Bonjour,Suite à un reset-usien de ma tablette Kobo, je suis confronté au message d'erreur suivant :E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS (trop d'activations pour un même ID ADE)Le site https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/digital-editions/kb/e-act-too-many-activations.html indique la solution suivante :    "If you received the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS, or run out of activations, contact us to have the activation count reset." J'ai donc écrit à "adesup@adobe.com" il y a 2 jours, et je suis toujours sans accusé de réception ni réponse. Y a t'il un autre endroit (adresse mail, téléphone, site ...) où je pourrais trouver une assistance ?Merci  

Mon épouse a une Kobo aura H2o et un compte ADE pour télècharger des livres numériques depuis la médiathèque. Je viens d'acheter la kobo clara HD et je ne peux pas télècharger de livres numériques à la mediathèque ! comment se fait-il que dans une même famille on ne puisse utiliser plusieurs liseuses avec le même ordinateur ?

ADE has installed with a old e-mail address which no longer exist and I haven't the password too.I have tried uninstalled it for one year but I had not gotten that.Please, do you know how I could do it (uninstal ADE).  Actually, I can't download a book from a library for my Kobo read book.Thank you very much.   

bonjour je souhaite ouvrir des fichiers .acsm sur mon PCj'ai installé ADE 4.5 (j'avais désinstallé une ancienne version il y a plusieurs mois) et mon PC est automatiquement autorisé avec mon AdobeID mais lorsque je télécharge des fichiers .acsm impossible de les ouvrirj'ai essayé sur ma tablette : installation (pour la première fois) et aucun problèmedu coup, je cherche à effacer l'autorisation de l'ordinateur pour recommencer la procédure et je suis bloquée "Impossible d'annuler l'autorisation. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement"quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider ?merci d'avance

Hi. I am VERY new to this. (like I started today). I went to my library's Overdrive web site and borrowed a book. I got a .acsm file. I downloaded ADE, authorized my computer and download the book, getting a .epub file. Alas my Kindle won't read that so I download a program called calibre which is suppopsed to convert it to a Kindle format. When I ran it it told me "This book is DRMed" and couldn't convert it. And yet I thought that was what the ADE message said I could do when it said I could now move to the book "to all my devicecs." Am I mistaken?  Thank you.

I need that you send me an actualization of the program .Net Framework v4.0.30319, because Windows 7 give me this message when i would to read my epubs with Adobre Acrobat DE. Thanks!

ADE is frozen with a never ending subprogram, <Loading Library>. It cannot be deleted. ADE from my PC cannot be uninstalled. Shutting down and restarting the computer puts me right back into never endingADE <Loading Library>.  Help!!

I get the following message pop up on screen in Adobe Digital Editions -Error getting license . License Server Communicaton Problem : E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12What is it that I need to do to resolve this??

I have Mac OS 10.13.6, I am able to download ADE (as a .dmg file) and the installer launches but once it finishes, nothing happens. I tried it several times and even tried downloading ADE 4.0 instead. I've searched through my applications and cannot find a trace of ADE anywhere except the .dmg files. Thank you in advance.

Bonjour,J'ai téléchargé des livres de la bibliothèque municipale et je n'arrive pas à les ouvrir dans ma liseuse. J'ai pu les transférer mais ils restent verrouillés.A chaque fois que j'ouvre Adobe digital editions, mes livres apparaissent en noir et je ne peux pas les ouvrir sur mon ordinateur non plus.J'ai essayé:- d'effacer les livres de la liseuse et de les réinstaller encore une fois, le problème revient toujours- d'enlever les autorisations pour ma liseuse et pour mon ordinateur et de réautoriser ensuite- de supprimer le contenu du dossier Digital Editions, de désinstaller Adobe digital editions et de le réinstaller, mais même quand je réinstalle le logiciel mes livres réapparaissent à chaque fois en noir (alors que je les avais effacés et vidé la corbeille...)- quand j'essaie d'ouvrir mes livres "fantômes" sur Adobe, le message suivant apparaît: Erreur lors de l'obtention de la licence. I've got the same problem as many have already described in this forum. I need an activation count reset (I reinstalled all the programms on my pc and now adobe doesn't recognise that its the same one.) I would really appreciate if someone from adobe could just do the activation count reset or tell me how I can do it myself.

I have installed Adobe Digital Reader. When ever i launch it, after couple of mins... windows msg popus up.... Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 has stopped working....... I have tried unistall and then install from a new download, still the problem persists.

Hi,  I am having problems for months with ADE.It does NOT open. From what I saw, i should be renaming or deleting some files or reauthorizing just after having deauthorized... Its just a huge mess. Does anyone have a simple solution for a simple user ? I find it just unbelievable being forced to use this system and having it NOT working. Books have been bought. Thanks of the help

I'm getting this error every time I try to download a book. I've emptied tasks folder and failed folder. I've turned off firewall. I've tried everything that I could find to fix this and now I'm desperate. Can anyone help? Hello Loaded plenty of books (in multiple Bookshelves) from files in my Laptop and read OK BUT the Title shown in Bookshelf is NOT the same as the File name in my Laptop. So finding the desired Title in Bookshef is not possible because the Book Title that is required is the same as the File Name in the Laptop.I have to open the vollume from the file name that is OK but this rather eliminates the object of having the Bookshelf.How can I make the Bookshelf show the title from my File Name?

 So I have the eBook that I purchased recently, the online bookstore gave me a one time access to download the book into Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11. The book is encrypted and unshareable; you can't copy it or even send the file to your email and download it on the other end. It is simply impossible, but I have a new computer now, which is much lighter to carry around, and I want to move my Book into the new device with the same login ID. But so far, I am unable to do so.

I have purchased a book and have read it many times in the past in the library of Adobe Digital Editions. Now it says it is unable to open this book because license key is damaged. Is there any solution to this problem? I do not remember from which site I have downloaded it. (I have a PC)

I have been told a PDF I'm trying to download and open is only compatible with the new 4.61 and I seriously can't find it. Marcia

Mes problèmes ont commencé avec le piratage de mon adresse email peu après et la perte du mot de passe associé.N'ayant plus le mot de passe, adobe refuse d'annuler l'autorisation liée à cette adresse email.J'ai alors créé un nouveau compte, mais c'est toujours l'ancienne adresse email qui bénéficie de l'autorisation. Je tourne en rond...J'ai passé 2h sur le chat, conversé avec des "experts" qui n'ont aucune solution à me conseiller et m'ont renvoyée vers le forum.Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider? 

When i first opened the application i was able to copy and paste relevant information from abode digital editions to word documents, however it stopped working and it wont allow me to copy. is there anything i can try to work around this problems as it slowing down my ability to create study notes from the book.

I am unable to copy a library book that was downloaded to adobe digital editions library to my Kobo ereader.  I receive the message "Errors were detected.  The following item could not be copied to your device (name of book) and then E_10_Write - failed to write destination file.  I was able to copy two books a week ago on separate days but have not able to do so since November 26, 2020 when I tried to copy a library book to my ereader that I downloaded from the library.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have had my Kobo since 2011 and have never had a problem until now.
