How do I reauthorize my computer now?This all started because my kobo ereader kept giving message saying your ereader is not authorized to open this book. Thank you.

I have been using Adobe Digital Editions to upload ePUB versions of borrowed library books from OverDrive. A few days ago I attempted to upload a newly borrowed ePUB book on to my Nook and it wouldn't open on the Nook. I can read in on the PC, not the nook.I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE, I have unauthorized my nook and my PC and reauthorized the devices to no avail. I have returned the books to the library and I have borrowed them again. I downloaded the new versions and I still see multiple versions of the book and not one of them opens on the Nook. No I receive the message "Loan Token not found."My husband has a kindle and NEVER has this issue of course he is not forced to use Adobe Digital Editions either.MY Nook is a model number BNRV300What I have tried to date:Unauthorized NookUnauthorized PCUninstalled ADEReinstalled ADE with a new download from AdobeAuthorized PCAuthorized NookI deleted the .adobe-digital-editions folder as recommended in a different post.I have removed

Hello,Since the last time I used Adobe Digital Editions (ADE), I changed the email address associated with my ADOBE account. Since I don't have the password anymore, I can not change it in ADE. When I try to change my password, the only option was via email, but the account no longer exists. What can I do? Thank you for your help. .

Adobe Digital Editions keeps showing errors when I try to load any GooglePlay or Kobo  ebooks.I have deauthorized and reauthorized, uninstalled and reinstalled, I have also done the regedit delete of the ADEPT.Nothing is working.. I'm forced to stop buying ebooks.Oddly I can open Local Library OverDrive books.Issue began yesterday July 31, 2019I keep getting a variety of errors Error getting License. I have downloaded the latest Adobe Digital Editions on a brand new Windows 10 Lenovo laptop.  I cannot download books from the library any more since I have the new program and a new laptop.  My old laptop literally died so I can't go back and use it.  The actual error I get is as follows:Unable to downloadError getting license.  License Server Communication Problem:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12Does anyone know how to fix this problem?  I can't reach anyone at Adobe in person to get any assistance with this problem and it's driving me crazy!!!

ADE works not as usual. When I open a ACSM-file with ADE I receive de message that there are communicationproblems with the license-server. This is new. In the past it worked very well!

My digital editions programme has stopped working from one day to another. This morning I could open it, even if it did not send books to my tagus device. Last time I tried it did not even open, and it continues like that. I have tried to check problems on line, then I have downloaded and reinstalled the programme but it just does not work. I double click on the direct acces at the desktop, or the menu, and it does not react. Please, can somebody help me? Thanks a lot in advance.El programa ha dejado de funcionar de repente. Jag får följande meddelande när jag försöker låna en e-bok på biblan i Båstad:Jag får också veta att jag saknar behörighet att ladda ner boken till min dator.Jag fattar ingenting! Hallo,ich habe das Adobe Digital Edition Programm auf verschiedenen Rechnern installiert, aber ich habe bemerkt, dass er nicht alle neu hinzugefügten Bücher auf allen Rechnern automatisch aktualisiert. Woran könnte das liegen?

I can no longer transfer books from by library site, ebooks, to Adobe Digital 3.0 and the books that were in Adobe will not drag and drop to my Kobo Glo. I have reactivated my Kobo so all is well there and have uninstalled Adobe Digital three times to activate the authorization but each time it loads already authorized but will not accept any ebooks. The choice to deauthorize under the help is greyed out and will not open. I have just spent almost and hour on with your chat help and they have referred me to this link. How soon will I be helped????C. Wild

When I connect my ipad to my pc and bring up ADE, it does not show the ipad as a device. So, I cannot transfer books to it.

I have been trying to open some books in the ADE bookshelf and frequently unsuccessful with the following message:1) Unable to open Getting Started with Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 T- The original documents file is missing2) Activation Server error - code _E-ACT_NOT_READYThe above only occurred when I tried opening some book. I'm a member of NetGalley, where you receive books in exchange for a review. Many publishers use protected PDFs - and so, I've always opened with Adobe Digital Editions. I've never had a problem until the past week. Now, I receive the above error no matter what book I'm trying to download (I've tried a few to make sure it's not just the one file).I've tried this and had the same results on: Windows 10, Macbook Air with Mojave, and an iPhone using the app.I've tried reauthorizing my computers and deleting the old authorization. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the programs and apps. I've tried all the fixes on the different forums. I've tried under a different Adobe ID. Nothing works, and I mean NOTHING. It's so frustrating. I've contacted NetGalley, but wonder if this is an issue anyone else is having?

Adobe Digital Editions is quitting whenever i connect my Kobo eReader to my Mac computer. This problem only commenced recently. (I have had no problem previously.) My Kobo Aura H20 software is up to date. ADE on my computer was version 4.4.7 when the problem commenced. I downloaded ADE again in case it was not the most current version, and the version that downloaded is 4.5.10). But the problem continues. I have tried closing and restarting the computer and reversing the order in which I plug in the Kobo reader and open ADE. But ADE continues to quit. My computer is Mac OS Sierra. Can anyone please help, or even identify if the problem is caused by ADE or my eBook reader?

I have been using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 to put library books onto my Nook, however recently whenever I go to put books on my nook the ADE program crashes. It will even crash when I just try to look at the files on my Nook from ADE. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using ADE 3.0, restarting my computer as well as restarting my Nook. I haven't tried resetting my Nook as I was hoping there might be something else I could do.

How do I resolve the issue, I have an Id but not a plan and it has always worked well but now is telling me that I have had too many activations and I cannot download any books etc.

Impossible de télécharger, "Erreur lors de l'obtention de la licence ; problème de communication avec le serveur des licences". J'ai tout essayé, supprimer, redemander une licence, changé de version ADE (de 4.5 à 3.0) rien n'y fait.Quelqu'un peut il m'aider ? c'est désespérant et ça commence à faire long... Merci !

J'utilise Adobe digital Editions pour transférer mes livres *.epub ou *.acsm depuis des années. Je viens de changer de PC Hp en Windows 10. Adobe m'a demandé de compléter mes identifiants, ce qui a été fait correctement. Depuis 2 jours, chaque fois que je tente d'activer ADE, je reste bloquée avec le sigle et "Chargement de la bibliothèque...". J'ai supposé qu'il récupérait mes e-book, mais cela commence à faire long 8 Merci de votre aide.

I can open it in ADE to read on my computer but - although it shows up on my Nook, when i click on it, i am asked for Adobe ID and password.  I put that in and it still goes right back to asking for ID and PW.  I have verified Password word with Adobe Digital Editions (ADE), have deauthorized and reauthorized device, and still can't get beyond the request for ID and password

Hi, I'm trying to open an ebook but Adobe Digital Editions won't authorize my computer. I keep getting an activation error message. I also deleted the activation file (.dat) because that's the advice from adobe forums. Still, it did not work.I also tried to follow this: Error "E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY" | Digital Editions | Mac OS X But as you can see, it didn't work:I still could not get authorization because I already have "allow all applications to access this item" (in my key chain) already selected, so I really can't do anything else. I don't know who else to ask. Seems like I can no longer use Adobe Digital Editions.This forum is my only hope because both twitter customer service and customer service on this website can't help me.I even deleted it and downloaded both the old and new versions.Needless to say, I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions at least 5x. I hope anyone out there can help me.Thanks
