Digital Editions

HiCan anyone please help. I tried to download a new book to adobe digital editions, but the download failed, "unable to open book errors were encountered with this file". I tried to delete the book from the library but it keeps coming back if I try to download again I get the same problem but with two copies, that I cannot delete. I then uninstalled the reader and deleted the folder in my documents, searched my computer for any other copies of the book file and deleted these, shut down my computer and restarted it and again ran a search of the computer no result. Downloaded the adobe digital editions and when I opened it the book was showing (still cannot read it same error), what i can only assume is that within some adobe file which was not deleted when I uninstalled the program from my computer is some link to a corrupt file that means it immediately re-appears when I re-install the program. I can download other books and open them but not this one. Can any one suggest where the pro

I have created an id account with email adress & password.I can log in to Adobe.com with this email address & password.But if I want to authorize Adobe Digital Editions with the same email address and password, I always get the same error message: incorrect ID / passwordI want to read my ebooks, but I can not fix acsm in epub, because adobe digital editions always gives the same error message when authorizing: wrong ID / password. I moved all my books to the sd card on my aura H2O and now only bought or borrowed books show up on my readers books menu. The reader recognizes how many books are on the reader. I can access all my books using the authors menu. I have never had this trouble before. I have reset the reader and replaced the moved books back to the main memory but the problem still exists.  Are there any solutions please

A few days ago I installed High Sierra on my MacBook Pro. Although the installation was "successful," I then found that all of my saved passwords had been deleted. That was a minor inconvenience. But then I found I could no longer download ebooks on the New York Public Library's ePub app or on Cloud Library. I tried installing the latest version of CloudLibrary, but then after it downloaded 20% of the book,  I received this error message; E_Auth_Bad_Device_Key_OR_PKCS12_Adobe activation problem. Tried resetting Adobe PW but that didn't work. Spent more than an hour with Apple tech support until they said they couldn't help because it was a 3rd party software problem, i.e. Adobe. Any ideas?

hi orange decided to kill their email server all my books were on that e mail account now i have a new computer and new emailnew books are great since they are authorised to new e mail old books are authorised to old e maildoes anyone know how to merge the two accounts or reauthorise the old books to the new accountlots of books i have bought over the years now not readablebe very glad of any ideas please help if you can

I re-installed digital editions following a computer crash, tried to download a library book as before without re-authorising the computer. Now digital editions refuses to authorise my computer using my ID and password. What do I do to unlock the lockout?

I'm using ADE for my studies since the study material is provided through this plataform. The issue is that some symbols (specially mathematical ones but not only) are sometimes not shown clearly, as you can see in the picture below.Strangely I used that book 4 months ago and all this symbols were clear and also the symbols are still clear in the ADE of my work. It must be due to some update or something like this. Could someone tell me how to solve this issue?Thanks in advance for all your help.

Hello Adobe I have problem autorizing my adobe. When i type password (which i changed from first time) it says: "the vendor account is not assosiated with the item you are trying to open"

Just purchase new Imac and all my applications moved from old Imac to new. I have tried everything but can not get my ADE to work. As suggested I de-authorized and now cannot authorize again. Really need help. Would love to talk to live person to walk me through but will take any help I can get.

I have a new Imac High Seirra and can not authorize ADE. Can not download new ADE. Get Error: W_Auth_ba_device_key. Can someone help me or tell me where to go to get help please? Adobe phone support says it doesn't support this.

So I moved books with a license into the program Digital Editions. I did not use a account for it but used my computer without an adobe id. That worked just fine.But then I tried to log into my newly created Adobe Account a couple days later. That worked, too.But now it says I don't have access to the ebooks anymore, because the accounts don't match, i.e. my adobe account isn't linked to the ebook license.But when I log out I still don't have access.So is my initial license lost, because it was once anonymously activated? Can I somehow get access to that anonymous account that still is this pc without any adobe id?

I have downloaded a book to my iPhone but I can't get the book on my iPad.  Account is authorized and I have have enough device space.  The message I receive says the server can't contact the fulfillment center check the internet connection but that works fine too.How do I fix this so my book can download to my iPad?

Any tip to update book metadata (title, author) as ADE doesn't allow it ?

My wife transfered to me books from her i-pad to my computer in the way that i will transfer to her Kobo reader.To do, i used Acrobat digit; I see the books in the Library, and I see the Kobo device, but I do not know what to do after, in the way to complete the transfer.Could you help me please?Thank you

Hello,After i have registred in ADE and got my computer authorized I still can't read my eBook on eReader. The file originally was an .acsm I'm quite sure it happens because DRM remains attached to the ePub file. So on my eReader (Remarkable) after uploading the epub file i can view only White pages.Any hints?Thanks

So that I can finally read the book on kobo aura that I bought this morning. Addid the way the guide told me. But not allowed to read it as reader says have no adobe id. Which i have. Since instaled adobe digital editions. Tried to activate authorization but does not work. And if not authorized then apparently cannot give my reader the authorization to read my books. Very weird. Adobe customer help apparently cannot help. Their customer support sent me you this forum. Anyone tgat knonws
