Not sure if this is the right discussion (direct me if it is not). I worked for this same company three years ago and I had some kind of Adobe Subscription. I've now re-joined the same company (different division) but they kept me e-mail the same. We have an Enterprise license to CreativeCloud All Apps. When I got the Welcome e-mail from Adobe today, it took me to a sign-in page. No offer to create a new account or anything - just wanted my password for this e-mail. Fortunately, I still have an old copy of my password manager on my phone and sure enough, my old credentials got me logged in. After I got in, it now recognized that I had a Personal Profile (my old one I assume) and a Business Profile. It offered to migrate all my content from my personal profile to my business profile (recommended). I know I never saved any content to the cloud so I said ok. Hi guys, I have a doubt: By right clicking on a photo and clicking on "open with", I saw the presence of the Chromium voice. Having already happened to automatically install chromium from useless third-party apps, I decided to execute the following commands in the terminal: "sudo rm -rf /Chromium.app", "rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Chromium ", "rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/Chromium", and "rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/org.chromium.Chromium.plist", but only later, I realized that by reclicking on the image to open, open with "chromium" it looked the same, so I searched for the app path and it's: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common/CEF/Chromium Embedded Framework.framework. My question now is: having probably deleted some files (although I don't know which ones) is there any possibility of having done some damage in my creative cloud?

I just noticed some charges on my credit card from "adobe photography plan" that I was completely unaware of. The charges are all monthly from december until march (now). I had purchased the photography annual plan last March. I immediately tried to cancel this "subscription" that I dont ever remember renewing and I found out I cant or I have to pay 68 extra euros! I havent even used all these apps for at least 6 monthsI don't know whats happening i need help please on what to do to fix this!!

I had to change my email to make all my social media profiles consistent and so I did. But once my email was changed my Behance profile was wiped clean and now all my follows and followers, all my personal information, and the worst, my projects were all deleted!Can anyone explain to me this and if there is a way to restore the lost projects? Of course, I can reupload them but that is so much work, and some projects were a collab with a few others and on their page, the project is still on... SEND HELP!

I have been using adobe portfolio for over 4 years now. I am trying to apply to internships this month. A total of three videos were replaced with shein ads (covered up the block, however was scrollable inside the block... doesn't make sense). I look at my portfolio almost every day as a college student. This is new and just happened this week. What is going on??

Attempting to login to my personal account after my school account stopped working on my home computer to creative cloud, and even after uninstalling all adobe programs, restarting, and logging in again, I still have no option to login to my personal account, only through enterprise ID. Any ideas how to log into personal ID?

Er enthält bereits 3 Untermenüs.Wenn ich speichere kommt die Frage, ob alles akualisiert werden soll und dann aktualisiert er angeblich alle abhängigen Seiten (180) . Aber die Änderung kommt nicht an im Internet.Der neue Menüpunkt unterscheidet sich in nichts von den anderen dreien.Wer kann helfen?Gruß Margot

Hi there,I only use CC storage when I am traveling, emptying my cards on my iPad and uploading the pictures to the cloud whenever possible. Then back home I open LRC and everything downloads locally.As I write this message both LRC, iOS apps and LR Cloud show my usage as 5.2 Mo / 20 Go, but Creative Cloud app or assets.adobe.com indicate that I use 5.5 Go. No unit error here, 5.5 Mo Vs 5.5 Go.In assets I try to identify the files that take this space and the only ones that appear are the ones that are synchronized with my local folder, for a total usage of 5.2 Mo. No library, nothing in deleted files.Any idea what the problem may be?

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème de stockage pour lequel je bénéficie de 1 TO. Dans le Creative cloud, il est indiqué que j'utilise 315,1 GO sur 1 TO.  Or, je n'ai absolument aucun fichier dans mon dossier synchronisé sur mon macbook, ni même dans mon creative cloud web. J'ai même vérifié la bibliothèque Lightroom, il n'y a rien. Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

I have been getting automatically signed out of all CC Applications, I cannot stay logged in for longer than 30 seconds. I have reinstalled CC, made sure my Apps were updated, cancelled my subscription and remade it, and have sat through multiple support sessions (chat and phone call) just to go through the same 4 questions and get disconnected / hungup on.I'm about to give up and just cancel Adobe all together for how awful the support has been but I wanted to see if the community could pick up their slack. Happy to provide logs or other information, just ask. Ignore Topic tags would not let me submit without checking all of them.

Why Adobe uses Abo-systems as such a globl player only to shred students, small creatives alike. With shady 7 days free, which you get no information that it will activate tomorrow, what a shady practice for such a name. 

Hi!I am trying to publish my portfolio through Adobe Portfolio under my student account but it won't let me do so without paying. It keeps asking to "Upgrade Your Plan" when I already have a student plan that should cover the cost of my portfolio. I have friends who used this and didn't have to pay but the site won't let me continue to publish it without asking to change or upgrade my plan. How do I combat this? Thank you!

I have been on chat with Adobe 3 times in 48 hours.  I asked for a number to call - no one answered.   It was a consistent loop of "pick one of the following nine options."  I need to free up cloud space.  AFTER it was full I got a notice that it was full.  So, supposedly I can't sync all of my Express files to the cloud because it's full.  So some are "stuck" on iPad, where I can't use the calendar to schedule posts.  So they are taking up space and I can't even use the scheduling feature.  B.  Now that I've freed up space, I STILL want to free up space, because I don't want to keep going through this. I see that a lot of the problem goes all the way back to "migrating" Sketch to Fresco.  Which took weeks because I got some very flip answers after their "just click here and it will all go from Sketch to Fresco seemlessly" link didn't work.  I know based on my designs when I worked on some projects which are from Sketch, but they a

I'd like to add "Redbubble" and "TeePublic" icons. Is there a way I can do this myself, or must I wait until your developers add them to the list. If I can't do this myself, since icons already exist for Etsy and Society6 marketplaces, can I assume you'll get around to adding Redbubble, TeePublic, Spring, Zazzle, etc. someday soon? Dear Adobe, I'd like to add a "Redbubble" social icon to the navigation section of my Adobe Portfolio (Sawdust Theme), but "Redbubble" is not currently one of the selection options. Is there a way I can create a "Redbubble" social icon and add it to the list of possible selections (like "Twitter," "Facebook," "Instagram," etc.) myself, or must I wait until your developers add it to the list of social icon selections. If it's not possible for me to create and add my own social icon myself, since social icon choices already exist for Etsy and Society6 marketplaces, can I assume you'll get around to adding social icons for Redbubble, TeePublic, Spring, Zazzle, etc. someday soon? After rebooting my desktop computer for another reason, a pop-up appeared Adobe Creative Cloud Error. I had the option to Cancel or Repair. I chose rerpair. After a minute or so, it showed Downloadiing. Now I can't find an icon or a creative cloud file anywhere on my PC. What have I done wrong?Thank you.Sofie712
