Adobe DE will not populate my Nook GlowLight Model BNRV510I have tried the fix where you delete the digital edition file on the nook but it does not allow me to delete this file. I am not sure what else to try. Please Help!

I am trying to authorize my PC for my Adobe ID but it notes:"You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile device. Please try again"I purchased an ebook but realized I needed IT approval to have ADE on my PC. While I waited, I authorized my mobile device with my Adobe ID.I just got IT approval to download ADE on my PC. When I tried to log in with my Adobe ID and sync my ebook, I got the error above.I thought I should be able to read this ebook on multiple devices.Can I deauthorize my mobile device so I can authorize my PC and my ebook still who up on the PC?

Hi Forum,My configuration is MacOS 10.12.3 + Kobo touch. I used to download epubs from my library, without any troubles for years.Recently, I downloaded 3 books, sent them to the kobo for reading. Then, I removed them from Digital Edition.But the 3 books still appears each time I run Digital Edition, and are marked as "New". A new file /Users/greg/Documents/Digital Editions/CloudSync/Library-Sync-Book-11.acsm is created, even if I delete if from Digital Edition and from finder.I tried to completely remove Digital Edition and all related files (following instructions from https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6641815?start=0&tstart=0 ​), and reinstall it : same behavior, the 3 files still reappears. And what is strange is Digital Edition Still knows my AdobeID...One more little thing new happened now : I downloaded a new book from my library. I can open it from Digital Edition. But now book cannot be opened on my Kobo because incorrect Adobe ID. I tried to remove and set it again, th

EXCUSE MY POOR ENGLISH  . The problem: on my tablet android before i have charged adobe digital edition to reed ebooks with RDM protection , but the reader (MLOL reader) sometime as well but often do not run. I have removed autorization for Adobe DRm , but now is not possibile reauthorizazion because adobe said : Too much request of authorizazion - too much devices - end autorizazion of device and retray.But i have no one device activated so for me is impossible end authorizazion fo other devices.Please help me. I just got a new computer, and installed ADE 4.5.11. I authorized the program using my Adobe ID. However, whenever I boot up the program, I just get a blank screen. I can see the menu at the top ("File Edit Reading Help"), and I can click on those buttons and the items within each menu. But the rest of the program window is just a white screen. If I add a file to the library (File -- Add to Library), the program freezes. If I drag and drop an ACSM file into the white window, it says that the content is loading, but it never changes beyond the white screen. Most of the time, the only way to exit the program is via Task Manager. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, de-authorizing and re-authorizing, and I just can't get it to do anything else. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

Bonjour, Je viens d'acheter un nouveau PC. J'ai téléchargé ADE version 4.5 et j'y ai retrouvé tous mes livres. Cependant, lorsque j'essaie de mettre un livre que je viens d'emprunter à la bibliothèque sur ma liseuse KOBO, le livre est dans ADE mais je reçois un message que je ne peux le mettre sur ma liseuse. Si j'annule mon authorisation et que j'en refais une autre avec la même adresse courriel, est-ce que je perdrai tous les livres ?

Kobo eReader problem DRM so i tried too ofter to autorize/deautorize and now my account have this error when i try to autorize my Kobo. How can i ask Adobe to reset the number of activation while i just have one pc and one eReader ? 

I got a too many activations error (on my personal account) after reinstalling my operating system. Can find no way to get my books back.. Works on none of my devices anymore.How does this get fixed, I see many others with the same problem but found no real answers on the support forums

Hi. I downloaded a book from the site libreriauniversitaria.com last May with my old pc. Yesterday I downloaded Abobe Digital Editions in my new pc, but the problem is that instead of my book, there is a file with white pages. the site gave me the opportunity to redownload the book, but the problem persists: now I have two time the book with white pages. I don't know what to do

Untill two weeks ago everything worked fine.I have a laptop with windows 10. So I read a lot of advanced reader copy books, which i download as an acsm, two days ago it stopped working keep saying "error check activation".I have changed my password and tried to deauthorize to reset it but then it just gives an errorsaying i cannot log out. but the books come in through my email, so I need that account to workI also downloaded the app on my phone, logged in worked perfectlybut I cannot get my laptop to sync the new bookI even deleted it and downloaded it again, but it wouldn't let me log in, unable to erase authorization. please try after some time says this, have tried it 15 times.Also weird that I changed my password, but it has yet to ask me for one. Please help.

