Hi there! Hope it's not a repeated question, but I couldn't find the exact answer on this forum yet.Can you tell me in what way I could prove the license for images I bought from DPC, since they are not in my history license in Adobe account? Thank you!

I am having an issue with downloading eBooks from my library to read on my Kobo. I download books all the time and have had no issues, this seems to have started in the last 2/3 weeks with the new OverDrive update.When borrowing 1 library eBook, I can download the book to ADE and transfer the eBook to my Kobo no problem. However, if I then decide to go back and download a 2nd book, it will download to ADE no problem, but once transferred to the Kobo, I get the error message "oops! This document...." authorization error message. If I delete (not return) both library ebooks from the ADE and then redownload and transfer them both TOGETHER, instead of individually, they both work no problem. I've tried with new and old ADE (4.5 and 3) and had the same issue. I've tried with an older Kobo Touch and a new Aura - and had the same issue. I've tried authorizing ADE with an Adobe ID and with an OverDrive account - and had the same issue. I work at a public library and am pretty used to troublesh

I am a standard user on a windows computer. My company blocked all company computers from being able to download .exe files so I was wondering if there was a .zip download?

Seit ein paar Tagen hat sich das Verhalten von ADE 4.5.10 sehr verändert. Das Öffnen eines umfangreichen Buches dauert lange (> 15 sec) und auch die Reaktion auf eine Markierung  (Ctrl m) ist ähnlich.Wenn ich ein ähnlich großes Buch (1100 Seiten) ohne Markierungen öffne, gibt es diese Verzögerungen nicht.Gibt es dafür eine Erklärung?smalllane

Last year I bought two e-book in google play store. Of course they came with DRM. I downloded them and in order to read them It was mandatory to install the ADE and authorize the computer. After few months the computer had a defect on the mother board but I removed the hard drive without problems. I bought a new computer, but I was not able to reuse the same license or even recover them from the other. Please, has somebody faced a similar problem and moved the license from one HD to another?

Hiya, I've been trying to download the Windows version of Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.10 from the official page ( Adobe Digital Editions | Download ) and no matter what browser I use, I get redirected to a blank page that throws the below error:I contacted the "Installation support" agent on chat and he informed me that he's not actually a tech support, but he's from the billing department instead, so he can't really help me and directed me to the forum...Moving on from the absurdity of that fact, I'd like someone from Adobe's tech team to actually take a look into this and let me know how can I solve that problem and get this piece of software so I can then install it and go through all those incredibly unnecessary steps so I can actually download an EBOOK I bought for 2 dollars from a website...... When I open adope digital editions, it is blank. I can use the menu buttons but I can not open anything. I can't see the buttons I should see. I add a picture of how the digital editions looks like. When I started to use it last september, it first worked fine. After about two months it just stopped working, and has been like this ever since. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, no change. I downloaded older versions, they look all right, I can add a book but I can't read it.  Any ideas what I could do? Edit. Renaming the ADE file I get it look like as it should be but when I add a book in it, it stops working. It does not respond. I can close it and reopen it but book is then gone. This happens every time.

Bonjour, impossible de lire les ebooks de bibliothèque sur une liseuse kobo. Il y a un problème de protection dans ADM. J'ai autorisé, désautorisé, réautorisé, téléchargé, effacé, retéléchargé, rien n'y fait. Le tutoriel ne sert à rien, il y a visiblement un problème technique. Adobe a-t-il l'intention de s'en préoccuper ?

I am trying to understand the relationships and differences between Adobe Digital Additions, and Overdrive. Are they competeing products? If so, what is the benefit of one over the other?If not, what are the essential differences between the two?

I try to authorize the computer in Adobe Digital Editions. When I enter my Adobe ID and my password an error message appears saying:"Incorrect ID or password for selected provider".Neither the ID nor the password is incorrect, both are well written and correct. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application.I tried to talk to the technical service (3 people) and nobody knew how to help me.

