Digital Editions

Can someone at Adobe please either de-authorize one specific device (Aldiko ereader freeware on LePan II Android tablet) or simply de-authorize all of them so that I can re-authorize the ones I'm actually using?Background: I've been using Sony eReader/AdobeDRM/Kobo since 2006. I'm planning on replacing my 2012 Android tablet running Aldiko e-book reader (freeware). It doesn't give me an option to deauthorize my Adobe DRM content (it used to, but it would crash instead of deauthorizing, now it just fails to give me a Deauthorize option). So I have at least 4 items already authorized and possibly more, and my replacement tablet makes one more. It's very possible after 10 years that I already have all 6 authorizations used up. I tried to contact Adobe Chat (case # 0222697383) and was told to come here. Every time I open an e-book on digital solutions a message appears saying 'Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.6 has stopped working' and crashes. Any solution to this?

Problem with Adobe Digital Editions and Adobe ID authorization.I successfully authorized two my android devices but failed to do this on my windows PC. 1. I bought ebook and downloaded desktop ADE to read that. In the beginning it had worked but somehow it...stopped. Maybe because I was logging 2 different ID`s? I've bought an ebook with DRM protection on google play. I can read it online without problem. I can download the pdf version, I can open it with Adobe Digital Edition without problem.I can download the .acsm file of the ePub version, but when I try to open it with ADE there is an error message: impossible to download, it says that is a communication problem with the license server, and the error code is E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN:I really want to read that book on my e-reader, what should I do?Thanks

Hello,I bought an EBook off Wiley.com for University.Had to install Adobe Digital as below:Install Adobe Digital Editions on your PC  You MUST create an Adobe ID Windows http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/digitaleditions/ADE_3.0_Installer.exeWhich I did - seem to load okThen tried to open the Ebook - Download your e-book file (.ACSM file) - the E book did not open but had the attached message coming up.I have removed and reloaded the ADE 3.0 installer both from the link in Wileys and Adobe website.Then followed the install for the Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.1 from the Adobe website.First this came up :Pressed ignore - then it loaded okay.But when I tried to open book, the original error message came up again.I am running Windows 10.Have looked around for troubleshooting tips, but nothing seems to be the same.Hope you can help.

Any chance?I have bought a new laptop and the first thing I did when I started it, I installed Adobe Digital Editions in order to download the e-books that I had downloaded before only once, knowing that I could do it up to three times. The last three of the total of the eight e-books were actually bought by me only the day before, and I downloaded them to my old computer, expecting to be able to download them again to the new one as soon as I would start it.Unfortunately, it turned out that I was unable to download any of my eight e-books, and having contacted the customer support of the e-book provider (Bokus in Sweden), I found out that it was due to the ADE version at the old computer being for some reason not authorised with Adobe ID, although I had had my Adobe ID since earlier and hadn't expected that all my purchases

The Picture above is what try to drag and drop one of the ebooks that I have downloaded from Onedrive. Also, this morning, before Adobe Digital Editions deleted itself from my computer, it was working fine and I even uploaded Queen of Shadows to my bookshelfs though I did not get to move it to my Ereader before the app deleted itself. I tried to re-authorize my computer to Digital Editions but the app will not let me authorize my computer, I have looked up and tried everything that I can think of. The other book that I am trying to download has to be returned in a week, I would love to download it before it expires.

I cannot download books from my Kobo Library to Adobe Digital Editions. Keep getting error message "Check Activation" however both Kobo and Adobe are authorized to my desktop.

I have used a new registered adobe id for my wiley book. But due to some sys issue, I cannot received the verification email via the email address for this ID. The support team helped sending many emails but none of them could be received. Because I forgot my password, I cannot use this ID anymore, and cannot read my ebook any more.Could you please help? I have registered new ID, but cannot link with previous bought books.Thanks.

My problem start with the error message : E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PPKCS12...I look here in the support page found nothing really usefull.  Elsewhere on the net I find that unconnecting the device and reconnecting could solve the problem.  All this after many days of trial.  I uninstalled the reader and now I got a new well write message saying that Digital got a error on the activation serveur.I can solve this ?

Is it possible to put the My Digital Editions folder on a drive other than C:? I haven't found any documentation on how to do this and I really don't want to put ebooks on my solid state device. That's what the second hard drive is for. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hallo,seit ein paar Tagen kann ich kein neues Buch mehr mit meiner Adobe ID auf meinem Tolino öffnen. Ich bekomme immer wieder die Fehlermeldung "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS". Habe es bereits über den Chat versucht, aber dort wird immer nur auf die Community verwiesen. Wer kann mir hier helfen?
