Bonjour,J'ai un petit souci. J'ai emprunté des livres et PDFs à la bibliothèque par internet que j'ai réussi à télécharger et à lire sans problème. Mais lorsque j'ai voulu les "retirer" pour gagner de l'espace, là impossible. Lorsque l'onglet retirer de mes livres apparaît et que je le sélectionne, la liseuse s'éteint automatiquement à chaque essai et se rallume directement mais les livres sont toujours là... j'ai déjà "retourné" les livres et PDFs empruntés à la bibliothèque, cela jouerait-il un rôle?  Est-ce que qqn aurait une idée? Merci d'avance.

Bonjour Je n'ai plus d'autorisation Adobe Digital Editons.En fait je ne l"ai pas installé sur plus de 6 ordinateurs, je n'en ai que 2, Ce qui se passe c'est que parfois j'ai réinstallé windows , ou bien comme dernièrement j'ai installe un nouveau disque dur SSd. Et de ce fait je perds à chaque fois l'autorisation.

I started reading an ebook for class on my digital editions application and made it over halfway through with meticulous notes for my essay, and now that I have reopened the program it is ALL GONE. I have searched extensively for answers to how to recover these annotations but despite a hundred other people asking this question, there is NO clear answer that seems to work. I have looked at things regarding the annotation file but I can't seem to find that from the last session and even the new one won't open. I am desperate here and extremely frustrated. Looking at forums, it seems this problem has been going on for YEARS and nobody seems to have provided a clear response. This seriously makes me question the validity of this program and adobe as a whole. I wasted time and effort taking notes that seemed to have just disappeared into the ether and that is extremely annoying. If anyone knows how to fix this in a way where I can see my annotations in my ebook again please let me know bec

I *used* to have a ADE library. ADE is now empty and trying to open a "new library" crashes.I *used* to be able to download .ACSM files and have the book downloaded into ADE.I now open an ACSM file and ADE freezes with a blank screen and crashes if I try to open anything.I have tried uninstalling, downloading (again) and reinstalling. Nothing.I have tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing. Nothing.I have tried deauthorize, uninstall, registry clean, reboot, reinstall, reauthorize. That at least got me up to downloading the book when I tried to open an ACSM - then nothing. No library, no way to create a library, no books, nothing. Same as before. Trying to do anything either simply freezes on the blank screen or crashes with no error message. I checked my Digital downloads - my old books are there. The new book showed up there - but I cannot open it (or any other) with any other ePub reader because of DRM lock.HELP!!!!!!!

I source a lot of my ereading material from KOBO.  I  always download the epub or DRM to my adobe digital library.  everytime I come back to the library many of the books I have downloaded are no longer there.  My current and only bookshelf has 280 items.  Some of the items on the shelf have a note that says 1 of 413 or 1 of 332.  I always assumed that this indicated "upload of 1 item to the list of 413.  WHich would mean that I have added 413 documents to the bookshelf.  So why does it seem like most of them have disappeared as the bookshelf currently says I only have 280 items in inventory?

Computer and new Kobo are authorized, adobe id is current and valid, but when I try to transfer a library book to my ereader I keep getting the following error message: This document is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID  . . . I deauthorized and authorized both my KOBO and computer, and tried the older versions of Digital Editons 3.0.  What else can I do¨

I have authorized adobe digital editions on my computer. I have also transferred books to my sony ereader. However, when I try to open them, I have to enter my Adobe ID. I do this, but then after entering the details, the login screen for Adobe ID pops up again. I have made sure that the login data that I enter are correct. How can I solve this?

I have three computers, two with W7 and one with W10.  All three worked fine with ADE - well, never totally fine, since there are periodic reauthorizations are needed with ADE, etc.  But since the most recent Windows updates, about a week or so ago, ADE has stopped working on all three machines.  The program starts but there is only a blank screen, "My Library" is empty, and I am totally unable to download anything.  The program does recognize the plugged in Kobo reader, but when I double click on the device, the program crashes and exits.I have reinstalled ADE, and there is no difference after the reinstallation.  I can't imagine that I am the only one having this problem, but the situation certainly makes me very grumpy.Incidentally, when we are locked into ADE because on-line books cannot be accessed without it, I think there is an obligation on the company to provide some support directly, and not just open up a forum.