I updated recently my Mac with Catalina 10.15.2, and then I had to upgrade ADE, too. Now books in library are not saved, everytime I colse the progran I have to download the books again. File menu in ADE do not allow me to select "download the book on your mac". I have had my Nook Simple Touch for about a year now, and I have been using Adobe Digital Editions without a problem. Now, all of the sudden, Barnes and Noble updated my software and I can't read any of my ADE books!! It just says "Error Dialog: User not activated" every time I click on them. I have looked at many other websites and I have tried plugging my nook in to my computer and reauthorizing it, reauthorizing my computer, deleting the digital editions file and .adobe-digital-editions file, redownloading my books, turning my nook off and on, crying, and screaming. The weird thing is, in all the instructions, it says a pop-up box will come up when I delete the files, but it never does. Is that normal? I always have to do it manually by clicking on the gear. I even made sure I "unhid" all the hidden files. I HAVE DONE EACH OF THESE AT LEAST 5 TIMES AND THEY NEVER WORK!!! HELP ME, PLEASE. I can't download any book from Google Play, after using the ACSM file ADE says: Error getting Licence. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN: I'm pretty sure this is a bug in ADE which is unable to handle the reply it gets from Google servers, which instead of giving it the data, reply with a redirect to https. I'm attaching a screenshot from wireshark that illustrates the issue. ADE receives the redirect but instead of following it, it just gives up. 😞

How do I know what account I used for this? How do I know what account i used that has the book ive downloaded on? My bluefire when trying to download the book on my phone says was originally downloaded with a different user but I don't think I have one! HELP! I have access to the book on my laptop but I don't know on what account....    

Hello,can someone please explain how to read a E.Book with those limited functions? Are you serious, Adobe? How can a company invent PDF Reader create such a Digital Read Edition? You can´t switch pages. Scrolling is horrible slow and use the menu bar is way to fast.  Sorry but that must be fixed and should be standard for you programms. You can´t be happy with that because that is no quality Adobe should stand for. I don´t enjoy reading the e-book I bought and I am upset with that. Hope you show support and fix this major problem and listen to the customer and recognize the view.  Otherwise you would show that you don´t care and the competition in your business is not small. Thank you.....

Was in program and suddenly my library tab disappeared.  I uninstalled then reinstalled digital editions as I had befopre and when i click on the icon all I get is  File, Edit, Reading, Help and no Library tab so I cn see my books and download to my Kobo.

Issue In the recent  iOS 13 update released on September 19, 2019, the acsm fulfilment in Adobe Digital Editions do not work as expected.  In iOS 12.x and earlier versions, after downloading the acsm file in Safari browser, it automatically asked to open in “Digital Editions” or More->Copy to Digital Editions.                                     In iOS 13, it displays the download pop-up in Safari browser. When you click Download, nothing happens.                                     Work-around Use the Chrome browser to download the acsm file. You can then download the file and launch the file, as expected.

He adquirido libros con dos ID diferentes y me gustaría fusionarlas para no tener problemas con ninguna de ellas en mis e-books

I had to install adobe digital edition on my coworkers PC. I made an Account in Adobe for him and than connected it to adobe digital edition. But my coworker gave me a non-existent E-Mail so i deleted the account and made a new one with the right E-Mail adress. But i couldnt connect the new E-Mail adress to adobe digital edition bzw. it said that the password is wrong. The password is not wrong. Than i deinstalled the programm and deleted the Adobe account. Now i am trying to make a new account with the same E-Mail before but now it says that the Adobe Account is blocked. My Coworker just has this one working E-Mail adress. What can i do to make a new account with the same E-Mail adress?

I have installed Adobe Digital Editions (desktop edition) on a computer with Windows 10. Meanwhile the computer died suddenly (motherboard issues). How to I de-authorize my Adobe Digital Editions account on this dead computer? All solutions I've found assume that the computer is working, and it does not seem possible to de-authorize remotely a device. Since we can only have Adobe Digital Editions actived on 6 devices, this leaves me with 5 devices available. If my other devices (computer, smartphone, and ebook reader) fail on similar ways, I'm affraid I might reach a point where Adobe no longer let's me access the epub's I bought... Should I quit buying epubs which can only be read on Adobe Digital Editions, or there is a way to solve this problem?

Als ik ADE 4,5 of 3.0 opstart krijg ik te zien dat ADE aan het zoeken is naar de Bibliotheek en start niet verder door. Heb de programma's 3.0 en 4.5 alle twee gebruikt maar ze geven alle twee dezelfde melding. Kan alleen maar via via taakbeheer stop zetten.  Heb ze verwijderd met het programma"wijzigen of verwijderen.Nadat ik het programma weer opnieuw heb geinstaleerd krijg weer dezelfde melding. Ik gebruik Windows 10 Home. heb ook de browser verwisseld van Chrome naar Edge maar geen resultaat. Wie kan me helpen. Heb het programma nodig voor m'n E-reader