I have downloaded and installed ADE 4.5 on my new macbook pro which was loaded with the data from my previous macbook pro on which I had been using ADE to transfer downloaded books from Overdrive at Toronto Public Library to my Kobo Aura. HD The problem is that the ADE will not accept the transfer from my download onto ADE telling me it Unable to Download and E_ACT_NOT_READY. The Overdrive help tell me to erase authorization and then reauthorize and that should do the trick. When I try to erase authorization, it shows my ADE ID as my email address, and asks for my password WHICH I DO NOT REMEMBER. I did try to reset my ADE password  but that does not seem to work because when I enter that password, click continue, a new panel comes up with a erase authorization which I click on and get "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try again after some time." I have done this over and over and got nowhere.   I can be reached at  hkwright@sympatico.ca4:31 PM  

Can someone please help me resolve this issue. I bought a e-book from the Lawsociety, they recommended this app but when we open the ACSM link we get this message we have tried to uninstall, reinstall, delete the reg keys have tried everyting and still can't acces the ebook. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USERHow do I fix this?? 

My computer was stolen and the account I did use on that for E-books is for me an unknown account (can't remember if I did make a specific account). I got myself a new computer and signed up on Digital Edition to start using it again. Now I can't download my E-books for school and can't de-activate the previous account since I don't know it. Is is possible to get out of the misery ? or am I stuck in this forever

Can someone please help me resolve this issue. Reinstalling does not help, and there's no contact phone no. that can help me. Why have this app if there is no one who can troubleshoot this??

Een nieuwe KOBO Forma ereader gekocht en ADE 4.5.1 op de Mac gezet.Nu ziet de computer de ereader wel maar de ADE ziet hem niet.Dus geen apparaat zichtbaar. Kobo kan niet verder helpen.Wie heeft een oplossing?

Bonjour, ADE 4.5.11 me dit que j'ai atteint le nombre maximum de machines autorisées par ID et que je dois le réinitialiser.Comment dois-je faire ?Il me dit de contacter le support technique, mais ADOBE me répond que c'est un programme gratuit donc que je dois passer par ce forum... Merci de votre aide

I can't get ADE to connect to the fulfillment center to download the ACSM files. It just gives the error message about not connecting to the server and to check my internet. I've tried uninstalling ADE and installing both 2.0 and 3.0. Deauthorizing and reauthorizing my computer. Nothing's changed about my firewall when it worked four days ago. This software is so damn frustrating. 

First of all, I have to say that I am dissappointed in Adobe's lack of support concerning these issues.I am forced to use this app for a course textbook and I am  not able too zoom.The zoom options are grayed out. I have spend many hours to try and fix these issues. I have tried everything that I could think of.Is there any sollution to this? 

Buenas hace un tiempo que uso adobe editions para trabajar, mi problema deriva de que me he cambiado de ordenador y el url link me dice que ya esta registrado a otro usuario, pero  mi pc viejo dice lo mismo y no he cambiado de cuenta en ninguno de los dispositivos. Si alguien me pudiera ayudar lo agradeceria.

I am getting a E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED error each time I try to add a book to my library (I recently added this same book to my library but since I was not able to log in to my adobe account and I was in a hurry I authorized it only to that device and not through my Adobe ID) now that I am trying to authorize it to the account in general it is not allowing me to. I have already tried deauthorizing that specific computer, uninstalling ADE on that computer, uninstalling it on all of my computers and deauthorizing everything on all of my computers (using the whole ctrl+shift+D and then deauthorize option through ADE) as of right now nothing has worked. I went through support, (because the help page says that the only way to fix this issue is to contact support and have them reset your activation count https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/kb/e-act-too-many-activations.html but support was not able to help me so they sent me here. 

Hi, I have a Sony PRS T1 ereader connected to my imac. I have  downloaded a DRM ebook using ADE with logon.  In the library I see the book and can read it on my imac (authorised) but my Sony reader doesn't appear in the library when I launch ADE with the Sony connected.  How do authorise the ereader and  transfer my new book if I don't see the reader in library listing?

I have been using digitail for years. All of a sudden when I go to download an epub ebook and will not let me. When I try to copy to ibrary it shuts down. I have to reboot it up, sometimes it will show icon so I can get a book or it takes forever to pop up.  Help please
