HiI have problems with Adobe Digital Editions. Can't log in with Adobe ID for read ebooks. When I login directly on my Adobe ID account it works but not for ebooks?! I still tried all the solutions from the Forum and Adobe help online.Thanks for your help.RegardsRenato Breitenstein

Marked a book then down loading with my corporate adress connected to a team ID. If i understod it correct thats the reason for me to not be able to open the book even thugh I change the authorisation to that particular ID. Tried in both android and PC with same result. what to do?

Hey all,I am trying to restore my iPad, but before wanted to get all needed info off. Anyway, I have a book on digital editions that I purchased long ago. I have downloaded digital editions on my new computer, logged in, changed the preferences to auto download old files/sync between computers, but no luck.Even on my old iPad that i am trying to take from, it has the same email as the account, so it wasn't like i was using an old email/account etc. The customer service team at adobe were not helpful and told me to post here. any suggestions. the book was around 2k and I don't want to lose it.

Adobe digital editions dejo de funcionar en el ordenador, hace una semana funcionaba, pero desde ayer no se abre, sale un mensaje de "Adobe Digital editions ha dejado de funcionar, windows esta buscando una solucion y de ahí no pasa". He intentado de todo, desinstalarlo, reiniciar el ordenador y volver a instalarlo, ejecutarlo como administrador, pero nada funciona. ¿Alguien sabe como solucionarlo? Hello, Yesterday I tried to subscribe to the digital service of a public library. I downloaded its MIUI app to read ebooks, while I had another working epub reader on my phone (pocketbook).Suddenly, I could no more download ebooks  (using acsm links) using neither one not the other app. I only get generic "fulfillment" error, no explaination. Even Adobe Digital Editions won't work, giving no hint at all.I checked my Adobe Id and found nothing wrong with it. I'm getting mad.Could you please help me understand?I'm using an android 7.0 smartphone.Thank you

when working on photoshop i have noticed that when I flatten the layers the images becomes all black and the same happens when I try to save the images as jpeg file, I don't know what is the problem, I have installed the latest version but ever since I did it the program has not been working well like with the previous version, I would appreciate your help!

Greetings, I downloaded AE yesterday along with an ebook (*.acms) and subscribed.The ebook came with a single print permission. When printed, the document was clipped at the bottom of every page.Can the community or Adobe assist in rectifying this clipping issue please?Is it possible to get my print permission back for another print please?Thanks in advanceJames

I am having problems with my adobe digital editions application. I have uploaded a textbook onto the application before and now everything I have uploaded to it including my other articles is all gone. I had paid for a subscription of this textbook and it should be valid for another 3 months. Could you please help me recover my files?

I'm using a German ADE version installed on my desktop computer via a download from the German library I use.Initially I was able to use ADE to download and read e-books from the library, but now I get an error message telling me that I need to reauthorize ADE via "help" -> "reauthorize". However, the option "reauthorize" is not activated.Help pages tell me I first need to deauthorize - but there is no deauthorization option.Does anyone have an idea? I had this problem earlier, but our librarians were not very helpful either.By the way - I'm highly annoyed - my library pays for books that are not actually available to me. And I now need to invest time and ask for the kindness of strangers to spare their time for this issue ...

Trying to download newest version of ADE, but refuses to totally install because of an error message that I must install a version of .NET Framework v4.0.30319. Tried to install this, but not fix problem. What to do?

A couple of years ago, i purchased an ebook from a webstore.  I downloaded it and get it to my new Adobe Digital Editions account. Sync it in my laptop and mobile.  I stopped use it for a while, change laptops, mobiles and everyhing.  Today, I am purchasing another two ebooks from the same webstore.  Recovered my old ADE account, download all my ebooks from the webstore (the old one and the two new ones) and try to get those to my library.  My problem is that I have no problem with the new ones, but can´t load the old e book.  When I try to load it to my library I have this message error:"No se puede descargarError al obtener licencia. Good night guys. I need to know what kind of license the adobe reader software is. And where do I find that.

I have installed ADE version 4.5.7 in my PC with the following spec:However upon completed the download, the application fired up with a black screen.I was able to click on the invisible top tab however tried opening any book, it will just show blank.Tried to uninstall, restart the PC and reinstall, repeat the step but using the ADE version 3.0 installation issue still persisted.I have read somewhere in the forum to rename Documents\My Digital Editions filename upon executing the application and it did not work either. Anyone encountered this issue can kindly advise me?

Can't download e-books to digital editions anymore due to error getting license.  I was following the 6 steps to de-authorize; msg comes up "unable to erase authorization.  Please try later" but have tried numerous times with no success.  I then went to Step 6 to see if I could just drag the activation.dat file to trash; however, there is no digital edition folder in library/application support/adobe.   Any suggestions as to what to do next so I can download my e-books from library once again..

I have downloaded ADE but then used it without authorizing it, consequently I can't transfer an ebook onto my ereader.  How do I go back and authorize my computer with my ID so I can transfer my ebook to my ereader?

It seems there's an underlying conflict with MS OS and Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.9., i.e., Windows seems to disregard the ADE.exe file after upgrading to ADE 4.5.9., as it won't display it as an available application in the File Association window even though it lists it in the Default Apps list. There's loads of traffic on the internet about this and nobody seems to have found a solution yet - Adobe are markedly silent on this topic! But I discovered a workround that worked for me and I thought I'd share it to see others find it helpful. Note: I'm using Windows 10, so can't comment on whether this work round will work on other Window versions.Click start on the main screenin Search box enter "*.acsm* without the quotesright click on any .acsm file and select "Open with"in "Open with" window select ADE and tick the box "Always open with" and click "OK".ADE should now open and the book should appearGo to your online library and download an ebookADE should now open and fulfil the book.F

I used ADE 2.0 for a long time and downloaded from there to my Kobo reader. I recently purchased a new laptop and downloaded ADE latest version and wanted to start using this laptop and new version instead. I downloaded some books from the library as I normally do, and then tried to copy to my Kobo reader. I could not copy to my Kobo and received an error message CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book. I also didn't know whether I should authorize my computer. I tried, but I cannot because it tells me my email address already exists and is being used.I am frustrated. Please help.
