Can't get rid of this error, ebooks purchased in Jan 2018 & downloading in Jun 2018. What is the solution ?

Bonjour,Voilà mon problème. Depuis  les mises à jour de windows 10 installées hier, je n'arrive plus à lancer ADE. Je l'ai désinstallé pour installer la dernière version sans succès.Lorsque je lance le logiciel, on le voit dans le gestionnaire de tâches, mais il disparaît assez rapidement.Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ?Merci d'avance

I use a MAC and for some reason am getting this error message when I try to download books from the library?

I can't find the answer on these forums.  My ADE is recognizing my nook.  I could transfer borrowed library books to my nook in ADE.  I could see the book in my documents on my nook.  However, when I try to open the file it says "user not activated".  I know that my nook is activated and I know that ADE is authorized so someone PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong before I commit myself into a mental institution.  I'm seriously contemplating returning this stupid thing.

Hello,I had a laptop with ADE v3.0 and my ebooks are still thereI got new laptop and installed V4.5I have activated the SAME authorization accountBut no eoboks thereAm not technical at all...The ADOBE support cannot helpAfter 2 hours chatting, they advice to ask question here... where dozens of experts are providing answers within 24-48 hours...I will be so glad ! :=)Can someone help ?Thanks

Das Herunterladen von Ebooks (DRM geschützt) funktioniert nicht, das Laden wird nicht gestartet. In Foren wird vorgeschlagen, den PC zu deautorisieren, und dann wieder zu autorisieren. Die Deautorisation wird durch ADE (Adobe Digital Editions) wird wird mit dem Hinweise"Später erneut versuchen" abgelehnt. Später geht es auch nicht. Jemand schon Erfahrungen damit? Lösungen?Danke für jede Hilfe.Download of Ebooks (DRM protected) doesn't work, download is not getting startet. In Chats you can find  advise to deauthorize the PC and authorize it again. ADE doesn't allow Deathorization by displaying the hint "Try again later".Later does not work either. Who experienced this bug?Any suggestions?Thanks for any help.

I’m running latest OS High Sierra on a Mac laptop.  Multiple re-installs of ADE (and Cloud Reader, too, since my local library acct. # shows up in a dialog box), and attempts to follow Adobe directions to reauthorize, etc.  And I’ve done this directive (multiple times):quit Adobe Digital Editions.    Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.    If you are using 10.7, see https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html    Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize. Why is Adobe Digital Editions crashing whenever I connect my Nook Simple Touch ereader?  I am unable to transfer Library books to my Nook because of this issue or move borrowed books from my Nook.

i tried to download a file and it’s saying Unable to download. Error getting license server communication problem:  E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. It is a book from First to Read. I originally downloaded to my overdrive app but it wouldnt let me open the file. So I downloaded digital editions. But I can’t download the book.

I recently downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 for Windows 7. I would like all .epub files to be opened with ADE. I've gone through the Default program routine for associating a file type to a program. When I select ADE 3.0 in the change program routine, it dose not appear in the "open with" window. (ADE 3 is the default program for .acsm extensions however.)  How can I get Windows to accept ADE 3 for .epub files?

My Tablet operates Windows 10. I have downloaded Adobe Digital 4.5 to enable to read e-books. For some reason when  I download my vendors books the URLLink is Notepad and  the translation is gobbley-de-gook. How do I change the URLLink from Notepad to something that will give me  a readable document? I have tried a test book and that seems to be readable. It is my vendors books that I am unable to read.

I use two computers (one of them a laptop); I have got problems with downloading ebooks with DRM protection. First the digital editions software didn't open, but the normal Adobe reader or when I tried to open the .acsm file it says "Fehler beim Abrufen der Lizenz Lizenzserver-Kommunikationsproblem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER": I tried to deauthorize the digital editions and authorize it again using the same identity, but it got worse.All my old books are not accessible anymore. I am struggling to authorise my computer for Adobe Digital Edition. When I enter my adobe id and password I get the message E_AUTH_NOT_READY, so dont know what to do.I have tried creating a new ID but I get access denied.

I recently had to reinstall my Windows 10 operation system after an update hosed the system. I have been able to authorize my computer but when trying to open a book it asks that the computer be authorized and asks for my Adobe ID and password. I enter it and get this...

I downloaded the Adobe digital editions ebook reader and I am just lost for words on how terrible it is. I am taking a certification course for Pro Tools and for some reason Avid had the idea to support this application.#1. Absolutely no navigation through my ebook works in it's entirety. If I use the directional pads on my laptop it works fine going forward though single pages but when I use the left arrow key it to go back to the previous page it jumps to a random page at least 20 pages back and eventually the directional pads stop working and I get the error sound. This problem also occurs when using the track pad or the scroll wheel on a mouse.#2 So then I try to use the navigation panel to go to specific points in a chapter and the results are; it will either jump to the only first page in the chapter or the to the page just before the lesson with in the chapter that I select. #3 When annotating the text it occasionally places the text box no where near the selected word I chose.
