Bonjour, je rencontre un problème sur ma liseuse kobo aura. Jusqu'ici aucun souci pour emprunté des livres et les lire mais du jour au lendemain, un message d'erreur " votre liseuse n'est pas autorisée à ouvrir ce livre".J'ai donc desinstallé adobe digital edition puis resinstaller, j'ai de nouveau autorisé la liseuse. Toujours rien. Nouvelle tentative aujourd'hui en réinitialisant la liseuse. Je ne sais plus quoi faire. Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?Merci d'avance

Wer kann mir helfen. Seit fast 2 Monaten kann ich keine Download-ebooks mehr umwandeln. Ade meldet immer E_ACT_NOT_Ready. ich habe schon versucht meine Autorisierung zu löschen. Hallo,Meine Adobe ID hat die maximale Anzahl der Aktivierungen erreicht, Bitte Setzen Sie die ID zurück damit ich meine E-Books auf meinem Android-Tablet wieder lesen kann. Viele grüße ok4ok

Excuse me according to the company where I bought my electronic books say that this error appears when downloading because there are no adobe servers available, that is, it is a problem of adobe, can this happen? No matter how many times I uninstall, clear temp internet files, Erase and Authorize my NOOK V1 I am not able to transfer my Libraries ePub books from my laptop to my nook using Libby and ADE.  The error: "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - no permission to copy the book" stops the transfer.  I have uninstalled all the windows apps and reinstalled as Adminstrator - didn't help.  The epub file permissions show that my email id (via Adobe) has permissions c/w viewing on any device.  Still the transfer fails.  My nook is even registered with the SAME email id as my Adobe Account - still notta.  I'm frustrated and discouraged.  Barnes and Nobel sent me a note stating that my NOOK V1 will be unsupported this month.  I can see that Adobe and B&N have no plans to get this working.  B&N WILL NOT suck me in to purchase another eReader just to drop me from support years down the road and make me throw it away.  There's got to be a better hardware prod

E_ACT_NOT_READY keeps on popping up when I download a book I purchased. I can't seem to open a book on my imac computer. I have the latest edition installed, which I installed just for this book. I can't seem to find a spot to "login" into my account. I've already asked for help somewhere else and no one can seem to help. I was some how able to install the app and open the book on my ipad as it asked for my adobe login. I have had no luck on my computer though, which is the only way to print from the book.

HiADE 4.5.7 or 4.5.8 doesn't work anymore since a Windows update (I'm on W10) I made a few days ago. It doesn't open.Then, I installed ADE 3.0 avec it works but not completly. I get the message "Error check activation" when I want to download an ebook.But my computer is actived (in "help" I can see that) and I can't disconnect my account (i can't click on it, i's grease)Thanks for your help.Christophe

Not sure what to try. The electronic books I have access to have been given to me through links that was from a testing company.

it will not let me download an ebook from first to read because it says it is being used by another user and it is me i just use 1 pc can you solve help

I'm trying to help a visually impaired student who is trying to use voiceover to read ebooks from her university library. she is using an iPad and they only download to be read in Adobe Digital Reader. She has been unable to activate any sort of voiceover function. Is there any help documentation available, or can some please please let us how to get around this issue. Thanks

Running Windows 10 (up to date)Reader Kobo aura (new)Library in UK Norfolk Digital LibraryI have uninstalled Adobe Digital Editions, then installed the latest offering of Adobe Digital Editions.I have authorised my PC with my Adobe identity.I have connected my Kobo aura e-reader and authorised it with the same Adobe identity.I have downloaded a book from Norfolk Digital Library: this book appears in Adobe Digital Editions.I have copied the same book to my Kobo aura.When I disconnect the Kobo aura from the PC (properly) and try to open the book on the Kobo aura, I get an error message that the eReader is not authorized to open the book.Help, please.Adobe help is beyond useless, sending me in circles without ever getting close to a chat session. This is just a rant, but any advice in dealing with Adobe would also be welcome.

Hello,A few months ago,I have bought a Kobo Aura One for my wife. To allow me the possibility of buying E-Books on multipled E-books shops, I have installed ADE. Everything worked fine. Yesterday, I bought a second Kobo Aura One for myself. There were no problems to load the E-Books that I already had in my Kobo Account, as this doen't involve ADE.But when I asked ADE to autorise this second Kobo Aura one, I got the error message E-ADEPT-USER-UNKNOWN.Thank you to everybody who could help.Fredi

Hi - I installed the Digital Editions for Mac and when I installed, I didn't log in with an Adobe ID and just "authorized this computer" only. Now, I would like to log in with my Adobe ID on it, but the "Authorize" and "Deauthorize" options under "Tools" are grayed out. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it did not work, as it still remembered my computer and did not give me the option to log in with my Adobe ID. Thanks!

Since installing the 4.5.8 version none of the 120 books in my library are available.  If I try to open a book I get a message indicating the book cannot be opened due to errors, subsequently a large exclamation point is placed on the thumbnail of the book cover.  The program worked just fine prior to installing the new version.  Help!

I use a MAC and for some reason am getting this error message when I try to download books from the library?

I can't find the answer on these forums.  My ADE is recognizing my nook.  I could transfer borrowed library books to my nook in ADE.  I could see the book in my documents on my nook.  However, when I try to open the file it says "user not activated".  I know that my nook is activated and I know that ADE is authorized so someone PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong before I commit myself into a mental institution.  I'm seriously contemplating returning this stupid thing.
