Hello!  I'm having an issue with an Adobe Stock file I licensed and importing it into Dimension. I'm able to import other 3D models into Dimension with no difficulty, including other licensed models from Adobe, but when it comes to this specific file it won't upload. Has anyone else encountered this and do you have a workaround? Or do I need to request a new file/refund? The Adobe Stock Model in question is AdobeStock_#123958223 Please let me know! I read the Help section  and it says we CAN but it doesn't say how and I can't figure it out. 

Greetings,I have this huge issue with Dimension. Starting on February 11th, 2022 Dimension started generating huge 2-3GB repositories EACH time I open a .dn file. These unneeded repositories are stored in the following folder:C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\FelixDCXAppID\com.adobe.dcx\SnapshotRepository How do I disable this snapshot "functionality" ? My SSD almost filled up before I caught the culprit. Upon reflection the problem must be related to a change in my workflow.I used to work on smallish .dn files 30-50MB in size. The current .dn files are actually around 2GB in size. (the big .dn link to other smaller .dn files) The big .dn size is something I would also like to fix

Hello, I'm curious to know if this happened to other. In our team we noticed some variation in colors from one render to another, but doing so from the same files. Been wondering if this due to Dimension having less update then Illustrator and Photoshop. Thanks.

How do i report a bug? Every time I render a file I'm met with this message An application error has occurred. To help us diagnose the issue please follow instructions below. Then it gives me two instructions. But I can't find the feedback panel to report the dimension bug log that the program gathered for me...

Dear community,Newbie in Dimensions here.I need to make a product mockup for work. I am working with a custom made bottle- as my company has custom made bottles- where I need to place a label on.As far as I understand- Photoshop is no longer the program to use for making custom 3D objects to import into dimensions. So i made a path in illustrator- and turned into a three-part 3D object.My problem: when i import the objects into Dimensions- only half of each object part, shows.Images are attached. Hope someone can help.

Recently I've been running into the problem in which I am unable to scale non-proportionally. I am not holding down shift and neither are any of the models I'm scaling locked to scale proportionally. The only way to fix this problem at the moment is to uninstall Dimension with settings erased and reinstall. Did I accidentally change some settings within my program? Please help!

So I've searched for answers and I'm probably over-looking, because I can't seem to find any. I know I'm able to group objects together, but whenever I try to apply a material to my object, it isn't consistent. The texture scales differently for different sized objects and goes in different directions. I want it all to be flush and consistent as if it is one object. [First Picture]ALSO, If the shapes overlap and I apply a texture, I get a glitchy overlap that flashes every time I move the object. [Second Picture]Please help me 😞

Hello,After adding the background and matching the image.I want to get closer view of the image so i use the dolly tool. But it moves the objects instead of the camera?Same with the rotate tool. If i take the background off. Now i can rotate around the object etc. How do i rotate around the image after adding the background?

I was working on a big file (3.74 GB). I successfully saved and closed the file. Now when I try to open the file, I get the message, "A problem caused the application to stop working correctly." I already tried unistalling and reinstalling. I am able to create new document or open smaller past documents, but my large one gets this error. I even made a duplicate, which almost worked, I could see all the layers load, but then the message popped up again. This is quit disheartening to see after hours and hours of work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My machine is a 2023 M2 MacBook Pro, 32gb memory.

Hi, how are you? I’m having this error when importing an OBJ file, made on SolidWorks (Converted and Decimated on Blender):  I tried different levels of complexity on the file, also .stl extension, every time the same thing happens. Hello all!  We have a new release today (Dimension 3.4.4) which now supports emulation mode for Apple Arm (M1) devices.  We've gotten great feedback from beta testers about it's performance and really excited to bring Dimension to new devices!   No timeline for native support right now, but we'll keep you posted!

I rendered a scene as a Photoshop 32Bit/Channel High file and the output dimensions were 1024x768 at 72dpi. Is there any way of increasing this? I realise it will massively increase render times but ideally I'd like to export scenes at print-resolution sizes. Is this possible with Dimension?

Hello, I'm very new to this so please stick with me.I just downloaded Dimension yesterday onto my Asus ProArt Studio book. When trying to import an obj file (details below) the program takes 20min to get to 50% and then stops.It is a massive file, but all other problems on here that are similar are for files far larger.I've restarted the computer and reinstalled the app twice and it is still happening.  This is all for work, I urgently need some help sorting this.Thankyou

When I try to render my packaging it creates thse weird grey blocks at the bottom, is there a way I can fix this?

Hello,I have now tried almost all available versions, but none of them start the program. All drivers have been updated. Program was uninstalled and reinstalled. Does anyone have any ideas what else I can do?Thanks and regardsRalf

I've been using Dimension for all of 65 seconds. I added a gift bag to start to recreate our already done company gift bag. Our actual gift bag is 20 x 30 x 9cm. Type that in to the bag properties. The gift bag image in Dimension doesn't even look remotely close to the correct proportions as the actual bag sitting on my desk.  Color me shocked, or not at all... is this just another tool designed to fool designers? I mean, it's a packaging mockup tool, no? On what planet would it make sense to have the dimenions of a paper bag NOT be the paper dimensions of the bag? I assume, for ludicrous reasons, the floating string is somehow considered the "top" of the "bag."  Continually, I'm blown away at the complete and total lack of either testing or even basic understanding what designers need from Adobe. I could make an amazing mockup for my clinent in minutes with this tool, instead I want to blow my brains out as usual. Or, am I missing something?  How do I get

Does anyone have a solution for this problem in Dimension? When I publish my scene (just a simple object with no background image), and view it on the web, it initially appears tiny and far away, only becoming a normal view when I click on it. It only happens sporadically, but nothing I try seems to have any effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

When I import my own content, and place a graphic the model, there is no problem. When I try to export the model as a GLB, everything other than the placed graphic exports. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, does anyone know what that is? Thanks!
