Adobe certification. During this process I have created one Adobe Id. After login to "https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/certification/program/technical-certifications/aa/aa-expert/aa-e-business.html?lang=en" this link when I tried to access "Adobe Credential Management System" which is "https://www.certmetrics.com/adobe",  it is showing me blank screens. looks like it is tried to do single sign on using my Adobe id and unfortunately ended up with blank screens. Kindly suggest. I tried different browser and also used incognito mode as well. It is still not working. Kindly help. I have to aprear for this certificaitn in another day or 2. I need to clean up my C drive and saw these ETR****.temp file. I was wondering what are they saving and can they be deleted or moved to another drive?

Hi,  I have a small SSD system drive and want to move the Creative Cloud libraries location to a different, bigger one. CC keeps storing every single file I am buying and downloading from e.g. Adobe Stock and the file size is already huge. I have tried to locate this folder and deleted the downloads manually but the other day, all files were there again. Any help appreciated.  

Hello everybody,i have three website made with Portfolio and i would like to transfer ONLY ONE to an other Adobe account.Apparently it is possible to transfer from one private account to another private account but I wouldn't want to transfer all three sites. Actually, two are mine and I made the third for a friend and want to transfer that one to his account.Thank you in advance.

Photoshop requires a subscription (messed up, but got it)... that subscription reqiures Creative Cloud Desktop (ummmm... okay, but got it)... Creative Cloud Desktop has a bug that launches the Creative Cloud Desktop every time you tab between multiple monitors (see attached screenie). WTF? I cannot find a Windows PC fix anywhere here in the Adobe help community or online in general. Couple of articles around it, but nothing that fixes it. I have Launch Creative Cloud Services at login turned off in preferences (see attached), but there's nowhere else that I can tweak any other settings. I finally narrowed down when it's happening. When I tab between my monitors... it pops up. Like Paperclip from Microsoft Word in the late 90's. Anooying? I cnanot tell you the degree of which this is annoying... yes. It's annoying. It's not only popping up when I use Adobe products, though. CC will be turned off... and despite a fresh boot, when I hit "ALT TAB"... "Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop

Hey all,I have an unfortuate circumstance where someone uploaded a photo they didn't have permission to, to their website. The photo is not supposed to be online.They removed it from their Adobe Portfolio site but it is still cached in ***-***-***-cdn-cf1.myportfolio.comHow do I permantely get rid of all cached versions of the image? He deleted the gallery and images out of the backend of the site, or so he says. They still exist when you go directly to the CDN url.Thank you!

Currently I have a portfolio site that I made on a business account, which at the time had an active student license. Now that the license is expired, I would like to migrate the portfolio site to my personal profile, however, whenever I try to log into Adobe Portfolio I'm not able to select the business profile and it will automatically sign me up with my personal profile. I cannot access the site from there unfortunately. I already turned off automatic sign in to personal profile in my Adobe account settings, that too didn't solve the issue. If I log into my regular Adobe account it does let me choose a different profile, but not with Adobe Portfolio.  I hope someone knows how to resolve this issue or knows what is wrong.Thank you in advance!

So I created a second Adobe Portfolio site as I didn't realise I could create a new collection page. The second one is not a custom URL so now I know I can create a new collection page, I'd just like to import those pages from the new one, rather than gathering all the images and again and reuploading etc I can't seem to find an option. Is this possible?

Hey all;I have a lot of libraries that I've shared with a 6-7 coworkers depending on the library. I was able to edit CC Library items before, but after inviting everyone I am unable to edit them. I still have the option but it won't pop up the actual separate tab to make changes and it won't let me drag the item into a document, make changes, and drag it back into the library.Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?Thanks in advance!