My last three downloads from the public library have gotten a "no permission" error code when attempting to copy from Adobe digital edition to nook.Prior to that I have had no problems for years.

I want to download a ebook to my pc, not to my phone.The program asks which device but only shows my cell, with no way to change the device.Thanks

Hello,I'm unable to access .acsm files on my Kobo reader. These are files that I borrow from a public library. I'm able to download them into Adobe Digital Editions, but then I get an error message at the time of opening them on the Kobo reader.The error message asks to renew access to the book and to re-authorise my reader, which I have tried several times. The message says access to my reader has been blocked, but it's not the case. But reader and computer are on the same Adobe account.Any ideas what else can be done?

I tried to create an authorization ID for a Digital Editions installation on my iPad for my daughter - the books are hers, and I thought it was a good idea for her to manage her own reading account. However, it turns out she's too young for her own account.This would be fine if I could then change the authorization to be for me instead, but the app totally refuses to ever allow me to re-authorize the account. I've uninstalled and re-installed it several times, restarted the iPad etc etc. Done everything I can to wipe the failed attempt, but trying to authorize some other way simply leads me to an 'Access Denied' page on Adobe's website.There should be some way to reset the app authorization - it's absolutely unacceptable that my daughter is locked out of her DRM books by this awful application.

I am using ADE 4.5 on Apple MACos High Sierra and IOS and keep getting a double entry for 1 particular book I downloaded today.Every time I remove the book from the library it keeps restoring itself almost instantly.- I deleted the files and then removed the book(s) from my library in the software.- I then cleared the cloudsync map and even removed the entire ADE folder from the computer before rebooting.- I tried every other solution mentioned on Google.Still the book keeps re-downloading itself twice via cloudsync and when I click to open it another copy appears every time.Where can I access the online library that cloudsync syncs with so I may remove the entries there... or do we have any other solutions that are known to work ?

I've wasted an hour of my Sunday scouring the forums for this and am at my wit's end. I'll try to be brief and concise as possible.I bought an eBook from a publisher and the only way to download it is to open an ACSM file with ADE, which I already have installed on my Windows 10 PC.Trying to open the ACSM file results in, "Error! Check Activation." I emailed the vendor about this and they wrote back saying I'd need to erase my existing computer authorization in ADE and re-authorize.I tried de-authorizing my computer but get "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try again after some time."I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE (once with CCleaner, twice using the ADE uninstall program in the Program Files directory). Problem not solved.I tried implementing the Windows registry changes recommended here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2100206​. Problem not solved.I'd appreciate hearing any success stories from folks who have successfully troubleshooted this.

i have signed into my adobe digital account and my book shows up in my library but when I click on it to open it, I get an error message states there is an error getting License. License Server communication problem.  W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE.

Hello,Petr Mandik bought some ebooks.Normally he can read it with Adobe DE but when he laucnhes his new ebooks, Adobe DE frezees automatically.We can to stop it with the task manager, and we re-try, we have the same issue.We uninstall and re-install it but we have the problem again.The version is the last one 4.5.8.Thank you for your helpBest Regards

Guten Tag,Ich habe versucht ein epub eBook über Adobe Digital Editions auf den Tolino vision 4 HD zu kopieren. Die DRM ID ist identisch konfiguriert. Leider bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung: Gerät konnte nicht authorisiert werden. Auch über die Tolino Cloud kann das Buch nicht auf den Reader übertragen bzw. geöffnet werden. Fehlermeldung: Verbindungsfehler: Es ist ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es (später) noch einmal.Das buch wurde bei Google Books gekauft und dann mit Adobe Digital Editions heruntergeladen. Auf dem PC kann ich das Buch problemlos öffnen.In der Vergangenheit hat dieses vorgehen immer funktioniert.Vielen Dank für die Hilfe

Non riesco ad autorizzare il mio pc su Digital Editions per trasferire ebooks protetti con DRM: seguo la procedura, inserisco ID Adobe e pwd (già ricontrollati) ma segnala un errore (Errore del server di attivazione - codice E_AUTH_NO_READY). Potete darmi una mano? grazie
