Digital Editions

Just purchase new Imac and all my applications moved from old Imac to new. I have tried everything but can not get my ADE to work. As suggested I de-authorized and now cannot authorize again. Really need help. Would love to talk to live person to walk me through but will take any help I can get.

I have a new Imac High Seirra and can not authorize ADE. Can not download new ADE. Get Error: W_Auth_ba_device_key. Can someone help me or tell me where to go to get help please? Adobe phone support says it doesn't support this.

J'utilise ADE depuis quelques temps pour emprunter des livre de ma biblio municipale. Depuis une semaine aucun livre n’apparaît dans ma biblio sur ADE même si j'en ai télécharger deux ( la location est récente). D'habitude je voyais même les livres que j'avais déjà loué. J'ai réinstaller ADE mais sans succès. Je suis à boutte....

So I moved books with a license into the program Digital Editions. I did not use a account for it but used my computer without an adobe id. That worked just fine.But then I tried to log into my newly created Adobe Account a couple days later. That worked, too.But now it says I don't have access to the ebooks anymore, because the accounts don't match, i.e. my adobe account isn't linked to the ebook license.But when I log out I still don't have access.So is my initial license lost, because it was once anonymously activated? Can I somehow get access to that anonymous account that still is this pc without any adobe id?

I have downloaded a book to my iPhone but I can't get the book on my iPad.  Account is authorized and I have have enough device space.  The message I receive says the server can't contact the fulfillment center check the internet connection but that works fine too.How do I fix this so my book can download to my iPad?

I was able to download an eBook I need for a class to the Digital Editions app on my IPhone, but am unable to get the book to download/sync onto my desktop computer. I am using my Adobe ID. How can I do this?

How do I turn an epub into a PDF. I lost my source files.

With the newest Version, for e-books where printing is allowed, the text on each page is truncated and is not complete.

Any tip to update book metadata (title, author) as ADE doesn't allow it ?

My wife transfered to me books from her i-pad to my computer in the way that i will transfer to her Kobo reader.To do, i used Acrobat digit; I see the books in the Library, and I see the Kobo device, but I do not know what to do after, in the way to complete the transfer.Could you help me please?Thank you

Adquirí tres libros en la UOC y me recomiendan leerlos con ADE. No puedo descargarlos en ninguno de los dispositivos. Ya no sé si autorizo o desautorizo a los equipos para la lectura.

Hello,After i have registred in ADE and got my computer authorized I still can't read my eBook on eReader. The file originally was an .acsm I'm quite sure it happens because DRM remains attached to the ePub file. So on my eReader (Remarkable) after uploading the epub file i can view only White pages.Any hints?Thanks

So that I can finally read the book on kobo aura that I bought this morning. Addid the way the guide told me. But not allowed to read it as reader says have no adobe id. Which i have. Since instaled adobe digital editions. Tried to activate authorization but does not work. And if not authorized then apparently cannot give my reader the authorization to read my books. Very weird. Adobe customer help apparently cannot help. Their customer support sent me you this forum. Anyone tgat knonws

I've recently installed Adobe Digital Editions.The website mentions a user guide with a link that leads...to an error page. How can I get it ?

J'ai un compte ADOBE et la version de ADE sur mon ordinateur de bureau est la 4.5.2.151207.Dans ADE, il est indiqué que mon ordinateur bénéficie d'une autorisation sans ID. Quand je veux continuer et que j'indique l'adresse courriel associé à ce compte, un message d'erreur s'affiche et me demande de réessayer, mais en vain. De plus, dans les paramètres de la liseuse Kobo, l'option "autoriser le périphérique" n'est pas accessible puisqu'il est grisé. Est-il possible de tout recommencer à zéro le processus d'ouverture de compte pour que je puisse enfin transférer des livres empruntés sur ma liseuse. J'ose dire que je suis à bout de patience après de multiples tentatives. Merci de me répondre.  Valère

All of a sudden Digital Editions stops working. I have uninstalled and re installed it 4 times and it still stops working. I have contacted support and waited for over an hour, talked with 2 different techs and they suggested that I look in the forums for an answer. HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. I cannot use my e reader, which is my lifeline to the world. Any suggestions on how to resole this issue???

J'ai désinstallé Adobe digital, l'ai réinstallé, ai scanné mon laptop, ai éteint et rallumé, rien à faire, je n'ai toujours pas l'onglet des livres empruntés à la bibliothèque. Hello!A while ago I cloned my SSD  to a bigger one. Everything works fine. Except I cannot download any books with the acsm files. "Error! Check Activation."I would re-activate Digital Editions. But I cannot deactivate it in the first place. "Authorisierung kann nicht geloescht werden. Versuchen Sie es später erneut."Uninstall and reinstall did not help.Any ideas? Hi,I need to erase the authorisation from my computer and authorise it with my active id but every time I try is says "Unable to Erase Authorisation. Please try after some time." I installed Digital Editions (DE) on my iPad but didn't activate it before I clicked on the ebook download link. I then activated DE and I can see the ebook there but it won't downloadd. I get the following error message."Digital editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. please make sure you are connected to the internet." My internet connection is fine.I have deleted DE from my iPad and re-installed it but I get the same error.Any suggestions?

E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS --- Hier: Bitte um reset!                                               Hallo, ich brauche Hilfe:Ich habe auf meinem Tolino Shine den Hinweis E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS.Ich hatte dies schon einmal, konnte damals mit den Support chatten und den Zähler reseten lassen.Seit neuestem komme ich aber nicht mehr zum support durch, sondern habe für freie Lizenzen (Adobe Reader) nur die Möglichkeit für die diversen Foren.Der Support von Adobe ist also gleich null - Leider ein sehr schlechtes Zeichen von Kundenfreundlichkeit!Warum wird der Zähler eigentlich immer hochgesetzt und blockiert bei 6 Lizenzen?Ich habe doch nur diesen einen Tolino? Über die Bücherei hole ich mir den Lesestoff... Zählt der jedes Buch, daß ich lese als neue Lizenz?Und warum

A chaque fois que je saisi le mot de passe pour supprimer l'autorisation, le logiciel me dit que c’est impossible et revient a l'écran précédent.J'ai beau chercher je ne trouve pas d'aide sur le site ni sur le forum alors je pose la question au cas où.Merci beaucoup