I have no idea what has happened to the computer industry. I've been a part of it since 1982. Trying to speak to anyone but an AI system would be great but those darn systems loop in circles until I finally give up...  I live in Peru and I started learning Spanish in 2017. I speak it fairly well, write it fairly well but I am not the least bit interested in learning how to operate the entire collection of Adobe products in a language that is more or less foreign to me despite my 'limited knowledge. Apparently I have selected English as my language ... but the system continuously asks me if I want to change my region to the USA. I'm not even American... and IF I were to change my region to either Canada or the USA apparently my monthly price is double? I really don't understand why that would be for one; why I can't select my native language without the screen always changing to Spanish. Adobe is a HUGE system; isn't it logical that I would want to learn it as I'm more or less

I started my billing support chat at 1:36pm from where I live... went in circles with the ridiculous AI bot as usual because AI doesn't like clients actually speaking to real people. I finally get an agent on the chat that clearly skipped typing class... and she's unable to call me 'for some reason' but 15-20 minutes later she can... that was established at 1:54PM after watching her type ... with nothing more than an intro she likely copied and pasted into the chat window... by 2:04PM after asking if she can escalte this she replies that a manager will contact me in 1 hour... honest to gawd when the hell did the computer industry fall apart like this? I'm SO glad I don't have to admit I'm any part of this foolishness after serving my 3 decades... I'm speechless...

Google has indexed one of my pages (https://stevennicholsonphotography.com/mt-st-helens-2019) but not my top level page (https://stevennicholsonphotography.com/collections). Common sense would suggest that somehow editing a canonical reference would change this, thus letting Google index the correct page. However, I see no option for me, the website builder/user, on the Adobe Portfolio front-end CMS, to do this. Can a techie look into the backend of my Adobe Portfolio website’s code and change the canonical reference so that it references https://stevennicholsonphotography.com/collections?Otherwise, how can this be resolved? Thank you.

I can't use any creative cloud services or generative fill or anything that requires a connection to the internet, besides downloading or updating Adobe apps. It now says it's not possible to verify the status of my subscription.I have tried uninstalling creative cloud and all adobe products and reinstalling them, but it does not fix the issue.

The title says it all.My CC cloud storage is completely empty, but there's 334.1 MB of data in use that I can't seem to access in order to delete it. All locations are empty - "Your files", "Shared with you", "Your libraries", "Deleted", "Lightroom photos", "Mobile creations". I also checked every mobile app to make sure no files were present, and I discovered a couple of Rush projects that didn't appear in CC, so I deleted those as well.And yet 334.1 MB of data remains.Also, there's another issue (possibly related) - ever since Adobe ended cloud sync, I've had a red exclamation mark on my CC tray icon (Win 11) and on the cloud icon in the top right corner of the app window (see pics).Any help is appreciated.Cheers.

As seen in the picture above, the old creative cloud folder is still there for me since i backed it all up, that's fine. But what is new is that other bottom folder, the Creative Cloud Files Personal Account... It's empty for me now but I can't remove it from the list at all. Any ideas?

Hello everyone,I have found different answers on the forum with answers on how to fix this problem, but I have tried them all and none of them worked for me. I don't have the config folder inside OOBE, I've tried to restore it in different ways (deleting the folder and re-entering it, renaming it,...) nothing worked and I can't install the apps on my mac.I have a personal account and the mac is also personal.

We have a colleague leaving the company and not being replaced, so we will be terminating the Adobe CC licence in his name from our team account. He is the owner of various CC libraries which we need to keep, and as I understand it, those libraries would be deleted when his account is deleted unless we transfer the ownership. I have looked for this issue in the forums and found answers stating that you need to Send Link and then Save to Creative Cloud. I tried this, but when I opened the new link in a separate browser, I was only given the option to 'save' the library, not 'save to Creative Cloud'. Is there any other way we can transfer the ownership?Alternatively, we have an existing colleague who has a CC account and currently isn't the owner of any libraries. Would it be simpler to transfer the departing colleague's account to this person's email address, thus transferring the CC libraries along with it, and then delete their (former) account instead?
